Highly recommend. My point of communication was mainly Francisco. He provided a "free inspection" then provided a quote. I agreed to the price and they completed the job a day later with his crew of 5 or 6 workers. They were great. Honestly I wasn't expecting these types of quotes from vendors but it's something that has to be done. It's a relief knowing that rats have been eliminated from the home. That was worth the price. It was major work. The insulation in the attic was removed and new material was put in after they thoroughly cleansed the attic. They also covered/repaired all potential openings that lead inside the property. They will continue doing follow-ups for the next month or so (This was done yesterday by Francisco). We had a rat infestation in our attic that needed ro be addressed. LA Rodents Control offers to come by for an inspection and quote free of charge. Pablo was very transparent about the price breakdown and services entailed, including sealing of entry points into the attic, 2 months of weekly inspections, and a 2-year warranty. When I asked Pablo whether they would also clean/disinfect the space (e.g. clear out all of the rat droppings - which was a service offered by another rodent control company we got a quote from), Pablo was very accommodating and offered to add in the cleaning service at a much smaller additional cost than he or other companies would typically charge. Granted this type of rodent-proofing/cleaning isn't cheap, but the total cost of the service ended up being lower than any other quote we received. I have included some before and after photos to demonstrate the quality of their service. I had a rodent problem in the attic and the crawl space. Turned out my vents and crawl space all had openings. Apparently mice can fit through openings as small as a nickel. I was about to set traps but realized I needed sanitation done and rodent removal in hard to reach places between the attic and in the walls around the house as I have little kids. I searched around Yelp for an exterminator and got quotes. LA Rodents Control was the best deal, basically had the longest warranty and the best price for the LA area. Don't wait to call because mice feces and urine attract other mice and the infestation in your house will become a bigger problem. Pablo's communication throughout the process was excellent and he was always responsive and punctual. He and Francisco sealed up all the vents including the water heater where mice like to get cozy cause of the heat and the openings with pipes protruding out. I really thought of just doing it myself but a lot of work and expertise goes to proofing the whole house so that no more critters can enter again. The two year warranty is what makes the whole thing a done deal, you get so much value and peace of mind if you see or hear anything in your attic or walls. Dealing with rats is never fun, searching on Yelp I was able to get a couple of companies to inspect my home, I want to start off by saying There are multiple companies that have very similar names when I called this company and requested a quote , they were able to schedule to inspect our home. The reason for my review was the lack of professionalism, after being rescheduled twice I understand things come up but we all take time from our jobs to be present and getting a last second call to reschedule is not professional. That was the first red flag, the second was when we requested proof of insurance , he totally ghosted us, we followed up for a quote and haven't heard back. Overall not an ideal experience read more

I noticed a few small droppings inside the house and we realized there were mice coming inside the home. Tried to resolve it on my own with catch and release traps, and caught 7 small mice over a 2 week period. Released them far away in a wooded area and realized I needed a pro to come solve this once and for all. After 3 company bids, Pablo from LA Rodents Control spent much more in depth time checking the attic and crawl spaces aside from the inside of the house, and found the same results the others had....I needed a full re-rodent proofing of the house from the exterior to inside, where the mice were potentially entering and where recent rat activity was found in both the attic and crawl spaces. It was a big job for something that I thought would originally be a small fix, but I realized I needed some very old previous work to be redone and secured properly. Pablo arranged Francisco and his crew to come start work the next day on a Saturday, and they worked hard to get everything completed with traps also set in the attic and crawl space. They were fine with the catch and release traps I had set inside the house due to my dogs being around, and 9 days later, no inside activity found and no new mice caught. The traps were all checked and also were empty. I feel the issue has really been pretty resolved, even though they will come back every week or two for the next month or so to recheck the traps. The 2 year warranty is piece of mind for sure, and even though I had to scrape my pennies together to afford the job, I am glad they have been so thorough and easy to reach communication wise. I recently had service done on my house by LA Rodents Control. My experience with them was excellent! Pablo did the initial inspection and quoted the job. He was thorough, polite, and considerate. My house is old (1950) and had blown insulation so I knew that it was going to be a lot of work to get it out and replace with new insulation. All of the vents were broken or just old and were replaced along with 3 or 4 dormers that were also missing wire mesh - therefore my rodent problems. Pablo is great at explaining every step of the process. One day we woke up and started hearing scratching noises in the attic. A couple of weeks followed until it was so loud that we got desperate. He came out the next day and assessed the situation. A few days later, his crew came and installed new insulation and cleaned the entire attic and sealed all the entryways.
