First I want to say that customer service from Aaron is 100% on point. He responds quickly to calls and text messages; for example I messaged him on a Sunday about fresh gopher holes that I spotted and even though it was not a presumed work day he still answered within the hour. Second, this man does know his gophers and will kill/catch them for you. I watched him pull 5 gophers out of various spots in my yard after only setting the lures two days before. I want to stress that most of all - Aaron will catch your gophers! So the reason I took away a star... this was a tough decision.... I took away a star because this was not a solve all holy grail gopher solution as portrayed to be by reviews. I waited a long time to seek help because I thought gopher removal services are a gimmick and drain on the wallet - reviews from Yelp and NextDoor however had me sold. Now, well over $500 later I still have gophers. Because of the level of infestation Aaron gave me his honest professional opinion that I had well over 8 gophers on my property and after I expressed my fear of paying upwards $500+ on services I was sold on the idea of him burying poison for $320. Sure enough the poison after two rounds did not kill off all activity (but it did diminish some I believe). Aaron came out again and now it was time for placing traps. So I paid the initial set up fee and then the "bounty" per gopher caught fee ... he caught an additional 5 gophers and that came in just shy of $300. I had about one month of no signs (to me) of gophers before all the fresh holes started popping back up - almost the same amount as before. While I'm sure Aaron would come back out to catch them again at this point I just can't afford to throw any more money into what seems like a futile war against these rodents. So my review is if you have a few random gophers please call this business and they will handle it but if you are like me and live in a gopher war zone then you'll probably just be throwing your money away in a battle that'll never end. read more

Got this big girl on the first try. We have been chasing her for years, apparently, because Aaron said she about 3 1/2 yrs old. She did some damage through the yard but not anymore. Aaron was thorough in his explanation of the procedure, and the gophers characteristics and habits. He dug a chunk of grass out, set the traps (no poison), covered it back up just enough to make the gopher come back and fill the hole with dirt and then let it sit for two days. When he came back there she was! Worth the money for sure considering we spent $45 a month for a service that chased her and other gophers around the yard for 8 years.
