Living in a 100+year old craftsman home, it was time to do some exterior upgrades. First step being, termite fumigation. We received bids from other companies, but from the moment the first technician from Premium Termite came out, I knew they were much more detail oriented than the rest. They thoroughly inspected all aspects of my home, including the crawl space and attic. To our surprise, we also had subterranean termites and needed some minor wood repair. Thankfully, the owner Jason, came out and put all of my termite worries at ease. He even went under my house for a 2nd time to take pictures of the subterranean termite wood damage so we could see what he was talking about (sorry about getting your phone dirty Jason!). The bid was competitive with other companies but we felt that Premium Termite was giving us a more complete picture of what needed to be done. If we're going to do the job, we wanted to do it right the first time! The office staff was very informative on the phone, properly preparing us on how to safely bag up and remove items from our home during the process. They even had a great security company they recommended to watch over our home for the two nights we were gone. I would 100% recommend Jason and his team for any termite and pest control service. They really went above and beyond every step of the way. read more

I KNEW I had a big problem when my housekeeper found rat droppings when she cleaned my Airbnb. I was fully booked with guests this month, so I had to get this issue solved right away. I immediately called 3 pest control companies to come out for an estimate. Jeff and Kaycie from Premium came out the same day to assess my property for entry points where rodents could access the house. I had them check for termites as well since I saw droppings in my garage. They suggested fumigation, which would eradicate both within a couple of days. I appreciate that they were very thorough, explained the process fully to me, and can guarantee termites for 3 years and rodents for 1 year. I also appreciated that they worked with my budget, since this was a huge, unexpected cost. Communication with Kaycie and Jeff was very professional, easy, and efficient. Kaycie answered all my texts quickly, and that's pretty rare for a company. For all these reasons, I decided to use Premium. Everything went so smoothly, in less than a week they were done, cleaned up, and out of the house. Their promptness and efficiency allowed me to open the house to accept guests again. Kudos to Ernie, who was clean, efficient and professional. I'm so pleased I hired Premium, and I highly recommend them. read more

I recently had the pleasure of using a pest control service for my home and was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and overall effectiveness in eradicating my pest problem. From the moment I contacted the company, I was met with exceptional customer service. The representative who answered the phone was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer all of my questions. They also provided a clear and detailed explanation of the services they offer and how they could help me. The technician, Sierra who came to my home was equally impressive. They arrived promptly, dressed professionally, and were courteous and respectful throughout the entire process. They thoroughly inspected my home, identified the source of my pest problem, and recommended an effective treatment plan. The treatment itself was quick and efficient, with Sierra taking great care to ensure that my family and pets were safe during the process. They also provided helpful advice on how to prevent future infestations and were happy to answer any questions I had. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the pest control service I received. The team was friendly, professional, and highly skilled, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of pest control services. read more

We have a 12 unit complex in Hawthorne that my Mother has owned since it was dirt - since the 1930's. One can imagine the feast the termites, ants, and other creatures that have taken up residence over all those years. When we decided to take action, our Managment company (First Light Management - Manhattan Beach) suggested Jason at Premium Termite and Pest Control. How these guys manage to perform so professionally is beyond belief. In a town like LA it is so hard to get contractors to show up let alone get a bid that is followed up in writing and followed up again and again. We had to have the whole place tented and tenants informed, set up in a hotel, adjust rents, inconvenience fees, etc. and between Brian at First Light and Jason it was all coordinated from our home in Colorado. Communication was excellent and Jason was thorough and honest in the extent of the issues. He has even gone out of his way to begin the process for us in reconstruction of the damage over years of termite feasting. Between he and our Property Mgmt Co (Brian) they worked together as a team and we are relieved and have been able to go on with our daily lives without a blip on the screen - especially during the onset of he holidays. read more

I've worked with Premium Termite and Pest Control for several years, for both termite and rodent control. All the work, from termite inspections and fumigation tenting to the placement and maintenance of rodent bait stations, has been done well. So has all the communication with the company and with the employees. I've especially appreciated the texts sent prior to every visit. Yet, the quality of the work is only half of why I'm glad I've worked with Premium Termite and Pest Control. It was the people who really made a positive impact. Although every employee I've interacted with, from the first to the last, has been courteous, and of course knowledgeable, I would like to particularly mention Javier (termites) and Erica (rodents), both of whom I interacted with the most. Both Javier and Erica have always been professional, yet they have always arrived with a degree of friendliness that felt more like making an acquaintance than conducting a business transaction. And, each has been ever so patient with my questions. Their disposition has been much appreciated. So, if you need a termite inspection or fumigation, or rodent control, please call Premium Termite and Pest Control. You will be pleased. read more

recently had the pleasure of using this service, and I have to say I was really impressed. From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The team was incredibly professional and efficient, making the whole process feel seamless and stress-free. What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. I had a few questions and concerns before moving forward, so I decided to call in. Kaycie, who answered the phone, was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to walk me through everything step by step. She made sure all of my questions were answered and went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident in my decision. I could really tell that she cared about providing a top-notch experience and that she truly valued my business. It's not every day that you encounter such great customer service, and I really appreciate how Kaycie made me feel like a priority. The whole team really seems dedicated to providing excellent service, and I will definitely be coming back in the future. If you're looking for a reliable service with great customer support, I highly recommend this one! read more

I've got rats. Smart rats. In fact, super smart rats...the kind that eat the bait from the trap but don't get caught. They ate a hole in my living room. You know, *those* rats. They are maniacal, evil jerks that are plotting to destroy me. They're the worst! But they're no match for Logan! He is the best! If anyone is going to destroy the evil empire they're building in my attic....It's him. Logan spent a lot of time assessing my situation. He listened to all of my concerns (of which there were many because I'm rat phobic) and designed a pet friendly, anxiety reducing (mine..not the rats..they fear nothing) extermination strategy that met my unique needs. He was professional, kind and honest. What more do you really want in your provocateur of rodent Ragnarok? I will probably always hate the rats. That will never change. But having Premium Pest Control and their very helpful staff to calm me down, give me really good advice, check the rat traps I'm too afraid to go near and most importantly, kill those suckers has made me feel much better about my experience of RAT (rodent avoidance tactics) watch 2017. Thanks, Logan! You're the best! read more

We recently used Premium Termite Company for fumigation, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received! From start to finish, the process was smooth and well-organized. Scheduling was easy, and everyone we spoke to on the phone was friendly, professional, and happy to answer our questions. We initially had an inspection done by Javier during escrow, which was extremely thorough and gave us a clear understanding of the extent of the termite issue and what needed to be addressed. When it came time for treatment, Zander came out to handle the subterranean termites and provided us with great service. Afterward, we were explained everything that was done, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt confident about the treatment process. The entire team was efficient and professional, making what could have been a stressful process much easier. We truly appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to customer service. If you're dealing with termites and need a reliable and trustworthy company, we highly recommend Premium Termite Company! read more

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Xander from Premium Termite & Pest Control, and we can confidently say this was one of the best service experiences we've ever had. From the moment Xander arrived, their professionalism and work ethic were evident. They were incredibly thorough in assessing the situation, taking the time to explain every step of the process in detail to us. It was clear they are extremely knowledgeable about termites and pest control, providing us with a deep understanding of our homes situation. What stood out the most was their patience and communication. Xander answered all of our (many) questions without hesitation, ensuring we fully understood and felt comfortable with the treatment plan. They were approachable and respectful, making the whole experience stress-free. If you're looking for a pest control company with top-notch service, I can't recommend Premium Termite & Pest Control--and especially Xander--highly enough! Five stars all the way. read more

This company comes to our complex every year to perform an inspection to see if there are any termites. For two years in a row now we have had Sierra at our property, she has been great both times. Last year nothing was found, however this year there was a lot of termite activity on our balcony. Sierra explained the whole process of the treatment and made us feel safe and informed about the chemical that was being used. To my surprise there is more to termites than them just eating wood, there is a lot to learn about them and she was extremely knowledgeable about the termites! Now we know what to look out for for the years to come. We have also been having cockroaches.. ya know the big scary looking ones? Apparently these are also known as water bugs and because we are trying to use as little chemical as possible Sierra informed us on some ways that may help with the problem in our home. We can't thank her enough!! read more

Outstanding service done by Premium from the guys in the field to the office staff. I cant remember the name of the gentleman that did my inspection but he was very polite, thorough, (very handsome), and honest about what actions I should take on my home. He suggested I get a couple more quotes before moving forward with any treatments and after getting three other quotes I still could not get this company out of my head, so I decided to move forward with them. About a month after my inspection was completed I called the office and had the pleasure speaking with Sierra, she was able to answer all of my questions about the fumigation process and what actions I should take to prepare my home. I even had to call back to reschedule my fumigation and they were able to squeeze me in for a whole week earlier than it was originally set. Premium is the best out there guys!! Don't miss out on this wonderful company!! read more

Although we haven't decided officially on a company yet (the wife is very indecisive) I wanted to hop on to leave a review solely based off the customer service I received when calling Premium Pest Control. My wife gave me a page full of questions to ask while calling around for service, most companies seemed annoyed that I asked any questions and made it seem like I should know everything about the way this works, however when I called this company they were very kind and patient. Ciara was happy to answer every question I had and then some. I love my wife to death however she can be very anal at times(hopefully she doesn't read this), premium shows they care and have patience which as a business owner, I know is huge to have. You don't find many companies anymore that truly care for their customers wants and needs. This one does. Thank you premium for the refreshing call and and amazing customer service. read more

I have been a customer at premium pest control for about 6 months now, I was waiting to leave a review until I had a a couple of services done, but now it's time to leave that review! Each service that I've had from premium has been outstanding, all the technicians thus far have been extremely kind and knowledgeable in what they are doing. While Sierra was out today for my service she even took the time to roll up all three of my hoses, might I add it is awesome to see a woman working in this field, which is one of the reasons I felt the need to leave this review now apposed to later down the line. They are consistent with their work, the office staff is kind and always a pleasure to speak with, they are diverse, and pay attention to the little things!! Which to me matter the most!! I can confidently say that Premium pest control really is the premium company!! read more

I cannot rave enough about this company.. first off the office was quick and responsive to my husbands initial call in regards to our request for a termite inspection, then the termite inspector that came out, Sierra, was extremely thorough. She went around the whole home and poked at every single rafter/eave, went in the attic.... AND UNDER THE HOUSE! This was my first time experiencing a termite inspection so it caught me off guard when she asked where the access point was! Not only was she thorough but her energy was incredible, like she was happy to be doing what she was doing! I know if I had to crawl under a house my mood would have been very different from hers. Luckily our home was clear due to it being termited before we moved in two years ago but all in all.. premium termite are your people to call. We will definitely be using them for future service. read more

I can't say enough good things about Premium Termite and Pest Control! From the moment I contacted them, the entire staff was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Their customer service is top-notch, and you can tell they genuinely care about the work they do. Their technicians are efficient, respectful of your property, and very thorough--especially when it comes to cleaning spider webs. I've used other companies before, but none have taken the time to be as detailed as they did. My property has never looked better. A special shoutout to Robert, who is an outstanding technician! He is punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it definitely shows. If you're looking for reliable pest control with amazing service, look no further than Premium. Highly recommend! read more

The best bug service EVERRR!!! We were previous Terminix customers and everything they recommended, Premium recommended against as "not that effective", i'e., termite bate stations in the ground. We had spider webs galore with Terminix (had to repeatedly ask them back to deweb our backyard). The spiders and webs are virtually non-existent with Premium! Our technician was Erica (loved her) and now Xander. Xander was thorough, professional and friendly! He found evidence of heavy termite damage (a complete surprise to us) and the cost for tenting our house is very reasonable (not done just yet). Premium customer service gets a score of 15 on a scale of 1 to 10!!!!!! They ask permission every time to charge you card before they send the charge through!! Premium Pest Control comes highly recommended by me, a customer for almost a year now!!!! read more

I had a technician named Logan from Premium Termite & Pest Control come out to my place today to give me a thorough inspection for termites. Logan spent a lot of time during this inspection and while he was inside my crawl space underneath my house, he noticed that my air conditioning and heating ducts were disconnected. So basically, my heating and air was only working at half capacity and my air conditioning and heat only partially cooling/heating my house. Logan connected the two ducts up for me on the spot and did not charge me for it. I am really pleased that I don't have to contact and pay an HVAC company to repair what Logan fixed for me at no charge. Plus, my gas and power utilities will now be lower per month. I highly recommend Logan from Premium Termite & Pest Control. He went above and beyond to help me out. Amazing! read more

We requested an inspection from Premium Termite after finding evidence of termites in our wood floors. When I called I spoke with Bri who was so polite and thorough in her customer service. I rec'd a much appreciated reminder call/text the night before our inspection. The Inspector Javier Zavala called 20 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. Javier had a very professional appearance on arrival, clean cut with a company Logo shirt. He got to work right away inspecting every area of our home, my wood floor, exterior trim and siding, attic, crawl space under the foundation and all! He went over his finding with us right then and we received a very comprehensive report and quote for services that evening. Such impressive customer service from Bri, Javier and Premium Termite & Pest Control. :) read more
