We went with CALTERPEST after looking at the reviews. The last two weeks at our house was spent putting in new tile floors. While they were ripping out the old stuff our tile guy and my husband saw a maggot in the sub-floor. Worrisome to say the least. Now that the house is done and we have started putting everything back together, we have been INUNDATED WITH FLIES. We killed probably 100 last night alone. I had my husband call last night as we are expecting guests this weekend. We have live here for over 25 years and have prior owned homes and a rental. We remodeled our house 4 years ago. We've dealt with plenty of pests in the past. Daniel Rivera who did the inspection was ready to walk away and not charge us for looking around. CALTERPEST does not deal with fly infestations because most of the time they resolve on their own if you can't find something obvious like a dead rodent under the house - and even then it is a time limited issue. He did make quite a few suggestions that my husband can handle on his own regarding screening the crawl space with some additional fine mesh window screen to keep out flies and termites. We had already been knocking out the flies with ammonia D Windex and ammonia spray and the vacuum cleaner. That being said we agreed to his price to come out and just check the crawl space and attic for our peace of mind. We would call them again if we ever had another problem. read more

Calterpest is great! We bought a house and it had a mice problem. We called calterpest and they were really professional and Daniel was always communicating with my husband about everything. They really helped us a lot! They got rid of the mice it's been about a month now and thank goodness we have not seen any mice. They closed out any possible entryways around the house and set up home bases.
