We've been using Pest Commander for four years for monthly preventative pest control. We have no issues with bugs. They are reliable, schedule an appointment every month and are always on time. They also vermin proofed our attic and crawl space. We're really happy with this service. read more

I called Jason's wife and she got me a estimate for a ant extermination. His wife was very polite and she was able to help me out with a free estimate. My house usually gets ants coming in and out during the summer so it was really time to call a exterminator. His wife was able to set up an appointment with me for the following week. Jason was at my place 30 minutes earlier than usual but I have to applaud him for being here on time because I've worked with people who would come an hour or two late. He did the inside and outside of my home and in 30 minutes, he was done. Jason gave us the after care instructions and he was in his way. Super quick and effective. I would highly recommend Jason because it's not everyday you meet a exterminator who actually cares about his customers. The price was very fair and reasonable. It seems like Jason is the only person that goes out to do the work along with his wife who does the reception work. Highly recommend supporting your local businesses! :) Thanks Jason!!! read more

So!...I was working alone at the shop and heard noises in the shop. Went to look for that noise and it was Mickey Mouse! It scared the crap out of me! Immediately called several pest control companies, and Pest Commander Pest Control were the ones that could come to the shop almost immediately. Thank you Sunshine for your help and service. Justin came to see our building and gave us some recommendations on what to do in these cases. He advised couple of things before he came to set up some traps at the shop. Took us a week to trap Mickey Mouse, it was the same one that I've seen on previous days. Justin was quick, easy to work with and very professional. I could see his face of satisfaction when he saw that mouse and that he was able to trap it. Thank you very much for your help! I truly reccoment Pest Commander Pest Control. (Sorry no pictures. They were to graphic to show) read more

Really fantastic service! So, we've had a persistent rat problem in our house for, uh, probably over a decade now. And we've previously had exclusion work done before (beginning from 2019 all the way into 2020) in an attempt to get rid of the rats. For a while, it seemed to work, but we heard a trap going off yesterday and a whole lot of squeaking, so apparently not. I messaged Jason this morning hoping to get a quote on how much it'd cost to fix up the previous rodent control folks' exclusion work (since we were out of warranty with them now) and got a pretty fast reply back with an offer of a free inspection later today. And Jason actually ended up coming half an hour earlier than expected! However, after showing him around the house, he revealed that he actually couldn't see a single unsealed opening. (Apparently, our previous rodent control did a pretty good job!) And he suggested that the rats were probably getting in through our roof, from underneath the tiles, which he actually didn't have the ability to thoroughly seal. He recommended that we cut down a tree that was lying flush against our house, which seemed to provide an access point to the roof for the rats. He also helped unseal the vent underneath our heater and discovered the dead squeaker from yesterday (and a friend which seemed to have died much earlier) and laid new traps for us too! And, the most incredible part is that he took absolutely no charge for any of this, since it was a free inspection -- and he wasn't able to provide us a free quote for exclusion since there was nothing to seal. Really great guy. My mom was also shocked that he had run all the way over here, helped us remove some rats, and didn't charge us a penny. In the future, if we ever need some more pest control work done, Pest Commander will be the first on our list. Thank you, Jason, for all your help today! read more

Probably the best Pest control in the West Covina area, for those of us that don't like using the call button on our smartphones, Sunshine is right on top of her computer she responds to emails fast and gets you scheduled right away, great customer service. As for the tech Jayson, he is on top of his game, asked me about my issues, took a look at my yard and he was off, he was like a bug detective he knew what and where to look, then sprayed everything in the house, patio, lawn, cement pathways. I'm done with the Big Company Extermination that will call you back in a few days!! read more

Jason is great. Gave us a free inspection and the advice we needed to get rid of our rodent problem on our own. We did all his reccomendations and it looks like we might finally be rodent free! Jason is the kind of person that ISN'T looking to make a quick buck. He actually wants to help you. He's timely and responsive too. read more

I was rushing to get an inspection and literally looked at Help and started calling around at 9 pm. Jason and his company gave me a call back w/in 20 mins. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. When I met Jason, he was friendly kind, positive and friendly but most importantly he was professional and he went right to work. He showed me a few areas of concerns and have me a very fair price to fix those concerns. I highly recommend them if you have any pests. Funny Little story. While Jason was working, my neighbor recognized the company and saw Jason. Apparently, he had some pests removed by Jason. My neighbor, came over and raved about how much he liked 5his company. What a small world. read more

Quick, easy, professional, and competitive rates. I called them for a wasp nest removal and I was able to schedule an appointment earlier and cheaper than other's I had checked. Would recommend. read more

Highly recommend this company. I have had two other pest monthly service providers an they had issues with billing an not spraying enough to actually maintain my yard. Jason has been out twice now, no bugs no hassles just smiley, friendly conversations. Sunshine is awesome too. My mom has even used them an had nothing but good things to say as well. Plus they are a local business which makes it even sweeter. read more

I am so grateful for Pest Commander! I have spent countless dollars and hours on spraying and pest control around my house for years. In order to keep some of the critters out we used to spray more then once a month! Now, after hiring Pest Commander, it's been a dream come true. I feel like I don't have to worry about pests coming back after a few days! I'm not getting eaten alive by mosquitoes just walking to the car and I can ACTUALLY enjoy my yard in the evening! Jason and team are so kind, professional, and affordable. Kicking myself for not hiring them sooner. Thank you so much team! read more

We've been dealing with a swarm of bees that made their home in a cinderblock wall of an outdoor BBQ for awhile. They hadn't been aggressive but yesterday was the final straw when two got stuck in my hair and I was stung. After seeking recommendations from a fellow WCHS Choir parent, we contacted Pest Commander who came out same day and provided great service! Also helps that Justin lives across the street so follow-up treatment will be easy! Thank you for your timeliness and professionalism in getting rid of our bee situation. read more

We are spending our first summer in our house and were being absolutely invaded by ants. Pest Commander was recommended by a local Facebook group so we called them up. I spoke to Jason who answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns from a place of clear experience. He was courteous and quick but thorough and detail oriented with his work. Although he said the treatment would take a few days to take effect and even offered to come back if the problem persisted, we started finding tons of tiny ant cadavers all over our property the next day and are finally free id the creepy crawlies. He sprayed our front and back outdoor area and inside our house and garage for what I felt was a very fair price given the great quality of the service with no pressure to sign a contract. I definitely recommend Pest Commander and will continue to work with them in the future for our pest control and prevention needs. Thank you!! read more

They were great people (personality and conversation) and they did the job quickly and efficiently. They gave us great advice on how to continue. I am so grateful for them coming! Bye bye bugs! read more

Our house had cockroaches present in the kitchen area and in our bedroom. Jason and Sunshine were able to help us identify the bug type and address the issue with proper treatment. The price is very reasonable considering the size of our house and the market trend. On the day of our scheduled service, Jason arrived on time and was very approachable to answer any questions about the service. He also gave detailed notes about the service and findings throughout. Overall, the service is exceptional. Sunshine and Jason are very professional and attentive to any concerns we have. That's where local businesses outstand the big companies. read more

Jason is great. He was the only person to message me with a quote instead of trying to get me to talk with a salesman on the phone, and the price was very fair. He came out right on time, was friendly, and the service was effective. A painless experience from start to finish. read more

I am originally from Grand Rapids, MI. All we have back home is Carpenter ants, rodents, and a ton of mosquitoes that I can't tolerate. I never used an exterminator until I moved to Cali. I lived in Cudahy, Whittier, and East L.A. Jason is an amazing guy, their company if a smaller "ma, and pa" business as we call them back home. His wife Sunshine helps run the back office, she is as delightful to speak with over the phone as her name suggests, she stayed in contact from start to finish, until the final invoice was emailed out. Jason is very knowledgeable and friendly. I am a salesman, and at no point did he make me feel pressured or concerned about the process. My oldest daughter Arianna has ashima, and we can't use certain over the counter pesticide that Home Depot carries. My niece Alex is deathly afraid of spiders, this company took care of our needs, thanks guys! read more

Jason and his team are friendly, responsive and get the job done! Highly recommend their services.

Contacted Jason via Yelp to take a look at a fly problem we were having about a week ago since I noticed he had 5 star reviews. He suggested it could possibly be a gas leak, and I thought that was a strange analysis until I googled it and saw that the type of flies I described (shiny green blow flies) were indeed attracted to natural gas. Anyways, Jason was happy to come out to inspect what the issue was at no charge. By the time he came, the flies were no longer an issue since we killed them each with a fly swatter a week earlier. Nonetheless, Jason still checked out the home and assessed the information I provided him. We eliminated the gas leak problem after talking it through. We then deduced our fly issue was most likely due to a rodent that had died somewhere in our wall or attic (since I noticed rat poison up there from the prior owner), so through his inspection of our exterior he identified all the areas that vermin were likely to enter our residence. He then recommended what he would do to block those holes (steel wool Medium grade), and I even googled it and this is what experts recommend so he knows his stuff. Again all of this advice he provided at no charge and at no point did he try to sell me on any work or services. I even asked him about repellent and he said it'd only be temporary so probably not to go with that which might not even fix the problem. He said it really was hard to diagnose the problem with the issue happening in real time (i.e. flies flying around) but to contact him back if we did run into the issue again. I could tell he genuinely cares about taking care of his clients. I'll definitely be following up with him again if the issue resurfaces. read more

Great service both from sunshine and Jason! Both were very professional and friendly, I will use try to use them in a quarterly fashion! I was also able to leave my house key with Jason while he finished the job. He is so trustworthy. I had a very bad problem with ants and spiders, crickets. But everything went well! I'm still sweeping up dead ants and crickets, but they are dead!! Can't say enough about this company. Thank you both. read more

Our appointment was for 9 o'clock it was 9:30 I called and was told that he was having issues with the truck (or it wasn't with him) so he went to pick it up and is now on the way. She was nonchalant about it. Normally I wouldn't care but, i was rushing for work. It would of been nice if someone notified me that he is running late. BUT... all that doesn't matter now, because all those bugs and ants are gone! Their fee was very reasonable. He was a very nice and professional guy. Glad I found them online. read more

I cannot say enough about this company. Jason went above and beyond your normal pest control service. Not only did they spray the inside of the home, but they also noticed a spider problem and addressed that as well. Called them, they arrived in two hours. It was quick! They were wonderful! Family owned business, very helpful and efficient. Thanks again!

Our poor small fur babies were picking up fleas every time they went to do their business in the backyard. I found Pest Commander Pest Control on Yelp. The phone rang once and Sunshine answered (wife of Jason, the owner), with professionalism and energy. Jason came the next morning between 9-10 am as agreed. For a reasonable price he not only sprayed for fleas in our backyard, he even did our front yard and eradicated ants, spiders and removed spiderwebs around the house. He only took an hour and a half. We also set up a contract to have him come once a month again for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Pest Commander Pest Control for great service and peace of mind. I feel we got a bonus with ants and spiders gone. Thank You Jason! read more

We've had a rodent issue at my mom's house for a long time. Tried doing everything we could possibly think of but we missed a lot. My mom finally gave up and asked me to help her find someone who could help her with the problem. I went on yelp and found about 6 different companies who all came out and checked out the problem. Some of them didnt seem to be very interested or helpful. Jason was quick to respond and came out quick. After he completed his work the first day I had a few questions and he was very quick to respond! Great communication and so far we are very please by his work. He went above and beyond what we had asked of him. We are going to continue to do business with Pest Commander for all our pest needs and we will recommend him to anyone in need of a great local pest control business! Thank you Jason!
