Called them over a weekend because there were sounds coming from the attic. Got to set up an appointment to come check it out the next day. He said there was some issue of rodent and suggest to get the traps set in. After traps were in place and accessing the surrounding, he said he will be back a couple days to check. Hours after he had left, one got into the trap and that was the end. They did come back to check, said it was ok and had rodent proof any entry point and holes. It is all good now. I have lost count of for how many years I used Dave , it got to be at least 10-15 years. He was good and offered competitive rates in those days. At some point Dave became less active and I absolutely could not put up with the woman who answers the phone and schedules. I called last week hoping Dave might be back full time but to the contrary I was told that he has retired. The woman told me she is the one I would have to deal with. I found the price she quoted me exorbitant. My current guy was charging me very reasonable rate for one year of service as needed and I was so happy to renew that I gave hime a $50 raise. I needed a rat/mouse problem taken care of back in July during the fires... The owner came out and gave me a quote and told me he would keep coming back until every last rat/mouse was taken care of and then furthermore would seal off all access and entry points to prevent mice and rats from coming in. We'll, within 2 weeks we stopped noticing mice inside the house altogether and with 6 weeks, all mice and rats were completely gone and no more traps were being tripped. Entry points were sealed and since then we haven't had a single infestation issue. Bless them for giving such fantastic service and I can definitely recommend these guys without a doubt. We have been using this company for many years and when we moved into our house quite a few years ago we had ants and have never seen them since they did the first spray. We pay $65 for inside and outside spray every two months. They call us when it's time to schedule. They have helped eliminate spiders and rodents from our attic. I always suggest them to anyone who asks. They are always exactly on time and super friendly. We have had Jacob come to spray the last few times and he is very good and extremely polite. Need to exterminate an ant infestation in my condo. Called the number at 9AM. Mary is patient on the phone despite the poor signal calling from my current location. She scheduled for Craig to arrive between 2:30-3PM. Craig arrived promptly at 2:40PM. Craig sprayed not only the edges of the wall I told him the ants are crawling in from, but he also inspected and sprayed the the garden and the outside of the house as well as the garage. 2 days later the ants have stopped crawling through the crevices between the floor and wall. For the price of $145 to inspect and spray that come with 2 month maintenance period, I would highly recommend this exterminator. Chemicals used for my spray session: Taurus SC-Fipronil .06 N-methyl-N-[(tetrahydro-3-furanyl) methyl] guanidine 40.0% There are no smell with these chemical nor do I feel anything unusual afterwards. No worries about human side effect of insecticide Craig uses. read more

Literally, I was fearful everyday stepping out of my house and seeing those things fly around so near me. It was easy booking an appointment and they were friendly. When they came to remove the nest and apply insecticides area , they were pretty thorough about it. He had told me there were 8/9 nest that were removed ! I didn't realize there was another nest they had forgotten when they left, but it was my mistake that I didn't tell them. He was knowledgeable and thorough. He made several visits to our house to place traps, check the traps and seal up all of the openings. He was on time for all of our appointments, wore a face mask and even foot booties. The rat was caught and we haven't had any problems since. When attempting to resolve the issue with a female employee named Mary, she was rude (Condescending voice)lacking customer service/ communication skills. Factor in that we moved in with a newborn who is now a messy-eating toddler and the problem was much worse, particularly in the summer. My husband tried home remedies last year that barely staved off the swarms, and we became incredibly OCD about cleaning... Finally, when the ants began joining us in bed two weeks ago for no reason, we knew it was time to consult a professional. ENTER WALNUT PEST CONTROL. They were quick to respond via Yelp with a quote (which was actually the lowest of the companies that responded) and were also understanding off the fact we have a baby/toddler and cat. The treatment they did was odorless and dried within an hour or two -- just a quick brush to all baseboards. We were told to wait two weeks to really see results, but honestly we noticed the next two days how there were no longer trails outside (there were ALWAYS at least 2 large trails) and we stopped spotting any inside. Based on the reviews I opted to use them for "pest" control aka roaches that were reported at my condo. I called a couple of times and left 2 messages and didn't get a response. I also messaged them thru Yelp to no avail. Finally I called and got an answer. Inquired about the services and decided on having someone come out to perform an interior and exterior spay of the unit. I had a Saturday appointment for 10am and he was there on time. I didnt get his name but he was an older gentleman and knew exactly what he needed to do. We are to give them a call within 7 days if we see anymore live "pests" and they will come back and spray. We also were given the option to have them come out every two months for a set price and its no contract which is nice. I may be writing my review prematurely as its not quite a week passed to see if they "pests" are truly gone but Ill update should any other concerns arise in the meantime.
