The actual work done by the team was good, but I'm really disappointed with how the pricing and…read morequoting process was handled. I was explicitly told that the $150 dispatch/estimate fee would be applied toward the balance of the work that needed to be done. However, when the technician arrived, they quoted me $715 and didn't honor that agreement--so I essentially ended up paying $150 just for someone to stand in my home for 5 minutes. Because I had already sunk the $150 into the visit, I felt stuck and felt like I had no choice but to just pay the higher amount to get the job done. While the service itself was fine, the communication felt misleading. Just a heads-up to future customers: make sure to get your initial quote details and promotional offers in writing before they show up.

He tracked down where they were getting in and put in a custom one-way door, basically an eviction notice they couldn't argue with. The raccoons moved out, nobody got hurt, and I finally got my house back. He came back out later and built a custom crawl space door so they can't sneak back in for round two. Solid work and it actually looks good. Renee was easy to talk to, answered fast, and did exactly what he said he'd do. No runaround, no drama. In addition, he was very thorough and honest during the process of requesting a quote. Him and his team came out, secured the areas that were compromised, and caught the one rat causing a ruckus. We haven't had an issue since. On a different note, we had a skunk get a little too comfortable in our yard a few weeks ago, and Renee was quick to respond, quick to come by and set up a humane trap, and within a few days the baby skunk was caught. They came by and assured me the skunk would be rehomed in the wild. We love that. I hope we don't have to call Renee again, but if we do no worries. We know he'll do the job right. I only recommend him. Thank you, Renee and team!

The workers at Outback Zack are great. The worker who primarily came to my house was Seth. He is…read moreextremely friendly, a hard worker, and very helpful with all of the questions that I had. I had a rat infestation in my house for about a month. I tried catching them myself but only got a couple and decided to hire the professionals. Seth took care to make sure all entrances to my house were sealed and answered various questions I had regarding the rats. As of today all of the rats are gone and I am very happy. My only complaint is the front desk not booking me properly. I had to call multiple times to confirm and book appointments. A couple appointments I told them to book me for a couple hours because I still heard rat activity midway through the process, but the front desk waved me off and booked me for a 30 minute "trap check" appointment. However, when Seth came for those appointments he took his time and spent multiple hours at my house on several occasions sealing more entrances and setting more traps. Very happy with the workers but I think the process could have been sped up if the front desk had booked the workers properly and in a more timely fashion.

Since the smell was getting worse, we started calling around to see if we could find a company that could help sooner. We were surprised to find that there really aren't that many companies that handle dead animal removal. Thankfully, we found this company and spoke with Scott, who was incredibly helpful and understanding of the situation. He was able to arrange for someone to come out the very same day, which was such a huge relief! The entire process was much easier than I expected. They have an online portal and text notification system, which was really convenient. We received updates throughout the process, and I appreciated not having to constantly call or wonder when someone was going to arrive. The person who came out was professional, efficient, and took care of everything quickly. Most importantly, the problem was finally taken care of and we could stop worrying about the smell and the situation. After dealing with this for several days, we are SO excited to finally be able to breathe fresh air again! It's amazing how much you appreciate something as simple as being able to open your windows without smelling something awful. A huge thank you to Scott and the entire team for being responsive, professional, and making what was honestly a pretty unpleasant situation as easy and stress-free as possible. If you ever find yourself in a situation where you need dead animal removal, I definitely recommend giving them a call. The same-day service and communication were fantastic. 5 stars all the way!
