He's professional, kind, and really attentive to detail. He takes care of all the spider webs, general pests, and most importantly, our ongoing mosquito issue. We've had a really bad mosquito problem, and I tend to have severe allergic reactions to their bites. He found the nest and knocked it out and then sprayed around the perimeter of the house. He addressed my safety concerns regarding my cats and did the exterior only at my request even though he explained the benefits of interior treatment. I made a desperate and dramatic call to Gladiator after I saw a rat flee my kitchen counter in broad daylight. George was at my house within 15 minutes of my call, he made a quick and accurate assessment of the problem, and laid out traps where he thought the little fella was entering. So I called them for my cricket problem - I was seeing crickets in my downstairs entry way and hear them in my kitchen. At night, I could hear the crickets and had no idea where they were coming from. I called Gladiator and they were really friendly and efficient on the phone. They thanked me for choosing them and were happy to have my business! Once they sent an inspector to my house, they were fast and clear.
