We have ant problems every summer, but this year, none of the home depot solutions worked. I can already see the spray working since they left about an hour ago. They were very helpful and understanding of our fears regarding the sprays and our cats. I'm done trying to deal with ants on our own, we will be calling them when the ants ultimately come back next year. read more

From the sales associate to the on-site technicians, I have received first rate customer service. I noticed a difference in the spiders and ant population, after just the first service. I highly recommend them for the price and efficiency. read more

Technician D.C. was friendly and did a super job! He was informative and did work methodicall!

I wanted to reach out and share some feedback regarding the service we received today from technician Nick Brown. From the moment he arrived, Nick was friendly, polite, and exceptionally professional. I walked him through my concerns, and he immediately put me at ease, reassuring me that he would take care of everything. Throughout his visit, I noticed him working diligently in both the front and back yards. He went above and beyond--checking for spiderwebs in spot-on locations that even I would have missed. He was completely respectful of our property and performed a thorough, high-quality job. Once he finished, Nick came back to the door to walk me through everything he had done. I truly appreciate his extra effort, kindness, and stellar professionalism. Please pass along my thanks to him! And also to note- service that I receive for the price that I pay is fabulous! I would 100% recommend them and personally I'll be asking for Nick to be our repeat technician! Best regards, Kathi read more

Amazing Customer Service and Attention to Detail! If I could give Ritchie 10 stars, I absolutely would! After another technician completely rushed through my last two service visits, I unfortunately noticed a resurgence of insect activity at my house, which I believe was a direct result of those incomplete treatments. I contacted Cura to express my concerns, and the company was incredibly responsive, getting back to me the very same day to address the issue. Ritchie had been my technician before, so I already knew his work was stellar. I specifically requested him for the follow-up job--and what a massive difference it made. Ritchie is professional, highly knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. Unlike the previous tech, he didn't rush through the job at all. He took the time to carefully inspect everything, explain exactly what was going on, and outline a clear plan to solve the problem properly. He made sure the job was done right the first time and took extra care around my home. Beyond his incredible technical skills, Ritchie is just a genuinely kind, respectful, and honest person. It is so rare to find that level of customer care these days. Thanks to Cura's fast response and Ritchie's attention to detail, my home is completely taken care of and I finally have total peace of mind. read more

I don't know if you have taught your sales people going door to door to lie... But a young lady who pretended to be startled while walking up my driveway ... "oh I'm so surprised" "My uncle lives right over there and he asked me to come over and talk to you about doing pest control" If you taught her to lie shame on you. If you just allow it know that lying to get business is the same as lying to get my money. But either way there's no way people can trust the business that begins a relationship with a lie read more

DC did a very good job. I would welcome DC to be my service rep on a regular basi. I am happy to give DC a 5star rating

We needed a pest control company to work with and Alex stopped by to talk to us. He was very professional as he explained the different methods they would use to get rid of ants, spiders mosquitoes, silverfish etc., that we were having problems with this last year+. He quoted several different packages. Feeling the price for monthly treatments was reasonable we signed a 12-month contract and they started the next day. The Tech's were there on time and explained what they were doing as they worked. Seeing the dead ants & spiders around our house & yard makes me happy. Die you fools, read more

Had to wait a couple of weeks before I could write my review. Unfortunately, I forgot the person's name, I think it was Freddie? Either way, they were super friendly, and informative, and cautious of the house having twin toddlers. Took his time removing all the spider web outside the house as well as getting rid of wasps nests. I've definitely noticed a decrease in seeing silverfish inside the house. Outside seems like some wasps are back, and I think no matter what you do, spiders will always be around. Only downside is that it was difficult to schedule an exact time for them to come. When they arrived, I was just about to head out to work, so I ended up staying around for a bit until he finished the indoor, and I didn't really need to be around when he was outside. Updated review to 5* Perimeter of the house has been for the most part bugless, and I'm getting updates on quarterly appointments. read more

Vincent was great! No more spiders, cleaned all the webs. They come out quarterly. Would recommend!

This was a door to door sale. I picked up a 1 year contract, so I thought I would give them a fair chance. As they send different employees out, I repeatedly asked them to have employees wear IDs. They don't issue them to field employees. I have had to call in between visits as the crickets were not completely controlled and after they sprayed for ants outside, the ants moved inside. I do believe their prices were fair and guaranteed for 5 years. However, I will not be continuing service with them. Their computer system immediately asked for a review just a day or two after the first service. I waited for a year to give a better assessment. I wish it would have gone better. read more

Vincent was great! On time, explained everything clearly, and consulted me very well.

Great service. DC was very thorough and took care of a couple of trouble spots. Highly recommend.

Matt came to our front door offering pest control service. He was personable, respectful, knowledgeable and quickly earned my trust and signed up for a year treatment, this year we've noticed more spiders around the house. A couple of hours later, Nick and Raul arrived to spray for bugs around the perimeter of the house--one removed cobwebs while the other handled the spraying. Meanwhile, Matt continued going door to door hustling for more business. It's great to see these young guys working together as a real team. Give them a chance! read more

Great company. Called a few others and they all had really long wait times. Cura was able to come out quickly and was very communicative. They did a treatment and it all went really smoothly. read more

In early September, I reached out for quotes to treat a pantry moth infestation in my kitchen. Instead of offering assistance or a referral, I was told that I had a "sanitation issue."This is completely inaccurate although I did not know this as at the time. So I spent weeks cleaning and vacuuming and sill seeing them. I recently learned that other companies offer treatment and the bug infestaton is not my fault. read more

I never open the door to strangers, but thought Alaka'i was an Amazon delivery driver. After realizing he wasn't, I was trying my best to get rid of him so I could watch the soccer game. But after speaking with him, he was very friendly and easy to talk to. What made it easier was he was from Hawaii and so are my parents so we had that commonality. He did go through scheduling, pricing and service, which is once a month except in the winter months. My husband and I scheduled service for the next day at 3:00 PM to tackle those ankle biting mosquitoes. Alaka'i and his co-worker showed up earlier than expected and did a great job!!! Their service was thorough and quick. Thanks, Alaka'i, for awesome customer service! read more

They have predatory salesmen that go door to door and multiple bad reviews about this in different places. This guy banged on my door even though I have a no soliciting sign. He used my FIRST and LAST NAME and then LIED and said I was a customer before. No I was not. He refused to leave and leaned on my door with his face in my camera. It is terrifying that they are looking up homeowners, full names. And then, using our names to try to manipulate us to use their company. Bizarre and scary sales tactic, acting creepy and predatory. It scares me thinking of what he was doing leaning, so close to my door so that I couldn't see his hands. I called the police after I yelled at him to get off my property. He did not even care that my dogs were barking like crazy. He just refused to leave no matter what I said. They have a lot of other reviews about predatory sales tactics like this. Making women feel threatened in their own homes, after acting like stalkers and looking up, our names is a despicable sales practice. read more

If you're looking for a professional and reputable termite and pest control company, you can't go wrong with Cura. My impression and recommendation is based on much research and I found the company to be quite determined and customer-oriented and certainly worthy of consideration of ongoing maintenance or one-time projects. David was very attentive to my needs and was very thorough and professional in his assessment of our home and explained the process and future steps in you understand terms so there were no surprises once the job started. Definitely consider Cura when evaluating or getting bids for pest-related tasks. read more

Best pest control service. They notify you when they are coming, show up on time, and treat every inch of your outside property (lawn, garage, pool enclosure). Nicholas was the representative who signed us up for service. He was friendly, professional, and explained exactly what was included in our quarterly service. I felt we received a fair price for everything that was being offered. Jorge came out the very next day for our first service. He even called to let me know he was running a little late, which I appreciated. He spent a significant amount of time at our home removing webs, treating the property thoroughly, and explaining what to expect. I was also impressed by Jorge, the next day when I texted him with a question, he responded immediately. This is only my first service, but based on the professionalism, communication, and attention to detail I've experienced so far, I would absolutely recommend this company. read more

Noah signed me up for service, He was friendly and knowledgeable. He made himself available for questions even after our initial meeting. The first Technician to come out, Jason was also friendly, efficient and clean. He took care of business quickly, and also answered questions that I tossed at him. Unfortunately, I had an unusual amount of ant activity a week or two after my service, they explained that this was quite typical, but because I thought it was an excess of what it should be they send a technician out right away to re-service my property. This is when I met Michael and just like the rest of the gang, he was also friendly, courteous and efficient. Michael offered additional education about treating these invaders on my property. So far so good I'm happy with the service and the quality of the employees that have been sent here. read more
