Simon came out to home twice, 1st time to spray liquid from the ground to 2nd floor of corner of home to exterminate bees of which I was perplexed by Bug Baron methods for handling job. Second time he did get on top of the roof and sprayed the liquid directly, however, few weeks later the bees returned. After a few follow-up conversations with Simon, he stated he would need to refer my job to another specialist of which I did not receive a call back nor email with the referral information. Customer service does not provide the information requested regarding killing/removal of bees.
