I've been a loyal and consistent customer of Premier's for about 4 1/2 years, and it's disappointing to have to remove my previous review and write a new, transparent based on my most recent experience. About a week after my last service early this year, I was still experiencing issues around the entryway to my property, so I reached out and politely asked the technician to please respray a specific area near the garage entry. Instead of responding professionally, he became defensive and questioned why I was asking, stating that the area had already been sprayed during the initial visit. His tone, demeanor, and facial expressions came across as irritated and confrontational, which made the interaction very uncomfortable. As a long-time, loyal customer who has consistently supported and recommended Premier to family members and neighbors here at GP, I found the experience extremely disappointing. I simply requested additional attention to an area where I was still having problems, and the response I received felt dismissive and unnecessarily argumentative. After 4 1/2 years of service, it's unfortunate to say that I can no longer confidently recommend the company and would like to cancel my service. read more

I used Vincent's pest control service for several years, starting back when he was with HomeTeam Pest Defense. When HomeTeam stopped servicing our area, he started Premier Pest Services West and asked me to continue as his customer. In the beginning, the service was good. My regular service included spraying the perimeter, entry points, garage, walkways, and bushes, removing cobwebs, removing reachable wasp nests, and treating the in-wall Taexx system. Because of that, I trusted him and recommended him to other homeowners in our community. Over time, I started hearing concerns from other homeowners that the service quality had gone down. I did not want to assume anything, so I checked my own camera footage. What I saw was disappointing. On multiple visits, the technician appeared to be on the property for only about 3 minutes. The service did not appear to include the same work we were paying for, including cobweb removal and a full perimeter treatment. In the footage and photos I reviewed, the Taexx cover did not appear to be opened. Instead, it appeared the technician sprayed around and over the closed cover. Several homeowners also complained after reviewing their own camera footage. After those complaints, Premier Pest Services West returned to re-service some of the homes, which added to my concern that the original visits were not being completed as expected. Treating the Taexx system was part of the service we expected, so I later contacted HomeTeam Pest Defense to ask about the system. I was told that former employees were required to return their Taexx keys, and that properly treating the system requires opening the cover with a proprietary key and using the proper equipment to treat the individual lines inside the wall system. Spraying the closed cover is not the same as treating the system. I gave Premier Pest Services West the benefit of the doubt at first, but the same issue happened again. After that, I and other homeowners tried calling and texting several times, but we did not receive a response. Based on my experience, my camera footage, the photos and footage I reviewed from other homeowners, my follow-up with HomeTeam, the repeated visits that appeared incomplete, and the lack of response, I lost confidence in the service and canceled. I would not recommend Premier Pest Services West based on the service we received. read more

I've been using Premier Pest Services when I moved into my brand new home and I got multiple large ant attacks. The first two were manageable with store bought traps, but the third was way too big to handle on my own. Rafael has been coming to spray both the outside and inside of my home on a scheduled basis and I haven't had any issues since. I also have a 3 lb toy poodle and the spray they use is dog safe. They are extremely thorough and professional and are very knowledgeable about all types of pests, not just ants. Highly recommend! read more

Vicente was very responsive when I scheduled my appointment. Rafael arrived when he was scheduled and was incredibly thorough and informative. Appreciate all the hard work. Great experience with this company. read more

Adrien is the best!! I reached out to him half a year ago because I had a flea infestation in my new place that was severely harming my cats. He was so incredibly patient and accommodating, and he walked me through what needed to be done and things I could do to aid the situation before he came and did a thorough extermination. He checks up on me every 3 months on the dot, and he gives me a heads up every time he is in or around the area. The nicest and most helpful guy ever, highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of these services. It was worth every penny!! The fleas were gone after his first visit and I have not had any issues since :) Thank you Adrien!! read more

Vincent is the man! I was dealing with a very stubborn flea problem, and flea season in Newport has been brutal this year! He was incredibly patient and responsive throughout the entire process and really went above and beyond to make sure the issue was fully taken care of. He continued to follow up, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was resolved. Really appreciate all of his help and would absolutely recommend him! read more

Have been using premier pest services for the last 2 years and have had such a positive experience. We had a lot of spiders and ants when we first moved into our home, but haven't had an issue since working with them. They're very easy to communicate with and provide quality service at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for pest control services! read more

Signed up for a quarterly service since first year in my house and have been fully satisfied with what has been provided. We see lots of ants on the sidewalks of the neighborhood but almost never see them in or around our house. And even if we do see something, the team is quick to come out and address it asap. We mostly work with Adrian, but same goes for the others. They are communicative and accommodating to schedules. They are great and i would highly recommend! read more

Vicent and his crew have been wonderful! He was extremely prompt in replying to my initial query for a quote, in doing the inspection, and in texting me a quote. He even made an extra visit a couple of days after setting the first round of traps given the scale of the infestation. On the second week, he checked the attic exits that he had rescreened as well as the pre-existing exclusions, found that the rats had managed to chew through one of the older screens, and rescreened the new break. read more

Great service, professional, thorough and quick response time that was super helpful.

Premier Pest Services West has been outstanding from day one. They are always on time, extremely professional, and incredibly reliable -- which is hard to find these days. Anytime I call with a question or concern, they're quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Carlos and Vincent consistently go above and beyond. They take the time to explain what he's doing, answer questions thoroughly, and make sure the job is done right every single visit. You can tell they truly care about their customers and the quality of their work. It's such a relief working with a company you can trust and depend on. If you're looking for pest control that's professional, responsive, and consistently excellent, I can't recommend Premier Pest Services West enough. read more

We've been using Premier Pest Control for over 3 years and couldn't be happier. They're professional, reliable, and we haven't had any pest issues since they started. They're also incredibly flexible--willing to treat just the exterior and/or selected rooms inside based on our needs. When working indoors, they always wear shoe covers to protect our carpets and floors, which we really appreciate. When we moved into our new home, they even fit us in for a last-minute visit to get the house treated before our furniture arrived. Highly recommend them if you're looking for consistent, high-quality service from a local, family-run business! read more

We started with Premier Pest Services around Feb. 2026. We were having some issues with silver fish bugs. They responded right away and offered different plans to accommodate our needs. Carlos came on schedule, explained the whole process and answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and addresses all of our concerns. We did the first treatment and didn't have to worry about the follow up... Carlos contacted us when it was time for the next schedule. He accommodated to our own schedule so his service was excellent. read more

Responsive and very kind. Did a great job carefully removing/cleaning all spider webs and spot treating specific areas. I will be adding this service to my additional homes and highly recommend them to anyone in need of pest services! read more

Outstanding service, results, and truly personal customer care! Shortly after buying our home in 2020, we discovered we had an unwelcome family of rats living in our attic--definitely not the kind of housewarming surprise you want. After searching Yelp, I came across Premier Pest Services West and was impressed by all the great reviews, so I reached out. Vincent responded immediately and came out the very next morning. He began trapping the rats right away and carefully secured all of the entry points they were using to access the attic. Over the following weeks, Vincent returned multiple times to check the traps and make sure the issue was completely resolved. He was thorough, professional, and incredibly reassuring throughout the entire process, giving us real peace of mind knowing our home was rodent-free. Premier Pest Services West is a small, family-owned business, and that truly shows in the level of care they provide. We were so happy with the results that we signed up for an ongoing exterior pest control service every three months, especially since we tend to get a lot of spiders around our home. Carlos, Vincent's brother, now handles our regular service and is just as fantastic. Each visit, he walks the entire perimeter of our property--including the backyard--removing webs and nests and treating areas to prevent future issues. He is extremely thorough, getting into vents, light fixtures, cracks, and even under all of our outdoor furniture. The service is never an inconvenience, and we don't even need to be home. Communication is excellent--Carlos always texts the day before with a time window and asks if there's anything specific we'd like him to address while he's here. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, and detail-oriented pest control company with exceptional customer service, I can't recommend Premier Pest Services West enough. They've been amazing from start to finish. read more

Thank you once again for your excellent service. Carlos is extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and he truly goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. I am very pleased with the service I have received. My previous company does not compare to the level of professionalism, quality, and care your company provides. read more

First impressions - Rafael came to my home, we discussed bug issues, he gave his advice and told me what he would be doing moving forward. He was VERY thorough and detail oriented. I greatly appreciated his time and expertise. I researched a lot into a new pest control company and glad I chose this one. Great communication and prices are reasonable for the amount of work done. read more

I'm pretty cautious about checking out reviews, specially when they're high ratings, but Vicente legitimately earned his. His was on top of the communication and his knowledge, delivery of service and follow-up were great. His assessment of the issue and traps worked immediately. He's also very professional and friendly. We were so happy with his services, and pricing was reasonable so we also signed up for their on-going pest treatment. He's definitely worth considering if you're getting estimates. read more

Premier pest has been absolutely incredible! We were inundated with spiders and ants. The ants were overwhelming in certain seasons, especially and infiltrated beds, bed covers, kitchen counter, walls, coming out of light sockets, etc. The spiders were nonstop. They suggested a quarterly exterior service and interior service twice a year. Ever since we have been on that plan, everything disappeared. We do not have any insect problems whatsoever. Highly recommend this company! read more

I've used Raphael at Premier for years. Quality person and quality service. I subscribe to the quarterly maintenance and Raphael is always on time and is flexible if rescheduling is needed. I highly recommend his service. read more

I have been contacting Premier Pest Services West for the past 2 years to request pest control services at my home (ants and spiders). When you call the business telephone number to schedule a home appointment, Vicente answers the telephone or you can leave a voice message and Vicente will return your call as soon as he has some spare time on the same day. Adrian and Vicente are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, clean and very hard-working. They arrive for their appointments on time and will contact you with their ETA or let you know when they're already at the front door of your home. Before entering the home, they put on new shoe covers to protect the floors in the home. After inspecting the work areas and listening to a description of the pest problem, they immediately go to work, both indoors and outdoors. They are efficient and experienced. Adrian and Vicente of Premier Pest Services West are highly recommended! read more

Premier was my fourth extermination service company in five years. I had a rat issue due to our fruit trees. The other companies had only kind of half repaired the issues. Premier came in and fix the other companies services. Also, I added on insect extermination recently. And I couldn't be happier. Carlos and Vicente are usually the ones whom come out and are very thorough always checking in to see if there's additional places I want sprayed. They avoid my vegetable garden, which I appreciate. And they always give me plenty of heads up so I can put my dogs away so they're safe. They're kind, personable, and really do offer amazing services. Always give a good detailed invoice and check out with you. I had to leave early one day and I trust them so much to lock my gate on their way out and left them to do their thing. Couldn't recommend them more! read more

We reached out to Premiere Pest Services to help with a frustrating flea situation that had occurred in our apartment. Vicente's professionalism and effort to make sure our problem was resolved was exceptional. Have confidence that no matter what the situation is, Vicente and his company will get it taken care of. Very rare to see this level of care and pride carried out by a business these days. 100% recommend them for any of your pest needs. read more

We had major rodent issues in the attic and garage! Vincent came out quickly and on-time, walked through the attic, and around the perimeter of the house, taking pictures of all entry points the rats were using. He provided us with various options and we went with the trapping, and closing off of entry points. Vincent proceeded to set traps and come by to check them and dispose of any critters caught. After the second visit of not having any evidence of rodents living in the garage or attic, our house is no longer a rodent hotel. We would definitely recommend for rodent extermination and control! read more

Vincent is great. I needed the pest control service fairly quickly due to found cockroaches during move-in walk through. Many contacted me right away but Vincent was able to do it on the same day! He seems knowledgeable and price is reasonable. Thank you Vincent! read more

SERVICE requested was small German roach infestation. I spoke to 25 other pest control services and no one could come out the day of. AND THEn I Called the number on Yelp and actually got the owner of the business on the line. I had an emergency service that was needed for one of my businesses. He told me that he was in Culver City and he would be there within an hour. He showed up! With the days notice and he helped me so much. Price was absolutely fair and the service that he provided was exceptional. He came to help us with German roaches. I think the most valuable thing that he did was give me peace of mind and he had a very pleasant personality and I really felt like I was working with a local business owner like myself. I would absolutely recommend him for any service he provides. read more

Adrian and Vincent are great, always ask what concern I have before my routined treatment and take good care of it.

We had an infestation of roaches in our backyard. I called Premier Pest Services and they came out the next day. After a follow-up treatment, I haven't seen a roach since then! They do a great job communicating on their next visit. I've had used other pest control services in the past but Premier Pest does the job right! read more

Premier has done an outstanding job for the past year we've contracted their pest control services. Adrian is the primary person who has serviced our home each time and is helpfully responsive and gets the job done well for the all the services so far. His scheduling and accomodation are greatly appreciated - I had a party recently and needed a quick sweep through our backyard, and he was incredibly helpful to come by for a one-time service aside from our quarterly frequency. Throughout the year, we've already noticed far less spiders around the home (due to a very large and dense tree in a neighboring yard), which is a clear indication of the value Premier has been able to provide. If you are in need for an affordable pest control service to contract that is also family-owned and local to OC, I would highly recommend going with Premier! read more

Talk about quick and effective service! I found tiny little mites all over my outdoor catio and reached out to multiple pest companies including Premier Pest Services. Premier Pest Services not only responded to my message the fastest, but Vicente actually came and took care of the problem within hours of my inquiry! A few days later, my pest problems were completely gone! You won't find this type of quality service at this price point anywhere else. Thank you greatly for helping me and my cats! read more

I called a few pest control services and everyone wanted to sell me an ongoing package, or asked outrageous prices for a one-time service. Since I live in an HOA that regularly sprays, I didn't need the monthly service, I needed someone to take care of my immediate ant problem indoors. Vicente not only told me up front what the very reasonable price for a one-time service was, but he came that very day and took care of the ants. He said it would take 1 to 3 days for them to be gone, but they seem to be gone not 24 hours later. Vicente was personable and professionial ,and I'm happy to support this family-owned business. In fact, I was impressed that Vicente didn't ask me to leave a Yelp review! I will always call him for future problems. read more
