Glenn was awesome. I originally contracted him to inspect our rented house for termites exactly one year ago. He was punctual, professional, communicative, and very thorough with his inspection for which there was a very nominal fee. His report was thorough and well drafted. My landlords opted to get a second opinion upon the recommendation of a friend of theirs who was in the real estate market and 'used another termite guy on a regular basis.' That particular guy was very dismissive and actually wasted a good 45 minutes of our personal time chatting it up with us in our living room about everything BUT termites; he claimed the infestation we pointed out 'was clearly an old infestation and nothing that he would worry about.' He suggested ignoring it, and at most treating it with an orange treatment. Fast forward to one year later; we were finding our original hardwood floors were being destroyed by red dry wood termites which were also coming in through holes in a window frame -- a window frame on the same wall he insisted was not actively compromised. I told my landlords I wasn't going to waste any more time and was going to contract Glenn again to come out again to do a reinspection and move forward with whatever advice he suggested. He, of course, suggested fumigation and made sure to accommodate our needs by scheduling our fumigation within 10 days. The service was thorough, professional, punctual, and without delays. He worked around my very busy schedule as a business owner and was extremely responsive throughout the whole process.
