James is awesome. He's reliable, detailed and competitive with pricing. We had a lingering rat problem which two previous companies could not fix. His method was simple and effective. We saw a big difference in just 3 months. We have been working with him for almost 2 years now and we plan to work with him for years to come. read more

I approached C&C Pest Control about a concern for rodents in my home. James responded immediately and thoroughly assessed my situation. He was very professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. He helped me find solutions that were reasonably priced. He explained his thought process every step of the way which made me feel confident in his suggestions. Other companies immediatley suggested solutions that would have been expensive, extensive, and not have made as much impactful difference. Highly recommend! read more

Called a few other places. Went with c&c because he was responsive and didn't seem like a huge operation or referral service for a network of pest control guys. Great responsiveness and customer service. Highly recommend! read more

Our building had bed bugs, and he did an amazing job! I highly recommend them, and Martin's customer service is exceptional.

My parents home had a pretty bad bedbug infestation post vacation. Not sure where or what brought it in, but when we realized we had a problem it was too late for us to try and fix it on our own. Thankfully James from C&C was a freaking champ and fixed the problem for us. He was so quick to answer our 2038473 questions, and did not get frustrated with me or my nosy parents. He came by for an initial pre inspection and gave us a quote that was super competitive (we called around several places) and he was willing to match our time schedule. He was extremely professional, and gave us tips to avoid the problem in the future and told us about the post extermination process in detail. He made sure that we felt comfortable and not embarrassed in the process (because let's be honest, who likes to admit they have a pest problem at home?) Thank you so much C&C! Hopefully we don't have a bug infestation again in the future, but if we do I'll definitely know who to call! read more

If you're having bug problems I feel bad for you son. I got 99 problems but pests ain't one. Not too long ago, I went through a problem that I would only wish on my worst enemies (you know who you are, your day will come soon enough): bed bugs. Go ahead and google the issues that come along with it, I'll wait. Done? Scared? You're absolutely right in being worried, there's no good scenario that comes from this. I called around and once I got in touch with C&C, a lot of my concerns went away. They were professional, on time, and explained the procedure step by step. I asked why certain things cost the amount they do, and it was answered in a easy to understand manner and price point. I'm not looking forward to ever dealing with this problem again, but if I do, at least I'll know the perfect professionals to go to. read more

Call C&C Pest Control to vanquish any pests that date to invade your home, business, etc! We had a sudden influx of roaches, etc, in and around our townhome. Gross. We had one company come out. However, they ghosted us. I looked up C & C Pest Control on Yelp, & gave them a call. James came out the very next day. He is the business owner, and is very knowledgeable about pest eradication. He got right to work, & guaranteed excellent results. James said we might see a few stragglers for a few weeks, but after that, we should be Bug Free! He did not lie; and we have been bug free ever since! I even had him come back & do our garage & perimeter. After all, why shouldn't we live in a NO PEST ZONE?! Worst customer service; charged $150 for extermination service. When the county health inspection came, they mentioned that the exterminators did not do a good job; they didn't warn us that we'd have to clean daily to remove the cockroaches completely. When I asked them to come and finish the job, they cursed me out and hung up the phone. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

Sometimes, its the little guys that I appreciate when it comes to being fast and to the point. I got quotes from 2 other big name companies and they weren't even available to come same day and /or they won't treat on the same day which makes me wonder if they understand that when there are potential bugs, it is somewhat an emergency. But C& C pest control came out immediately and got the job done. I would definitely use them again....but hopefully, not any time soon. read more

I don't usually take to Yelp to write a review, but James truly deserves it. To start, James' services are very reasonably priced. You might then think that he would cut corners in his work or lower his quality. But James is a one-man operation; he takes full responsibility for his work. As a result, he is extremely detailed and efficient with his work, taking his time to ensure a complete job without wasting mine. The care and professionalism he provided in fumigating my front and back yards will keep me coming back to C&C Pest Control for any future work. Thank you very much, James! read more
