His pricing was very fair, and I decided I wanted to use their services same day if possible. And we did! He had everything he needed right in his truck which I appreciated. He immediately got to work setting traps, placing commercial-grade black boxes, clearing cobwebs, and spraying for bugs. Even better, they use kid- and pet-friendly practices, which gave me peace of mind as a mom. The next day, after we caught two rats overnight, I called again to ask if it was possible for more traps. AJ answered the phone quickly and was just as helpful--they arranged for more traps to be delivered the very next day and even offered same-day disposal if we needed it. My girlfriend and I live in an…read moreapartment complex and we have been seeing ants in the kitchen and cockroaches in our bathroom, our living room and even in the kitchen. We submitted a work request to the apartment complex for pest control to come three times and these idiots NEVER show up all three times! They keep on telling the apartment complex we'll come back Thursday or we'll come back Monday, by the time Thursday or Monday comes around these idiots never show up and me and my girlfriend become furious at them and are forced to live with ants and cockroaches inside of our apartment thanks these idiots! Plus my girlfriend saw their truck parked outside of the complex parking lot today and they NEVER came inside of our apartment to take care of the ant and cockroach problem!
