Robert came out to my home due to I was having a problem with squirrels digging holes around my shed I have in my backyard. Robert set traps and we were able to determine that there was also a problem with mice that were also digging around the outside of my shed. He was able to catch the mice and it appears that by doing this and providing me with additional great advice with his great knowledge I am able to hopefully detour animals such as mice, squirrels and possible gophers around my shed and backyard in the future. Very impressed with Robert and his co! Was told by neighbors "there isn't anything you can do about gophers." Robert proved this is not true! He uses very ingenious sticks that go in easily and "pop up" yellow when these pesky rodents are caught. Robert took a LOT of time with us, our questions, and with monitoring the traps each visit; definitely not a "rush through" kind of guy...very refreshing. These creatures did a lot of damage to our yard and plants...our hill was "Swiss cheese" - but Robert got 4 culprits and even alerted us to a rat issue we didn't know we had, due to a chicken coop on the property. When I called Robert came right out and explained what he needed to do to address my problem. He set out traps outside. Inside he baited the kitchen and after a couple of days he caught a kangaroo rat. Robert got me excited on how we had to catch these guys. I decided to have him spray for ants and spiders outside and inside as he is so reasonable and you pay for his trips to come out lay the traps and then when he comes out to pick them out. He really knows what he is doing and he doesn't use watered down products, so he doesn't have to make returned trips. I cannot say enough good about him. It all began 2-months ago, rats crawling all over the attic, outside walls, roof, in-between the walls. It was horrific, unable to sleep at night. I tried setting traps myself for 2-3 weeks and nothing, not even one. Called a professional, paid them and 1 rat caught, but at least a dozen still in the attic. Waste of money. Robert is extremely passionate about his work and provided over the top customer service. Living in the Temecula Valley we are too often left at the mercy of limited resources. I have found most service providers to be lackluster, provide poor service and shabby craftsmanship.
