We hired Clear Cut Termite to do an inspection as we saw some termite damage on the exterior. Jeff was excellent at explaining everything. When I had Jeff and Maria come to my 23 year-old house to check for termite damage knowing I've had no termite work done previously -- I was worried that the house would need to be tented. Jeff and Maria did a thorough inspection in the attic and the wood trim all around the exterior of my two story house. He explained to me that there was visible termite damage in several places, which he documented with video. I was happy that it wasn't bad enough that a spot treatment plan wouldn't work. I was glad to hear this, and Jeff comes across as very honest and trustworthy just by the way he relates and talks to you. In the end I hired them to come out a couple weeks later. They treated the attic, the outside soil, and the wood all around the house in an effort to stop the termites in their tracks. The work they did in the attic was to spray all the exposed wood. They had to bring some tools and machines inside but were very respective of the house and used drop cloths to keep things clean. After the attic was done they used a 2-story ladder to treat/inject the wood around the top of the house all the way around. Jeff's a great guy to work with for your fumigation needs. One thing to keep in mind is that all termite companies subcontract the actual fumigation to another company who specialize in the actual tenting. You will work with Jeff to setup and prepare for the job, but another company will come and actually do the tenting. Jeff only works with a single subcontractor so all the reviews here should also apply to the actual tenting service as well. Jeff gave us a great price, and provided excellent service throughout the process. He answered questions quickly, even responding late at night to some minor questions we had. He was thorough in explaining how fumigation works, as well as what to expect during and after the the whole process. The fumigation went on time and on-budget for all phases of the project .
