We needed to get this done, with our previous time we done this over 15 yrs ago. We knew we would need subterranean termite as well, so some drilling into the floor is needed. A friend recommended 1 other company she had recently used, called, no formal inspection were done even through we did informed him we know and may need the subterranean. He didn't even go under our crawling Space for inspection, call to give me a over the phone quote. Took me as a dumb girl.. google & previous terminate job had taught me somethings. Vince came to give me an inspection, took pictures, crawl space inspection came out we needed to do some drilling to put in chemical for the subterranean.. e-mail me formal inspection report of what needed to be done and how, price was so good with Yelp discount, and close to the above guy that didn't have subterranean priced into his quote. Few days before Vince come in to do the subterranean treatment ( drill, pump in chemical, fill back ) & give instructions and bags Day off- gas company turned off. the crew of 6-7 came on time, know their business well. Gas turned on ( to ensure the turn on, call ur gas company and ask for advance notification so u can be there for them to turn on) Everything went very well, great price, great service. Recently in our heat wave I had a swarm of what I thought was termites on my back patio and just inside in my laundry room. I called Morales Exterminator and they were able to send an inspector within the week. David came and took time to thoroughly inspect my house; inside, outside, attic, and crawlspace. He spend close to 2hrs inspecting. He reassured me that it was not termites that I saw and that he found no evidence of damage and recommended no need for treatment. The fumigator subcontractor of this company literally kicked in our door, destroyed the front door so when I arrived at my house after the job was done it looked like a crime scene. Only work with this company if you are ready to spend a day supervising them fix your house. The fumigator subcontractor is not on Google or Yelp but their name is American Fumigators, so make sure to ask your contractor not to work with that company. I was aware of subterranean termites, but they also found dry wood termites. They were in many areas. The owner had the house tented and Vikane was used to eradicate the termites. We found a horrific insect we were convinced was a king termite, and subsequently decided to burn our house down and get rid of my kid, since she had touched it. Before doing so, I called Morales at the recommendation of a friend. They sent David over the next day for a free inspection. He was punctual, friendly, practiced good COVID safety (properly fitting mask above the nose!), and performed a very thorough inspection of the interior & exterior of the house. He confirmed our bug was, in fact, NOT a king termite and deemed that we had no current infestation and did not need further treatment. He provided a report of the inspection within 24 hours. While I still am unconvinced that this horrific potato bug will not not immediately come murder me in my sleep, I am relieved to have found such speedy, friendly, and trustworthy service for my future freak-outs.
