Been using them for years. Had some good experiences but also some terrible experiences. First problem I have. They book appointments without telling you... just call the day before to confirm and show up and charge you. A good business platform does not do that unless they are shoving unnecessary product to customers. Then they will complain I don't open the gate. When the rep doesn't even ring the bell. When they are lazy and don't want to work they just leave and say "you didn't answer the gate". Happened numerous times. Finally. They don't handle the entire property and charge you as if they do. Their technician tells the owner they went through entire property when I can see they did not. Owners response when I ask why the technician didn't handle the property properly and just left "he's 28 years old that's probably why". Not sure what that means, and it's not an excuse for poor work. I know plenty of great young workers who work hard and give great service. Some good service was provided over the years, which is why i give a 3. But I'll be moving on to find better service. read more

Sam, who I believe is the owner, is always incredibly kind, considerate, patient and informed. My husband is immune from mosquito bite reactions, although my daughter and I are not. Unresponsive, unreliable, untrustworthy. Steer away! I was a loyal customer for years and they just stopped responding to my calls. Owner Sam is careless & unprofessional. Came to spray my home, but left the property without doing anything. Leaves a voicemail saying he can't give me the same rate anymore. I called back numerous times, left 10 voicemails, text messages and still no word back. It's been several weeks since I spoke with the receptionist over the phone, who scheduled the routine visit, took all my credit card info and charged me for service. Not only did a HUMAN answer the phone early morning on a Saturday, but they were also available to come out for SAME DAY service which is extremely rare, even more rare than getting a human being on the phone when you call!! I like to support Family run businesses as I have worked at one for over 30 years...and my boss has pounded "customer service" into our heads for years!!! Facility excels in Customer Service. I called at 9am Monday morning and spoke with Sam. Explained my bug issue- and my concern of chemicals as I have 2 cats. He knew exactly what kind of critters they were - and advised that my cats would be fine with the spray...and explained a bit about the EPA requirements here in CA....he even gave me a suggestion on what I could do to help eliminate the pests from my drains. By 2pm Wilbur was at my place tackling the bugs! Wilbur was great....so knowledgeable...so kind and patient- and genuinely a good person.....He explained the process and he told me that the product is long lasting and works for several months. He thoroughly sprayed my unit...and my small patio. Today is Wednesday- I've seen a few dead bugs- no live ones... YAY!!! ......it sure seems to be working well in just 48 hours! ... I won't hesitate to call Facility for any pest needs in the future.... EXCELLENT service and extremely fair & reasonable pricing. I am so happy I found Facility Pest Control. My garage gets big water roaches. It's a problem in my townhouse complex. I spoke to a very friendly women who booked my appointment and quoted an amount. She explained that I would NOT have to empty any cabinets but might want to mop my floors as I wont be able to for 48 hours. Matt arrived within the time window I was given. He was friendly, polite and professional. He checked the unit and garage. He noticed I had spider webs by my front door and he sweep them off and sprayed. Sprayed the garage and the interior of my unit. I paid the amount I was quoted on the phone. The price was $130 less than Orkin quoted. I highly recommend Facility Pest Control. read more

She gave a quote over the phone and When it was time to pay it was a whole different price. As other reviews state, terrible communication.
