They came out to do an inspection on the house. I thought there was frass coming out on the outside wall of my house. It turned out to be something else. They inspected the rest of the house, including the inside. They didn't find evidence of termites. I really appreciate their honesty. They were also punctual. Bobby was great at communication. He came out because my parents were concerned about rats. He checked all the possible openings and assured us that openings into the house/walls had already been sealed so we shouldn't worry about anything. He offered to set some traps out if we wanted him to but since we didn't hear any rustling inside the walls or anything, we decided to go with the watch and wait method. He didn't charge us anything to assess the home. He was a referral by our realtor because they trust his company. read more

He personally shows up to every jobsite and goes through the report with his guys. He isn't one of those large impersonal operations and therefore charges super reasonable rates. His guys tented my Duplex last year and now they're doing the foam at the house. They respect your property and don't damage your plants. Just a great all around experience for both the tenting and the form treatment. And you don't have to leave the house when they perform their foam treatment. Sooooo they came out and gave an inspection, they were on time and prepared.... But they never emailed a quote for treatment options as they had mentioned. We ultimately never received any quote. Don't know how that happened. Perhaps they were just exceptionally busy. We went with Stop Bugging instead. We hired Bad Termite to fumigate our garage and a shed in September 2024. They may have been in a transition period, according to the administration, but the communication was terrible, they did not arrive when they said they would, in fact it got so late, that we had to reserve an extra night in a hotel to let the treatment finish. We found the whole experience stressful. They said they would give a discount, but when they billed they did not include it. They subcontracted the gassing portion of the treatment, and so I think the subcontractors were the main problem. It was not straightforward, and I would not go to them in the future. read more

They use natural and organic products, Bobby is always honest and responsive. Are they the cheapest pest control?
