Found some termites dropping in my house then use Yelp to find Pest Control. Ruben was the first to reply and came to my house and provided a free inspection. He is courteous, knowledgeable and detailed. He walked in and out of my house and pointed where he found more droppings. He is also very patient because I ask many questions. During the fumigation process, he keeps me updates and send me images, and ensure the process is done smoothly. Same as his team, they sent texts and always kept me informed. I am very pleased with their service! Amazing team! His quote is also very reasonable. Thank you, Ruben! read more

When I first discovered bugs in my house, I panicked and started searching online for pest control companies. After consulting with a few options, I decided to go with Ruben for an inspection and estimate. He thoroughly checked the entire perimeter of the house, assured me it was just a minor issue, and charged a very reasonable fee. He doesn't exaggerate problems or overcharge. So, when I recently found some strange bugs near my kitchen pipes, Ruben was naturally the first person I called to handle it. I feel incredibly lucky to have found someone so honest, responsible, and professional. I highly recommend Ruben's services. read more

Earlier this year, I contacted Ruben at Headshot Pest Control to rodent-proof my home. Ruben inspected the house and told me about the areas that needed to be addressed and offered a proofing solution, as well as a trapping schedule. His pricing was great, the service was completed, and he even fixed a faulty attic turbine. He's local and his service was excellent! This month, I purchased another home in the Azusa area and noticed my ankles were getting attacked by the previous owner's fleas. After vigorous research, I realized a tented fumigation was the only solution. I immediately contacted Ruben, who was very responsive, and we scheduled the service. Ruben took care of the rest. He worked with my busy schedule to leave a lockbox for me to leave a key, scheduled gas shutoff, and fumigated the residence at a price that beat the rest. All in all, I couldn't be happier. Thank you! read more

Agree with all of the 5 star reviews here. They are responsive, communicative, and very knowledgeable. Ruben was very thorough in his inspection, looking under furniture, high above in ceilings, and even inside cushions and plants. He's experienced and knows what he's looking for. The inspection fee was definitely worth it. I will call them again if there's ever a need. read more

Our senior cat recently passed away and we became aware we had a rat problem...UGGGG! Apparently she was defending her fortress and when the cats away, the mice (rats) will play. I found Headshot through Yelp and honestly their reviews speak for themselves. Ruben reached out to us right away, came out the same day and provided us with a fair and reasonable estimate. I am real skeptical of hiring anyone, for anything, around us. Once they find out where we live, the prices become super inflated, as everyone wants to get their beak wet and assumes there is money to be had. Rueben was cordial, honest, upfront, and didn't try to upsell us on anything extra. So refreshing and I'm super glad to have found him. Yelp backs this business up for a reason and there is nothing to loose, except Rodents and Insects. read more

Ruben was on time and very professional. The quote was reasonable as well. Highly recommend!

I had a rat problem in my attic and had 6 different companies give me an inspection and quote. They were all extremely overpriced and insisted on extra services that I did not ask for. Ruben from Headshot Pest Control, however, gave a very reasonable cost and cleared out my rats in just the first week! He sealed up all the entry ways and had several follow up appointments afterwards, ensuring that no rats remained in my attic. Ruben is professional, effective, and provides quality work. I highly recommend him to anyone with pest issues! read more

I just want to say the biggest thank you to Ruben!! I had some bugs coming out from my vent and I was freaking out to death cuz this is my first time dealing with it as the first time home owner. I contacted a big pest control company for an inspection, they cancelled on me in the last min, so I had to call and find another one for the same day appointment. The only person who was willing to go out of his way to help me out is Ruben!! Even tho he was fully booked today, but he said he would still stop by to help me check it out after his last appt. Then he came after working hours, and told me all the details about the cause etc. it ended up I need to contact the HVAC to fix the root cause cuz there was prob a dead rat... he helped me cleaned the bugs and the fur from the dead rat. I asked him how much I should pay for him, he even didn't let me pay cuz he said he didn't really help me fix the issue after all, and he was sweating the whole time while helping me out. I seriously was about to cry and extremely thankful for what he did for me!!! I would highly recommend headshot pest control, Ruben will absolutely take care of you cuz he is so sincere, punctual, honest and kind!!! Thank you so much again!!! read more

Ruben and Headshot Pest Control are the best! Excellent communication and impeccable service from start to finish. After years of having our resident termites mock and laugh at my feeble attempts to battle them with my little cans of termite spot treatment, I finally realized it was time to bring in the big guns. I called Ruben, he made the fumigation process an easy one, the termites will mock me no more, and I got the last laugh. Got termites? Call Ruben! read more

While visiting my mother in California in November my brother and I discovered that she had been swindled by a very unethical company for thousands of dollars to take care of an issue with squirrels in her attic. My brother called two nearby companies, one of which was Headshot. Ruben called my brother back promptly and said he could meet us in about 15 minutes (which he did). Ruben greeted us with a warm smile and hello and was very professional. After we told him what had happened he told us exactly what services he could provide. After he went into my mom's attic space he came back and showed us pictures of what he found. He told us of potential problems, how he'd fix them, etc. He was thorough, friendly and professional. I would whole-heartedly recommend Ruben. He is honest, reliable, fair and does what he says he'll do! read more

Found this company on Yelp. Had an infestation of creepy crawlers called "Spricketts" in my back yard, (cross between crickets/spider) hundreds were migrating under the pavers in our patio area. I called several Pest Control companies for assistance and most had never heard of these things and weren't sure what they were or how to treat them. I gotta tell you I was "so impressed" when I got in touch with Ruben @ Headshot Pest Control who knew exactly what they were and how to get rid of them! We set up an appointment immediately, he arrived on time ready to go! We had to leave the house for a few hours, but the house didn't wreak with chemical smell when I returned, and the best part.... so far no return of these creepy bugs! I am so glad I found Ruben/Headshot Pest Control, he provided excellent customer service, knowledge, professionalism, and was very friendly. I will be hiring this company for follow visits periodically to keep these pests out of my home for good! Thank you Ruben for great service! LL read more
