This was my first time using Paragon. Dan was not only on time, he was friendly, professional, and took his time answering questions. He did a wonderful job getting rid of the spider webs in our backyard, plus he did a bang up job of getting rid of the ants & spiders inside & outside of our house. 6 weeks later still no pesty ants or spiders. In fact, I rarely see any crawling insects in our home. Highly recommended! read more

My husband and I first had Dan come for one visit when we had an ant problem a couple years ago. Since then we had him return when we had ants again in the heat of summer and signed up for his recurring services. His automatic texts to remind of upcoming services is so helpful, otherwise I wouldn't keep track. He's kind and personable to talk to, and is great at explaining what he's doing, what to expect and also gives recommendations on how to avoid attracting pests in our yard. In addition, his rates are affordable to keep the bugs away! read more

We've had 2 salespeople from different companies trying to our business from this company. They always start off by asking if we have issues with pests and insects, which is always "no". Since using this company, we had no issues with any pests or insects. They do a thorough job and arrive on time, as scheduled. I will continue to support this local business. read more

Very happy with my initial visit! Dan was very professional, informative, and kind. He was thorough with his work and did an amazing job with the web cleaning. Always on time and does a great job. Very friendly and is great with my dogs. I have used them for years and never had any problems.

Tried a pest service to see if my ant issue would be taken care of. Solid answer is nope, the dude Dan, came by sprayed once and took down cob webs. Every quarter he can back and just sprayed. I asked about doing the interior and he said that's not what we normally do. The pest problem persisted and I decided to tell him the services were no longer needed. He lashed back about a possible law suit for cancelling contract. WTF I booked Dan through text on Yelp. What contract... Expect bull cause that's what you will get read more

Dan and Andrew are so professional and responsive. Hands down the best we've ever had!!!

I have hired two highly rated local pest control services in the past and have been extremely underwhelmed. I stopped service on the last one and not surprisingly started having problems again, so I called and left a message at 4 different local pest management companies looking for advice regarding rats chewing wires in my car, adding that I wasn't looking for service, just advice at this time. Dan at Paragon was the only one who took the time to return my call and offer several suggestions. To me, this shows his integrity and care for what he does. His number is now saved in my phone (unlike the last two companies I used) and I will be hiring him in the future if I can't solve the problem on my own. Thank you Dan. read more

What a great company. I called Paragon in a frantic craze because my original pest guy was not responding anymore and hadn't serviced me very well through the pandemic. My backyard was full of earwigs with the weather change, which kept me from wanting to be out there. They were able to come the next day and help us out. There was a horrible mass earwig grave of what seemed to be a hundred dead ones left after their service. Thank you for your professionalism and promptness. I will be recommending your company to everyone. read more

Dan is wonderful! We moved into a new home and within weeks had ants and spiders coming in. Dan provided me with a quote through yelp and came out a few days later. I had service with Dan when I lived in Murrieta and sad I had to cancel when I moved but his service was phenomenal and response times for trouble calls were very fast. He was very polite and tentative to to our specific requests. He always let my daughter in close consideration when it came to applying pesticides and I've been with companies that don't care and just try to hurry and get the job done. Dan will spend the time to make sure service was done thoroughly and correct. He kept the bugs away which made my wife happy and a happy wife is a happy life!! read more

Paragon is top notch! From the moment I reached out for info and pricing Dan got back to me right away and the communication and information was excellent. After speaking with Dan, he was able to come out in less than 24 hours for service and was right on time. He was courteous and professional and did a great job and the cost was very fair if not better than the rest for the quality service provided! I would definitely recommend Paragon Pest Management and Dan! read more

Was looking for someone local and reasonable upon our recent move and the guys that kept knocking on our doors and bothering us trying to sell their services were too expensive so found Paragon on google and decided to go with them. They were an amazing find. We used to have ants, spiders, and other random bugs in our new home and since using them we haven't had any issues. We had another ant outburst in between our quarterly service and they answered our emergency within a few hours even on the weekend. They are an amazing local business would definitely recommend them for all your local pest control needs. read more

Paragon is amazing!! I love Dan! He is always on time and does an amazing job of getting rid of the bugs! I HATE ants so if we have an invasion he knows just where to find and kill the little annoyances! He even will come out in between quarterly services, should an invasion occur, to treat with specialized ant bait. His prices are competitive and he is always willing to talk to you and explain the issues, plus he's just a heck of a nice guy! He cares about his customers, so much more than the big corporate pest companies and with over 20 years of experience he knows his stuff!! Would 100% recommend to everyone! read more
