Customer Service from front desk is 10/10. I called a lot of places and they take forever to pick up. The receptionists are super fast and friendly in answering questions especially about the chemicals being used. They're super transparent about pricing and even provide discounts :). Dm me if you want a referral so you can get an extra discount. I def plan to use their service. I called them for german roaches in my apartment. We got them from another unit :/ ‍ Edwin came in and was able to spray! He was very friendly and had no problem checking if a roach slipped into a plastic bag since I saw one there. I have a bad insect phobia . He's def the person you want them to send out for us women who are scared of roaches and need someone to scope out the areas you've seen them in. Price: $363 for 1 bed/1 bath in ktown. It's a bit pricy but they do have a 30 day guarantee which other companies rarely have. Trust me, I've called over 8 different ones in my area that actually use the right chemicals and not some eco friendly ones that don't work (trust me, it doesn't work, you need the actual chemicals). Things to know -you do need to leave the house while it's being sprayed and also wait until it dries. it's about 4-5 hours. -I do have a cat and i really recommend not letting your cat into until the 4 hours are up. -empty everything and put stuff in plastic boxes so technician can easily spray. move couch from wall and etc read more

I hired Ronin to do an in-home pest inspection and was told in advance there would be an $80 fee. After the inspection, I visited their website and found that they advertise free inspections. When I called to ask about the discrepancy, I expected a simple explanation. Instead, the manager, Alejandra, became rude and combative, accused me of wanting something for nothing, and told me to "read the fine print." The problem is that there was no fine print. Rather than addressing a reasonable question, she became defensive and dismissive. Between the misleading advertising and the appalling customer service, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. ***An UPDATE in response to what the company representative wrote: The company representative claims the free inspection offer is subject to terms and conditions. However, the webpage I referenced contains no such disclosure. If it had, there would have been no confusion. I stand by my opinion that advertising a free inspection without clearly disclosing any limitations or conditions is misleading and not an ethical way to conduct business. read more

I used to really appreciate the service of Ronin. I kept using them in spite of their pricing almost doubling since I started using them. Today when I called for a return visit for rodent removal, they said they would be out in 3 days. When I emphatically explained there was a dead rodent in my home, they put me on hold a second time and said the next day. Only after asking a third time if I could get an apppoint today, they finally said they could do that. I then was told their policy was to bill an additional $350 pest removal fee. Since this was the last of my previous paid, three visits, I found this to be just outrageous. Futhermore, when I asked to speak to a manager, they never bothered to return my call. They had another clerk repeat what the first said, and generally talking down to me. "Didn't you hear what the last employee told you?" A good lesson to me and other would be customer to shop elsewhere where customers are appreciated versus alienating and mistreated! read more

My apt complex has recently become overrun with cockroaches due to the negligence of one tenant who waited months to report. Now the whole building is dealing with them, and it's been my worst fear come to life. I was so thankful that Ronin pest control was able to do same day service. So many of these companies schedule a diagnostic appointment, but you have to schedule the fumigation for another time. It's very hard for me to get time off work, so I was so grateful they scheduled me quickly and handled business. Jonathan came out and he's such a kind guy! First off, I would say communications have been strong so far with customer service and with the first inspector and between the inspector, customer service and the licensed pest control expert providing the service. Usually, something is dropped between this communication but this wasn't the case. Not only did i get prompt communications, reminders, and an early notification before arrival. Nothing discussed with either of the three was lost in translation. Everyone responded very quickly whether emails, phone calls, or texts messages. Even much later in the day. Sometimes i see a slow down when it gets close to closing. That wasn't the case here. 7 pm and i got a response to my questions right away. First inspector, Jesus, was very professional and understanding of my situation. He not only answered my questions with ease, but also provided recommendations and was very kind and thorough about it. Luis Enrique was the individual who performed the subterranean termite prevention (trench, foam wall voids, and filling up the holes properly, etc.). I have to say i had an excellent experience considering the good communications, thorough and professionalism along with the flexibility and strong code of conduct. Luis is not only hardworking and diligent, but also very adaptable. He quickly found a solution whenever encountering a problem from something as simple as operating on a hill that required attention, etc. I also appreciate the pictures in the report. It's nice to be able to document what was done for my own reference but for future reference as well in case we sell the property, etc. I have had experience with others before and i can tell you communication was always a challenge and it really depends who you get to service you. Sometimes they are great and sometimes they are lazy. All i can say is this was not my experience with Ronin. Overall, very satisfied with my experience with Ronin Pest Control. read more

Excellent service from start to finish. We had an ant problem that wasn't going away with typical DIY methods. When I called, the phone was answered immediately by a knowledgeable agent who understood the problem, gave me a quote on the spot, and scheduled service for the next day. Saul, the field rep, showed up on time, courteous and clearly knew his trade. He performed a thorough inspection, identified the species as Argentine ants, and explained why my DIY efforts weren't working. He sprayed the exterior with a non-repellant pesticide so the ants would track it back to the queen, and applied a gel bait indoors where they were congregating. He explained there was no danger to pets or children indoors, and none outdoors once the spray dried in about four hours. The company is local and family owned, and never tried to upsell additional services or a contract. Both count for a lot in my book. Pricing was reasonable, and they even accept Zelle as a payment option. Highly recommend, without reservation. read more
