I am THRILLED with the service I have received. Definitely ask for Erica, she has been so thorough, calm and helpful even when navigating my arachnophobia. I had an unbelievable number of spiders in the home after first moving in, including a wolf spider that was very thick and over 2 inches. I genuinely thought it was a tarantula at first. After having Erica treat the home (and talk me off the ledge), I felt confident things would get better. She gave me tips on what to do between services (like making sure to take down any webs as soon as I see them), and let me know that they could come more often with the package if needed. After getting regular treatments, I have hardly any spiders. Times when there is any uptick (like when it's raining heavily), I schedule them for an extra service and it does the trick. Erica has also helped me to get rid of a flea issue with my dog (including spraying the grass), and advising on another pest issue in the garage.
