I was able to get a consultation scheduled for early that week. Randy came out and did a very thorough job with the inspection and took his time to explain the differences between different types of termites and the best way to get rid of them. After I sent the termite free inspection inquiries, they were the first one who responded me, quickly scheduled the free inspection appointment on the day (that I'm available). And one day before the appointment, they sent the reminder. On the day, Randall came early in the expected time slot, and you know what? He even brought the shoe covers, and he wore those when on the carpet. His termite inspection is careful and thorough, firstly he look around the whole house, to see if any outside signs of infestation, then came inside (of course, wore the shoes cover), directly went to the attic, he knows the attic has lost of drywalls that can't be stepped on, so he told me he would stretch as far as the eye could see, make sure he wouldn't miss any signs. And after he finished the attic inspection in about 15-20 minutes (no signs of termite inspection), he came down and then started to check every single room. He completely inspected every corner to see if there is any early sign of the termites' presence. Likely we don't have it yet. The DIY options killed a lot of ants, but never enough for the root cause back to the ant colony. Bell Termite setup an inspection the same day and was able to schedule the service very soon after. They were very thorough and handled both the interior and exterior of our home, detached garage, and the edge of our entire property. The initial treatment ended about 90% of the problem, while the remaining ants inside took 2 days to finish the rest off. A few months later and we still haven't seen a single ant in our home!
