Tiger Termite Control just completed work and service on our house. They did an excellent job. Some wood repairs were needed as well as tenting/fumigation. The repairs were completed first. The following week was the tenting/fumigation. Both went seamlessly and were done promptly and professionally. We had a little trepidation in doing the tenting/fumigation as we hadn't done it before. Paul and Kathy were both attentive and responsive to any needs or questions we had. Their experience, preparation, communication and knowledge as well as follow-up to see that everything was done right is how service should be done. We appreciate it. Everything went smoothly. Tiger Termite is professional, courteous and attentive to their customer's needs. We would highly recommend them. read more

I found this company on Yelp a few years ago while looking for pest control for my parents' home. I'm so glad we went with them. The gentleman who comes out to service the home is always so kind, helpful, and efficient. Because of him, the house has stayed pest-free. He's helped my family with termites, spiders, ants, rats, and even what we think were moles at one point. This company also calls to schedule regular service, which makes getting ongoing treatment really convenient. They've done multiple treatments and taken some preventative steps to protect my parents' home. Thank you so much for the great service! You definitely have a repeat customer out of us! :) read more

I can't say enough about the team and owners of Tiger Termite. A couple months ago we found some activity in a kitchen cabinet and chose Tiger who already had good reviews to do an inspection. Paul was very warm and thorough and we liked him immediately. There was lots of damage in our old home and lots of wood repair was suggested. We went ahead and had that done first. In fact our patio had been so damaged over the years we had them redo the whole top, a few sides and after, a decent repaint. The wood replacement and painting work done by Raul was top notch and everything he did was with great care even the tiles above wood on the roof. The fumigation went well and the workers were really fast. I like that they use a gas that doesn't leave residue so prep and clean up wasn't too difficult. We are a senior couple and we were a bit nervous for the disruption but the Tiger team took time to answer lots of questions and concerns and we appreciate that. I would highly recommend Tiger Termite to anyone especially worried about termite damage or tenting. read more

I've had Paul come out to inspect and give a free quote to my mom. Each interaction has been thorough, honest, and professional. Heck, Paul even helped me catch my dog when she got out of my mom's house! We have used them to tent our house, and signed up for their yearly service. The yearly service has Tiger Termite come out and inspect your home and if any termites are found, they'll help resolve the issue. It's been dependable and we haven't seen termites since. read more

Had an inspection with Tiger Termite Control today. Everytime Paul comes to the house, the man is friendly, takes his time, and explains everything throughly. We had our house tented about 5 years ago due to us slacking on getting our house inspected since we bought it. We found termite poop and called Tiger Termite Control. They gave us two options: to treat the wood, or the whole house because we had a huge infection. Ever since Tiger Termites tented our House, we have been termite free for 5 years and counting. We are now signing up for their 225.00 service so if the termites come back, they treat the termites at no extra cost. Peace of mind. Ahhhhhhh. read more

Also, their prices are the best in the area and they had the best customer services - always on time and very responsive throughout the whole process, even sending updates with photos during the repairs. As a first-time homeowner dealing with my first-ever fumigation, I have to say I am so glad I went with Tiger Termite! They really made my husband and I feel like we were in excellent, professional hands. Paul's initial inspection was very thorough, and he gave us a competitive quote for fumigation that included fixing some woodwork (the carpenter they sent did a great job on this). He came by a few days before the fumigation as well and took the time to make sure we had what we needed and understood the process. Then, everything just went so quickly and smoothly! A few days later and it feels like the termites never existed. Communication with their office was prompt and clear at every step as well. Definitely give these guys a call if you need pest control and want top-tier quality and service. read more

We have been using Tiger Termite for many years with great results. They are friendly, intelligent people, easy to deal with, they are prompt, do the service quickly, and are very professional. We are fortunate in that our home has always had regular termite checks. So, when some activity is noticed, we call Tiger for a full check out. They travel from Chino Hills to Anaheim, no problem, so I think they serve several counties. We get a full diagnosis, free estimate, and a great, neat job. They will also let us know when any other work has been done sloppily and help us to fix it...some workers left a lot of wood debris under our house and we had paid to have it removed...but they took the money and didn't remove it. Tiger Termite told us about it and how the termites had made a hill under our house because of that wood, and they took care of it all. We appreciate them and wish them a long, successful careerx read more

I had to get a termite inspection done on my house as part of a refi. Tiger Termite had done the inspection when we first purchased the house, I called them to come out and give the house a clean bill of health. As it happened, my next door neighbor had recently removed a tree that had done damage to my roof, unknown when we purchased the house. Time was limited since we needed to close escrow by month's end. Tiger Termite was able to get a contractor out to affect repairs to the roof and write off on the inspection within a couple of days, before the end of the month and in time to finish the escrow. The work was great and the hole on my roof's overhang was completely repaired. Next time I need a termite inspection, tenting, or work, I'll definitely be calling them back. read more

I had a great experience with this company. They were available within a week of me calling to schedule the initial appointment. They showed up to our rental property on time as promised and their prices were fair. Our property was under renovation so we were working with a very specific timeline on getting everything done. They made sure they fit our schedule and were very thorough. We had a bunch of junk in the garage so they were unable to treat one area in the initial treatment. A few weeks later we found evidence of termites in the area they couldn't treat and they came right back out and took care of it free of charge (handled under the initial warranty for the work we had done). They provided service with a smile and assured me that if I had any more issues they'd be right back out. I appreciated their clear communication and prompt response. I was very impressed with their customer service and will recommend them to all my friends. read more

I have been utilizing Tiger Termite for many years. I was told that looking for a good termite company is like shopping for a used car. They are reliable, honest, friendly, prompt with appointment times, and do a great job. Highly recommended!!!!! read more

Hired them to do the termite inspection on my home.  They found termites on the trim of a column on my porch.  The quote for the repair was $795.  I called someone else to come out and got a second opinion.  There were termites and termite damage on the trim, however they said the trim pieces were the only things with termites and if we replaced them the termites would be gone.  He said it was about $20 worth of material including a quart of paint.  He recommended we do it ourselves.  I called Paul and he could not justify the cost for the expensive repair quote.  He said $495 was for the chemicals to treat the column (which he didn't see any visual signs of termites on) and $300 for replacing the trim pieces.  I think this quote was much too high for the scope of work required.  I'm ok with paying an honest price for a professional's work, but this was just over and above unreasonable.  I am so sick of being gouged every time I need work done read more

I reached out to Tiger Termite when I saw the great reviews they had. Now we get to add to those great reviews! From working with Kathy at their office, to Paul for our home inspection, to their fumigation crew, and termite-repair man, we got nothing but great service and communication. This was the first time for us dealing with a Termite company, so obviously we were leery about what kinds of costs we would incur but they were very honest with their pricing and did not push us to pay more than we were prepared to spend. They prepared us for what to expect during the fumigation process and the crew went above and beyond to get our house in order for it. Thanks Paul and Kathy for making this experience painless for us! read more

Definitely 5 stars. Courteous, professional and reasonably priced. I used Tiger Termite some time ago to get rid of a wood pilar in front of my house that was infested with termites. During the inspection Paul also found an area above my rain gutter that had termites as well. I was going through some old receipts and realized I never got around to writing a review. The work done was great and still looks great. read more

We used Tiger Termite to tent our house for termites. We had 5 different quotes, 4 from other companies and this company was $500-$800 less then the others!! They gave us the option to spot treat or tent and we felt they did an extremely thorough job with the inspection. Other companies did a subpar job inspecting and used scare tactics to try and get us to sign with them that day, with Tigermite we felt no pressure and liked how they gave us options with the pros and cons. After deciding to tent they came over that same day to review what we had to do to prepare. I was nervous about being broken into since I had heard about that recently on the news. They offered to leave a device inside our house that was motion censored and would emit a loud alarm if there was any motion detected. This made me feel much more at ease. I would highly recommend this company! Hopefully we never have to tent again, but I will be using them for any future pest control needs. read more

Paul and Kathy run a close, professional company and provide an affordable quarterly service.

Tiger Termite is legit. Paul came out to the house and hunted down the critters that were biting our legs and arms during the evening hours. He also applied a spray to our backyard so that we wouldn't be devoured by mosquitoes while sitting on the patio. Two weeks later, and still no bites. Having a significant other happy makes it all worth while. Thanks Paul for the great service and great price. I will continue to call upon Tiger Termite for all my 'pest' control needs. read more

I am a Realtor and needed a re-inspection on a listing of mine in Chino Hills before the 1 year warranty period was up. Paul submitted his findings and it turns out that the company that had done the work needed to come and re-do a portion that was still under warranty. Well the previous company was not too happy that work needed to be done, since the warranty was still in affect and the work would be free. Needless to say the work was substandard and Tiger Termite was called. The seller's and myself were beyond impressed and satisfied with Paul's honesty, knowledge and professionalism that they decided to have the work done by Tiger Termite. I am proud to say that Paul and Tiger Termite is an integral part of my team. read more

I called Tiger Termite Contol after the first company came out and spent less than a half hour walking around my house and just said you need to tent it without giving me a reason (Let's just say it's a franchise). Paul came out and thoroughly inspected the house and gave me a detailed report of everything that needed to be done. They then had one of their workers, Raul come out and do all the repairs. Raul was here for 3 days and was one of the nicest and most professional individuals I've come across in a long time. Extreme attention to detail, but most importantly extremely pleasant to talk to and to have around. Would highly recommend their services! read more
