I've been a loyal and consistent customer of Premier's for about 4 1/2 years, and it's disappointing to have to remove my previous review and write a new, transparent based on my most recent experience. About a week after my last service early this year, I was still experiencing issues around the entryway to my property, so I reached out and politely asked the technician to please respray a specific area near the garage entry. Instead of responding professionally, he became defensive and questioned why I was asking, stating that the area had already been sprayed during the initial visit. His tone, demeanor, and facial expressions came across as irritated and confrontational, which made the interaction very uncomfortable. As a long-time, loyal customer who has consistently supported and recommended Premier to family members and neighbors here at GP, I found the experience extremely disappointing. I simply requested additional attention to an area where I was still having problems, and the response I received felt dismissive and unnecessarily argumentative. After 4 1/2 years of service, it's unfortunate to say that I can no longer confidently recommend the company and would like to cancel my service. read more

I used Vincent's pest control service for several years, starting back when he was with HomeTeam Pest Defense. When HomeTeam stopped servicing our area, he started Premier Pest Services West and asked me to continue as his customer. In the beginning, the service was good. My regular service included spraying the perimeter, entry points, garage, walkways, and bushes, removing cobwebs, removing reachable wasp nests, and treating the in-wall Taexx system. Because of that, I trusted him and recommended him to other homeowners in our community. Over time, I started hearing concerns from other homeowners that the service quality had gone down. I did not want to assume anything, so I checked my own camera footage. What I saw was disappointing. On multiple visits, the technician appeared to be on the property for only about 3 minutes. The service did not appear to include the same work we were paying for, including cobweb removal and a full perimeter treatment. In the footage and photos I reviewed, the Taexx cover did not appear to be opened. Instead, it appeared the technician sprayed around and over the closed cover. Several homeowners also complained after reviewing their own camera footage. After those complaints, Premier Pest Services West returned to re-service some of the homes, which added to my concern that the original visits were not being completed as expected. Treating the Taexx system was part of the service we expected, so I later contacted HomeTeam Pest Defense to ask about the system. I was told that former employees were required to return their Taexx keys, and that properly treating the system requires opening the cover with a proprietary key and using the proper equipment to treat the individual lines inside the wall system. Spraying the closed cover is not the same as treating the system. I gave Premier Pest Services West the benefit of the doubt at first, but the same issue happened again. After that, I and other homeowners tried calling and texting several times, but we did not receive a response. Based on my experience, my camera footage, the photos and footage I reviewed from other homeowners, my follow-up with HomeTeam, the repeated visits that appeared incomplete, and the lack of response, I lost confidence in the service and canceled. I would not recommend Premier Pest Services West based on the service we received. read more

We started with Premier Pest Services around Feb. 2026. We were having some issues with silver fish bugs. They responded right away and offered different plans to accommodate our needs. Carlos came on schedule, explained the whole process and answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and addresses all of our concerns. Vicent and his crew have been wonderful! He was extremely prompt in replying to my initial query for a quote, in doing the inspection, and in texting me a quote. He even made an extra visit a couple of days after setting the first round of traps given the scale of the infestation. Adrien is the best!! I reached out to him half a year ago because I had a flea infestation in my new place that was severely harming my cats. He was so incredibly patient and accommodating, and he walked me through what needed to be done and things I could do to aid the situation before he came and did a thorough extermination. We had major rodent issues in the attic and garage! Vincent came out quickly and on-time, walked through the attic, and around the perimeter of the house, taking pictures of all entry points the rats were using. He provided us with various options and we went with the trapping, and closing off of entry points. Vincent proceeded to set traps and come by to check them and dispose of any critters caught. After the second visit of not having any evidence of rodents living in the garage or attic, our house is no longer a rodent hotel. Vicente returned my call and arranged to assess my secondary home for rat infestation in the crawl space the next day! His estimate was very reasonable and after reading the YELP reviews, I felt sure and confident hiring Premier. My neighbor met with Carlos the day after for sealing the crawl space and setting traps inside and under the house. They checked 3 to 4 times, then removed the traps with food and left bait traps outside to be checked in 2 months. If the flea infestation that started this process does return, Vicente can include treating the fleas and checking for rats at affordable fees.
