We had a wonderful experience with Trackers Termite Control. Roger is honest, professional, and provides excellent customer service. He runs his business in an old-school manner, which is rare these days. He scheduled our appointment quickly. The team that came to fumigate was efficient in setting up, answered all our questions, and wasted no time. We would definitely use their services again. Thank you! read more

I found trackers termite here on yelp and based on the reviews it was a great decision to hire this business. They were very professional and provided great service and a great price. Roger was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. They arrived early when they tarped our house for fumigation and arrived early to remove it. They also worked fast and wasted no time. I would definitely recommend trackers termite to anyone. read more

These guys are the best. We use them every time we need anything dealing with pest control.

This is the second time that I've had to use tracker termite on my house. Each time the communication with Roger has been fantastic. He's very punctual and gives a thorough estimate before the job starts. If you decide to go with Tracker Termite, you won't be disappointed. read more

I hate having contractors work on my house. I'm always concerned they're going to make some horrible mistake and leave things worse than they were. I also dislike the salesmen type who are clearly more concerned with running up the bill than doing the job right. Then I run into someone like Roger and Trackers Termite Control. After our previous termite inspection company ceased operations, we contacted several highly-rated companies and set up appointments for initial consultations. Trackers was the second and we cancelled the other appointments after meeting with Roger. Why? He showed a real respect for our property; found possible problem areas the first company had missed; and provided a thorough quote that explained exactly what would be done and what wouldn't, all at what we felt was an extremely fair price. The termite treatment and repair work were done in exactly the two days promised and we are extremely happy with the workmanship. Attached is a photo of one sample of his work. This was a large beam in our front porch that was damaged years ago by dry rot (and possibly termites) and that had been touched up with putty by painters. Roger sliced the damaged end off and replaced it so precisely that unless I stand and stare, I can't see where the seam is. Other work done around the house was similarly well executed. It's nice to know that there are contractors like this around. I wish there were more. read more

Service delivered as quoted. On time, courteous, professional. The owner/operator was great. No fuss, no mess, no hard selling tactics.

I highly recommend Trackers Termite Control for anybody who needs to have the job done. Mr Roger Brown was very professional, thorough and responsive. He always made sure everything was going on track. Throughout the inspection, he was really attentive and made sure to explain his recommendations for treatment. He answered all of our questions with great care and was always available during business hours to answer any other questions we had. Fumigation went very smoothly thanks to how detailed he explained the process. He was very respectful of our property when he came to do some treatment to our porch. I would definitely recommend his services to the community. read more

Roger provided great service at a great value. - He clearly laid out what was needed on my home, and demonstrated why. - He responded promptly to any requests or inquiries. - He offered fair pricing, then as new issues arose he clearly made an effort to keep costs as low as he could. Highly recommend this company, and they will be my first call the next time I need an exterminator. read more

Professional, follow through is great. Has other workers on his crew, and everyone is getting the job done. I appreciate his diligence. He considered, and then added a few construction repairs ( broken roof shingles, water damage by the obsolete water solar panel on our roof) that really complete the overall exterior damage. read more

Very response and communicates extremely well. I requested a quote for termite inspection and this company provided one immediately. Thank you Trackers Termite Control for your help. read more

I was selling a condo home in Placentia, CA. Other termite compaines were giving me quotes of over $10,000 for repairs. Trackers price was just over $3,000, with no need to replace expensive garage headers. The finished work was beautiful. I was elated. Thank you, it was so nice to find such an honest company! read more

New service scheduled from 12:00 to 4:00 I call at 4:00 to see where tech is and they say he may be running late. Guess the customer does not need to know that. No communication all day today for a new customer then a no show. Not the best representation for a business. read more

This is not just a termite control company. Roger Brown and his team are bona fide "fix-it" experts, and can repair just about anything inside or outside of your home! He came and did a thorough (and free!) inspection for termites and wood rot, found a couple of instances I never expected, and performed the most comprehensive, quick, and high quality repairs, treatment, and replacements of the infected wood that I could have ever wished for. Then he fixed my toilet, hung a mirror, replaced some tiles I'm serious: this guy can do anything!)... More impressive than the breadth of his talent, however, was his integrity. He turns up on time (even early). He offers a fair quote, and does not suggest work that doesn't need doing (he opted to replace a small section of wood, instead of recommending that I make major replacements. The work for him was more complicated, but it saved me materials and money). My experience was fantastic, and I'm going to be using him every time I have home repair needs (if he'll let me, since that's not his official function, but he's so d*** good!). read more

I spent an hour yesterday calling and emailing several places and Roger was extremely prompt, professional and extremely accommodating to my crazy schedule. Roger wanted to be thorough, and wanted to do his own inspection of the house rather than rely on the report provided by the termite company. He also indicated that he would not charge me for the inspection if we ended up using another company. Unfortunately our agent (at the last minute!!) told us we would have to get lender AND buyer approval of a new termite company and we are suppose to be closing escrow soon so i could not use Roger's services. However, I could tell that he really cares about his business, and also the quality of services and would not rip me off (even when I told him I couldn't use him anymore, he was extremely honest about the prices and estimates). Would highly recommend and definitely use when we buy our home! read more

Roger was very friendly and informative. I would definitely use again. Prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Using Trackers Termite was one of the most pleasant experiences we have had in using contractors. We had an appointment and Roger showed up on time. When we communicated with phone or e-mail and he always responded. Their inspection of the property was very through and timely. All findings were discussed and when we had a question Roger took the time to make sure we understood. The treatment options were all discussed and we never felt pressured. In our situation we opted for fumigation. The fumigation company Trackers uses just as pleasant as dealing with Trackers. They arrived on time and started the tenting and when they entered the house they all used clean protective booties. When it came time to take the tent off they were there early and cleaned up just as they had found the property. If you need wood replacement Roger does the work on time and it is first class craftsman ship. You won't be disappointed and I will use Trackers again if there is a need. If I could give 10 stars, I would.. Roger came on time the morning after I called. He was able to check inside and out telling us what and why he was checking certain areas.... He was honest with us, quick and in our case we were "clean" I would recommend him hands down above the guys I have had to use when termiting over the last 50 years! Will call him again :) read more

It was a good experience meeting up with Roger. He is honest about his inspection. At first, I thought I have termite problem with the house. Roger inspected inside and outside of the house and told me it wasn't termite. It was ant problem and I can take care of the problem myself. He also gave me a report on what needs to be replaced later in time. That is my experience with Roger. I definitely will give him a call to do any jobs. read more

This guy is HONEST and I totally agree with another yelp reviewer, "Roger is the real deal!" Roger and his team were fantastic. He came in my house and pointed out I had termites under concrete and in the walls of the house. He gave me options and worked with my schedule. Totally recommend Trackers Termite!!! I recomment to contact Trackers first. 10 Star Customer Service read more

What a great experience!! Roger is a very honest & professional expert who did a fantastic job! It all began when I noticed that a part of my house seemed to have some termites and or dry rot. Therefore, I looked up yelp for some qualified termite experts. Roger called me the same day and met me at my house at the next day on time and ready to work. Once he completed his professional inspection. He explained to me what had to be done and sent over a report electronically to cover the costs and the exact specifications of what he was going to do. I emailed him back and asked a few questions in which he provided his professional and timely feedback. I think most users are a little skeptical with who you're working with however, that quickly changed after talking to Roger for a while. He is truly one of the most honest and sincere peopIe have met. We confirmed a appointment time and as usual on time if not a few minutes earlier. Throughout the whole time, he conducted himself very professionally. He stayed in constant communication about the ins & outs of what he was doing, answered any questions and did an amazing job! When the job was finished he cleaned up and walked the premises with me to ensure my satisfaction. Finally, he reminded me that his workmanship is guaranteed. read more

What all the other reviews said. 5 stars all the way . exceeded all expectations!

When I needed a termite inspection, I didn't know where to turn. A friend suggested I call Roger at Trackers, and I am so glad I did. He is efficient, on time, and so knowledgeable. He explained his findings in a way I could understand. He is a "wow," and I highly recommend him. read more

Well, this is the first time that Yelp has let me down! Last week, based upon all of the Yelp reviews, I called Trackers Termite Control and spoke with Ryan - who was wonderful! I specifically asked Ryan if he would consider a job in Fountain Valley - which I pointed out was in Orange County. I explained that I had read the Yelp reviews and that as a single-woman home owner - reviews were very important to me. He said he'd check on a few things and call me back in a few, which he did. We scheduled an appointment for Thursday, at 9:30 am, with Roger, who Ryan said would be the one doing my inspection. I was thrilled! Fast forward to appointment day, today, and my phone rang at 9:31 AM - and it was the infamous Roger I'd read so much about - the reason for making the appointment in the first place. Roger, who from his tone, was clearly annoyed, started the conversation by saying, "I understand from Ryan that you're getting other bids on this job?" Taken aback, I responded, "I haven't gotten any other bids yet" Roger said, "OK, because I'm not sure if Ryan told you, but this is a really long drive for me." I then explained to Roger that I had spoken to Ryan about the distance, and explained that I drive from Fountain Valley to West LA every day - and that due to "my" long drive, I had taken the day off for the appointment. Roger again pointed out the distance, and then said, "OK - because if you were going to get other bids.... I just want to let you know that I'm running behind, and will be there in about an hour and a half." After I hung up, I was both angry and disappointed - not about the delay, but about the whining attitude given to me about the "really long drive." I couldn't believe how the call had started and ended. I owned my own business for 5 years. I went where the business was - and even if you're not willing to do that, fine - but the appointment was scheduled, a week in advance - using my address! I was so irritated that I called Roger back and told him, "Listen, I don't want the pressure, nor do I want to feel bad that you have to make such a "really long drive" to get here - so I will find someone who's in the Orange County area to do my job." Roger's response? Was it, 'I'm sorry we made the appointment, knowing full well where you live, and let you down?' - or just a simple, 'I'm sorry?' No. Roger's response was, "Thanks, I really appreciate it." Well, guess what Roger? I don't! I live a whopping 34 miles away from your office. I drive 44 miles, each way, to get to work. To me, this was the epitome of not truly being willing to go the "extra mile" - no pun intended. The lack of both courtesy and professionalism demonstrated, today, is astounding! Perhaps Roger should change his advertisement to "Serving Covina - and the IMMEDIATE Area." Geographically undesirables, beware! read more

It's always a headache for me to find good service professionals. I like good work. I don't mind paying for quality, but I also don't like paying premium. Yes, I'm conflicting. Trackers Termite offered me exactly what I've been looking for. After spotting some possible termite droppings by my patio area, I decided to give these guys a call to schedule an appointment. I wanted to make sure things don't get worst. After leaving them a message, I received a call back from Roger the very next day. An appointment was scheduled and Roger showed up on time! Roger respected my house, putting on shoe covers before entering. After a thorough inspection of the house including attic and crawl space, Roger identified a few areas that need to be treated. The inspection was so detail and well explained to me, I was very happy by this point. The quote he gave me was also very reasonable. Before seeing Roger, I was planning on getting a couple more bids before making a decision, but I was so confident and comfortable with his work, I went ahead and hired him for the job right away. The actual treatments of the termites were nothing less than exceptional. It was on schedule and done right! He even fixed some of the minor details that were overlooked by the company that the previous owner of the house hired. I truly think I hit gold by finding Tracker Termite. I'm definitely recommending them to all my family and friends. read more

I recently remodeled my house and found what I thought was termite damage. So I called Trackers Termite based on their reviews. Roger Brown came out took a look around at what I thought was termite damage and I was pleasantly surprised to find what I had was some dry rot. So not only did he come out on time as promised he assured me that termites were not the culprit with my home. He gave me some advise in a strait forward way that I could understand and refused to charge me for his time. Its nice to see there are some good people still out there running honest businesses. read more

Roger was very thorough & did a great job of tenting our almost 1900 sq. ft. 1 story house for a full fumigation. He did what he promised. He understands the time consuming work it takes a homeowner to prepare outside the yard & inside the house with bagging all the food, moving the plants and taking care of any pets. He was always only a phone call away for any questions that I might have. I was surprised that they even reinstalled the light bulbs on all 6 sets of outside motion detector security lights. Remember to go ahead & ask any question & not assume anything especially when you only do this kind of thing every 20 years. read more

Haven't tented yet, but these guys are doing some amazing work on all the needed repairs to the eaves, wood trim, doors, etc. Roger was thorough in his inspection, prompt on his estimate and he and his team work efficiently and neatly. Not looking forward to tenting, but I have confidence Roger will be available to help us out when needed. JUNE 6, 2017 THE JOB IS NOW DONE... Termite fumigation is not a pleasant experience. Bagging up all food, make-up, lotions, etc. is a chore. Luckily it is all worth it! Roger and Ryan made the whole process worthwhile. They made all needed repairs, working very neatly and replacing and repainting all the affected areas around the exterior of the house. Although we did our best to remove any plants near the house, naturally some of the plants around the perimeter were covered by the tent and turned brown, but Roger advised us to water thoroughly before the tent was put up and I'm sure the plants will revive. Their attention to detail is extraordinary. They make sure the job is complete, and even take the time to put everything right back where it belongs! Roger came to the house several times to ensure we were properly advised prior to the tenting as well as once the house was tented. He made sure the job was done up to our standards, and they exceeded our expectation! I highly recommend Trackers Termite Control. We will also be having them come back annually for any needed maintenance. Roger and Ryan are two of the best guys we have had working on our 60 year old house. Termites are persistent, wood is good, but Trackers is better! THANK YOU!! read more

When we discovered evidence of termite infestation in our garage, I called our trusted real estate agent friend and asked him for a termite company recommendation. Without hesitation, he said, Tracker Termite is the only company I deal with." After we received their services, I know why! Roger, the owner, and his nephew Ryan came out and inspected our entire house. They were very polite, respectful and professional. They explained exactly where the termites were congregating and exactly what they would do to exterminate them. They gave me a reasonable estimate of the cost and set a date for them to do the work. They showed up at the date and time they promised and went straight to work. I'm one of those nosy PIA homeowners that likes to ask a million questions while contractors are working on my house but Roger and Ryan didn't seem to mind at all and were very informative and friendly with their responses. They completed their work in a timely manner and cleaned up thoroughly. Now, here's the most amazing thing...I tried emphatically to tip them but they wouldn't accept it! Can you believe that?! From now on, Trackers Termite is the only termite company I'll use and recommend! read more

I was first introduced to Trackers Termite when my 93 year old friend was selling her house and used Trackers Termite, Roger was very fair with his price, did a great job on all repairs. I have also had Roger do some repair work as well at my home, he installed a hot water tank, installed carpet, and did some repairs on my roof, he is fast, fair and reliable. He would always tell me to call if I have any problems and he would come back, but everything he does he does with prefection. I would highly recommend Roger to anyone looking for either termite inspection or termite repairs as well as any house repairs or any appliance replacement. I believe that Roger can do any job you might need, large or small, and is very fair with his prices. read more

Roger is a true professional. His inspections are through and so is his report. Our house had minor termites in the garage which we wanted to take care of before paining the house. The turnaround time for the estimate was as quick as the job itself. Not only did he take care of the termite treatment in the garage but also in the patio of which we were not aware of. He completed the work quickly (termite treatment & replacement of the fascia boards in the patio) in less than 2 hours. A day later I received an invoice via email. He is quick, thorough and a real pro. read more

Excellent workmanship by Roger and his coworkers.Extensively damaged wood repaired on eaves, roof, and deck after more than 20 years since last treatment. Reinspection and minor repair work done within the following two years. Very impressive carpentry work replacing some very damaged wood! Price much lower than another estimate I received which did not include any repairs! read more

Roger fixed my termite damage himself, replacing the wood and painting as well. He didn't originally offer me the lowest price for tenting, but he was willing to beat any other quote that I got. Terminix had the best tenting price, but wood work was considerably more than Roger's estimate. Roger's wood work estimate was about 30-40% lower than Terminix. South Coast Termite was triple that of Terminix. Roger said he can't do the wood fixes without doing the tenting as he doesn't really make money on that, hence the low price. He has another company do the tenting, but they did a great job. They always warn you that they can break some of the tiles on the roof and it'll be your responsibility to pay for the costs, but they didn't end up breaking any. They will shut off your gas but make sure that you are there when it's time to turn it back on. Typically places will charge you about 1 dollar per square foot of your home to do the tenting, but Terminix was trying to beat everyone's price, which came out to about 1/3rd less than normal, so Roger ended up beating that price for me. I noticed that South Coast termite cost about twice as much as everyone else, with less effective treatment, but they do the BEST inspection because they have to find every spot where the termites are. So if you want a great inspection to find everything (including 2nd floor eaves, full attic inspection) then I'd ask those guys to do an inspection first. Roger didn't actually check if the 2nd floor eaves were damaged since they were so high up, but he thought there might be some damage up there in one spot due to the look of it. Turns out there was no damage, as the South Coast termite guy had found, since he actually poked at it. However, Roger did a fine job and found more dry rot damage than the other guys. He doesn't have to inspect as thoroughly because the tenting will get all the termites everywhere. It took about a day to fix the wood and a couple days to get the tenting done. They provided those plastic bags that you can use to seal up your food, including stuff that will stay in the refrigerator. read more

I never have felt compelled to right a review about a business before, but Roger really deserves it.
