Our cat brought in a very large (and alive) mouse / rat a couple months ago that was able to take residence under our kitchen floor. My husband and I had tried everything to catch it ourselves and finally accepted we needed to call in a professional. Matt came by our house yesterday and quickly assessed that the mouse was eating our cats food and set a few traps out with the cat food. This morning we woke up and the mouse had already been caught!! Highly recommend Matt if you have pest issues - very knowledgeable and is a pleasure to work with. read more

Matt was great. He got rid of the rats. Efficient, polite, easy to deal with. Fair price. He knew what he was doing unlike some of the people who work for chains. I don't always write reviews but after 40 years of being a home owner this was the best experience. And the rats are gone. Sandy read more

We had a terrible ant problem and store bought ant control products weren't working. I called innovative Pest Management and scheduled an appointment. Darrell arrived promptly at the scheduled time and went to work. Most ants were gone within a few days. But after a week, we still had a few stragglers congregating at the kitchen sink. I called a week later and Matt came within the hour and put some bait where these persistent ants still congregated. This did the trick as we haven't had any ants in a couple of weeks. This is a well run family business that stands behind their service and committed to getting the job done and satisfying their clients. read more

We have used innovative Pest for over 10 years! Darrell and Matt and the best in the industry . Matt is always quick to respond when we need him on an off service day! I highly recommend Innovative. read more

I have rats in my attic and I had five rodent control companies come out to identify any external accesses, and Matt from Innovative Pest Management was the only one to see that the cover of one of my vents on the roof was half open. This company offers a great service at a fair price ($450 for external sealing and rodent trapping). I also want to share my bids so you don't need to compare five bids yourself (it's a lot lol). For comparison, other rodent companies quoted me 3k to do external sealing + rodent trapping, or more than 6k to include a full attic clean out. I did reach out to insulation companies to find out that attic clean out of my attic size (720 sq ft) should only cost about 1000. The takeaways are: 1. When a rodent company tries to ask you about your interior square footage, run. (They are trying to milk the heck out of you by putting a unit price on your interior square footage even though it has nothing to do with the interior.) 2. When a rodent company can't give you a starting price range for their rodent service, run. 3. When a rodent company says that you need a full clean out of your attic otherwise the rats will fight their way back - listen to Matt's father who's been in the business for over 40 years: as long as the exterior is sealed, they can't get in. Anyways, if you're still reading this, this is a great rodent control company and I definitely recommend! read more

I have not received service from them in months and was not being billed. I figured that my contract with them ended. In all of 2024 they never called, emailed, or reached out to me about scheduling a time to do come out for treatment. When I first had them do a monthly treatment, I had Matt that would call and schedule a day when they would show up to the house. After a year, I stopped receiving calls from Matt. I noticed that I was not getting billed for service. Fast forward to November 2024, I received a bill from them from past treatments that supposedly they came out to do. They never came out. I have security cameras and funny that my cameras don't go off when the pest control is there but it does go off when the mailman, food delivery, strangers pass by, neighbors walking by, or people walking up to my house. I reached out to them by phone and email. They have not reached out to me or responded to me. I checked my bank account today and noticed that I was charged for service. They have not shown up to my house this whole month. I hope seeing this review they respond to me. Please check your voicemails and emails. read more

Matt is a really great guy. Super fair and doesn't try and sell you what you don't need. Came out right away. Have used them a few times and it's always been the same easy and quick. Thank you Matt read more

I am long overdue for a review here. This company has been treating our house for over a year now. Daryl is awesome, he gives me a call reminding me our service is due, then pops over the next day to do the spray and we're set up on autopay so everything is done with minimal contact! We have seen an incredible reduction in critters that were a problem before (ex. earwigs, ants and roaches.) We love this service and the ease of working with them. You won't be disappointed! read more

Matt was prompt, helpful and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and I recommend him! Thanks!

Not 5 stars, 10 stars! Cannot say enough nice things to say. Thank you Matt! read more

We have been loyal customers for about 4 years now. As a homeowner the last thing we want to deal with are pests from rats, ants, silverfish , etc. So Darrell from Innovative Pest Management is our "go-to" expert to help us get rid of our pest problems. Response rate: Really responsive. If they don't pick up the phone immediately , leave a voicemail. I think the longest I've had to wait on a return call was 2 hours, and I called around closing time. Service: Always on time. Very cordial and appreciate the time and effort Darrell takes to understand the whole situation before he determines a solution . He's not in the business of up-selling, not in the business of adding more than necessary. Very direct and honest. Pricing : it's a bit on the higher end , but that's because they do not try to sell you on a monthly subscription like most vendors. Price is totally worth it, they usually come once and I see results almost immediately. Overall: let me put it into perspective here. We have an option to pay each month to have another pest control vendor spray our house for ants and etc. Yet we still prefer to pay around $100-$200 price range and call Innovative Pest Management twice a year to actually solve the problem. They do a great job and if you can request a person I'd recommend Darrell. read more

Thank you Darrell for being kind enough to stop by to treat my spider issues at my place. He also noticed my wasp issues around the house and asked me if I needed assistance with that without asking for more. I'm so grateful for his wonderful service. This is why I support my local business because of people like him and I would definitely refer this company that's been around for 20 years. read more

I was fortunate enough to have Darryl help with a little vermin issue. My husband was away and I am absolutely terrified of rats (TERRIFIED). Darryl was not only professional but kind and reassured me he would take care of the problem. He went above and beyond to rid my house of this little creature. He also made it flexible so I could meet him at the house in between meetings. Choose this company as you will have great outcomes and amazing customer service. Thank you so much Darryl for making a bad day into a good one. read more

I love this family run business. I had tons if black ants this summer. They worked with me and my inflexible schedule. They rescheduled twice. When Darrell came he was efficient and explained that we were nit to kill the animal s so they could bring the gel poison back to the nest. We did need two treatments and he came back with no problem and like that, the ants were gone! I'll be calling for a treatment before the heat gets too bad. read more

Innovative Pest Management set traps, sealed up any points of entry that they were able to find and came back to clean up.

For four years, we have struggled mightily with huge invasions of ants often on all year long. Two previous pest companies were unable to conquer the problem. Matt from Innovative pest management came out, walked all through the property, even into bushes and down the hill. He treated the inside and the outside Each with non-toxic chemicals. That was the end of our problems. he came onto the property today with a huge mop, knocking down all the spiderwebs as well as the usual treatment and I'm so VERY happy with this guy. He's reliable, hard-working, and very pleasant. read more

Their dogs can't detect bed bugs I've had them do inspections for four months and they fail to recognize theres a problem so the use a chemical to spray but in the research look for it yourself, pesticide alone doesn't work washing and drying doesn't kill bed bugs, they didn't even have a plan or keep me in the loop with what's going. The women on the phone will never give you the supervisor and they are rude and hang up. I wouldn't trust them. read more

We just bought a house and immediately when we moved in we saw we had a horrible ant problem. I called Innovative Pest Management and they were able to come out the next day. I'm not kidding when I say the ants were gone within minutes and haven't come back. The man who was here was very thorough! read more

Darrell is the man. We had rats in our attic. At night we felt like we had a third floor above us with tiny little people walking around. Not good. So we contacted his company and he came out. First all the points of entry to the crawlspace underneath our house were sealed up. (we had 3 open holes under our house where they were getting in) Next. Traps. It took more than a couple of trips to get them all but we are now pest free. Thank goodness. Our family really appreciates the professionalism, timeliness and results from him and his team. Will call them again if we encounter any new pests down the road WITHOUT hesitation! read more

After discovering rat droppings in our basement, we called three companies for inspections and bids. The bid from Innovative was literally THOUSANDS of dollars less than the two others, so we hired them---and they have not disappointed us. Their service was prompt, efficient, and EFFECTIVE. They set the traps and sealed all vents and openings, and we are now rat-free. The service was provided by Matt Roach, one of the owners, and I cannot say enough good things about this young man. I recommend Innovative without any reservations. read more

We just moved into a house with our newborn and thought we had a rat problem so we called a green company first to come check and give us a quote. The guy checked the attic for a min and came back down saying that we had an infestation - feces, urine, and dead rats throughout the attic. He quoted us almost $4000 to safely quarantine, remove and replace the insulation, as well as rat-proof the house. We almost booked them to do the job but wanted at least one more quote. So, we called this company (Innovative) to come out to quote. Carl came, looked thoroughly around the house, then checked the attic. He told us we didn't have rats. That, contrary to what the last guy had told us, he found NO evidence of rats, and the screens in the attic were NOT broken. Of course, since we were so panicked and convinced we had rats, I told him what the last guy had said in detail. He very nicely just asked how the guy knew that, if he had any special equipment, since he never saw any evidence and finally said, "I run a family business and don't play those kind of games with people". He said if we were still worried he would set some traps that we could check later (he gave them to us and set them up in the attic for free), or if we were squeamish, just call him, and he would come check them (for free). He was amazingly nice, professional, and above all else, HONEST!!! He even came back 2 days later without us calling to check the traps. It's official - we don't have rats. And, he saved us $4000 which we were going to pay because some other pest guy lied to scam us. I wish all companies were run by people like this. People you could actually trust... read more
