I filled out the request form on their website on a Fri PM. Was pleasantly surprised to get a text message from Larry on Sat. AM! Couldn't meet with him that day, so we were planning another time. He doesn't usually take new client calls on Sun, but happened to be in the area for a customer so texted me that he could swing by on Sun at noon to take a look at our gopher problem. (I had sent him pixs but he wanted to check for tunnels.) Well he came out at noon, checked the 3 mounds that we had looking for tunnels, and couldn't find any. He explored a bit more--nada.
