Our rat problem has been reduced from severe to minimal (acknowledging that complete elimination may not be possible due to our location near an alley). I was doing research and found that this Procraft Pest Control had decent reviews and wanted to try them out. I signed a year-long contract with ProCraft Pest Control and already regret it. My first service in October went fine and focused on the interior of my apartment with some exterior, which is what I initially requested. I later realized the price I was quoted required signing a year contract. I agreed to it for the reduced rate, even though that was not what I originally wanted. The issues started with my second visit. They came on the scheduled date (Tuesday 1/27) but only provided a time window, not an exact appointment. That day, someone rang my doorbell once and by the time I checked, no one was there, so I assumed it was a delivery. I later found out it was Patrick, the ProCraft employee. They went ahead and sprayed only the exterior WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, which Luke confirmed when he followed up with me on Friday 1/30. I specifically requested interior service with some exterior, not exterior only. Luke apologized for the miscommunication, but I do not appreciate the lack of communication or integrity from this company. They rescheduled the service for next week, but my card still has the charge for the service that has NOT been performed. Unless you are okay being charged for services you did not receive, I would not recommend ProCraft Pest Control. I was also told a refund was processed, which I still have not received.

Jeremy came out and did a very thorough inspection, found all the areas the mice were finding their way in and informed us of the treatment recommendations. He said the office would be getting back to us in the next day or so with the quotes and left without pressuring us to sign up for immediate service. Signature had the quote to us just a few hours later via email (which I was a very reasonable rate) again with no pressure to sign for their services. Jeremy and the office staff followed up with us shortly after just to confirm we understood what was recommended, asked if we had any additional questions and just overall provided great customer service. We decided to sign on with Signature for service and have been extremely happy almost a year later! After the first round of traps, we found all but one with a mouse in it and our mice problem has since diminished. I highly recommend Signature Pest Control for their great business practices, amazing customer service, and their overall care and compassion towards those they service.
