I can start by saying that this company was quickly responsive when I called and left a message for service. Aaron came out and was a pleasant man to speak to. Very professional. However, the cost and lack of gopher eradication is why I'm at a 3 star. The initial cost to come out, look for signs of gophers, and set traps was $275.00. Seemed steep, but I wanted my yard eradicated so I could enjoy my grass area. I believe 3 traps were set initially. I do live on the back side of a golf course as full disclosure. When Aaron returned, one trap had a gopher, and the other 2 traps had nothing. However, I was told that the traps had been activated, so something must have come along and eaten two of them. I was still charged $45 per empty trap. I did not think this was fair, but I thought, in the long run, I would be gopher free. Also, he said he could put poison in two places along the tunnels. That was a charge of $10 per spot, so another $20. Still had a gopher issue. When I called again, I was at the point where I felt like I'd already paid a good sum of money and all of that amounted to (if I recall) actually one gopher caught. This last time he came out, I was hesitant to want to use two or more $45 traps. Aaron suggested he could put down more poison. I thought, okay, let's try more poison. Only this time, instead of charging me $10 per area (3 areas), he said the price was $20 each area now. I did not understand how the price for poison jumped up to double. I paid the $60 because I was hoping to eradicate the gophers. Nope. The very expensive $60 poison remedy also did not work. I messaged Aaron again and was told that to just wait another week or so and "see". Welp. I saw. And I see. I see I still have the same level of gopher activity in my yard. I didn't contact Aaron again because the only thing that was eradicated was cash from my pocket. read more

Outstanding!! We are new homeowners and quickly found out how hard it is to get rid of a gopher. We have a little dog so I didn't want to use any poison. I read all the tricks online. We did everything. We put granular down. We sprayed the lawn. We poured herbal essence and essential oils in the holes. We flooded them. We filled them with castor oil. We dug them up.
