Im catching up on my reviews today so sorry for late review. Lets start off by saying they priced everything in accuracy and there was absolutly no hidden fees. The guy in the corner helped me so good. I found eight rats in my downstairs cabniet and two in my wifes room. Called them out and they made it 3 minutes. They wanted to charge me less than i wanted how often is that? Seriously call them amazing. Got pricing over the phone unlike Anon Y, so not sure how accurate his review is. read more

After posting my review the company reached out to me almost immediately. They sent someone out to inspect and of course noted the rodent activity. He identified additional possible entry points that he attributed to wood rot and wood swelling due to the rain. Two gentleman came out and did quite a bit of additional sealing for free a couple days later. They did a great job and even set two traps in the attic. I appreciate the responsiveness of the company. They did make the effort to make it right. I wasn't expecting them to do what was done and had asked the workers if they were sure they were supposed to be doing it at no charge. read more

Just FYI- They won't provide services if you rent. Per the company, they only talk to homeowner. They left me on read when I asked for the reason why they can't all day and finally replied after I gave a 1 star review. Update: A company who wants to lie and not take accountability saying that you responded back right away and that I wanted to give your company a 1 star for no reason, is quite funny. After going forward with this company, I cannot recommend Rodent Control enough! From the first day I called (and spoke to Stacey) they have been nothing but helpful and accommodating to me. I informed Stacey of my issues and that I needed the inspection AND service done before a certain day and she made it happen. She was quick to set me up with an appointment after someone else cancelled. As for the inspection, Joe is who came to my house. From the moment he showed up (which I must applaud was a few minutes earlier than his expected "time window" **freaken awesome**) I could tell he knew what he was doing. Joe was actually the 4th person I had come to my house that week, yet he was the most in-depth and informative. From actually climbing into my attic, checking crawl spaces, checking the roof, listening to what I had been hearing in the house and seeing, etc; Joe explained everything we needed done (he even debunked some extra things that another company tried to upsell us on). After feeling satisfied, Joe was able to get me an appointment for the work to be done which met my schedule. On that day Joe's team was here early and started working right away (they were all very respectful). Joe was actually running late because he got stuck at another job site and called me to let me know (VERY PROFESSIONAL). The team finished the work on my house within a couple of hours and Joe did a walk thru with me. Before leaving, Joe asked for me to provide check-ins so he can determine how often/when to send the follow-up work. Mind you, this was during he New Years holiday but he said to not worry about bugging him. After a week, I provided an update and like clock work, Gustavo came to my house yesterday (01/06) and was quick to work. Gustavo spent about an hour a my house grinding away. I could hear him crawling all around the attic and crawl space. I had mentioned some possible new entry points underneath my deck, which Gustavo graciously took before and after photos of how he cemented them. Gustavo was polite, professional, and quick. Overall, this company has been phenomenal. Very well priced, communicative, punctual, and fair. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends! read more

We had a massive rat infestation inside the walls in 2023. The company came and rat proofed the house (the infestation was cleaned up by a different company) for a quite steep price. After a few months we noticed a weird smell coming back in the same rooms, we called them, they sent a person who stated everything was fine. The smell persisted and we thought it was from moisture, and spent 2 years investigating. In mid 2025 we opened the same walls again, and found the same infestation. We sent them an email, they said they would call and never called. The new company we hired checked their work and said they were shocked they missed the main entry point next the the old infestation. We spent a lot more money to fix it and, more importantly, we had mice in the walls for more time and spent months fixing the "moisture" problem. Expensive, and ineffective. read more

Buyer beware!!! Some how they keep removing my review. They did considerable damage to my house when they did their work. I was told I had mice in my attic. I continued to hear the noise over my bedroom. After they did so much damage, I called another company for an inspection. This other man spent 2 hours going through my attic and told me I did NOT have any rodents and had never had any. The last time Rodent Control came out the last man to leave turned to me and said Mam you don't have any rodents. So they lied to me and it cost me around $6,000.00. Then I had to handle having all the damage work done. Gil did agree to pay for that but he was a total jerk on the phone. Somehow my review keeps being deleted. read more

I do not give out one stars lightly, but after my experience with Rodent Control I have to agree with the other one star review about dubious claims made during the inspection. We noticed a foul odor coming from one of the walls in our house and suspected something had died. I called Rodent Control on a Thursday and a tech came the next day - which I liked. The tech then did his inspection and announced that he could smell a dead rat, there were droppings in our loose insulation, and he found a few potential entry points including a hole in the ground. He then went through his recommendation: a full sanitization of the attic including removal of all insulation, sealing off entry points, and traps. With the cost of replacing the insulation (not included), the project cost was upwards of $8k. I questioned the magnitude of the service (which seemed excessive) but took his observations at face value. I then got a second opinion from a different pest control company a couple days later which revealed a completely different story. Not only did they not find any droppings or urine stains in the attic - they couldn't even find the smell (despite the short time between visits). The second company was highly skeptical that a rat had even made recent entry based on the lack of footprints or streaks (they couldn't even find the hole previously mentioned). Their recommendation? Everything looked fine aside from fixing a couple gaps and screens. I cannot recommend this company after this experience - and it leaves me wondering which things I was told in the first inspection were actually true and what was told to try to get me to sign right there and then? Rodent Control did a great job! First of all, we called for a quote at 7:45 pm and they set up an appointment for a quote two days later on a a Friday morning. Nic came promptly on Friday and carefully looked over our place which needed crawl space vent and access repair and rooftop (two stories) vent screens. The quote was reasonable and the crew came on Monday and did the job! They do not use subcontractors, and Nic came on Monday to make sure they fixed everything that he had found. The crew was courteous, fast and professional - they started at 9 am and were done by 3 pm, and did great work. They say they will return in a week to look for any rat droppings to make sure that their screens are performing correctly. Very happy with the Nic, the crew and the whole experience! read more

After experiencing rodents in the attic for years, and using other services, I hired these guys. They were available immediately. Their plan was a couple steps. First, seal gaps around the perimeter of the house and on the roof where rats could quite possibly be entering and leaving the attic. Then, place six traps in the attic, seal any additional gaps from the inside, and disinfect the space. If rats are up there they won't be able to leave, and will be forced to go after the bait in the traps, or, starve. I'm looking forward to seeing the results of their work. This review is for a 1st time call to inquire about their service and off the top the guy who answered the phone was really rude. He was asking questions about our home and I informed him that it's my parents home. And he rudely asked "are you going to pay for it or your parents because this is more than a $1000 job." Sounded like he was assuming that I was a young girl who couldn't afford anything. Kept over talking me and was really rude. I ended up hanging up the phone. Update: the owner called me harassing me and arguing with me. He would ask me a question and when I would answer he would over talk me. I ended up hanging up the phone, he kept calling me and texting me. I was being very polite and patient. I was even answering the calls while I am busy with work. Seems like this owner only cares about the money and not giving great customer services. He was also saying rudely "why you ruining my business by writing bad reviews..why you doing that huh?" Not sure how this company is still running. I had the owner on speaker and my whole family heard the way he was talking to me. The response below from the owner is untrue. He never asked to speak to my parents. What am I 5?! I'm a 37 year old who is helping their elderly parents. He just kept mentioning the money and making sure he will get paid. I repeat the owner is very rude and trying to cover himself. I don't get paid to review 1 stars, if I feel like I'm getting bad service yes I'll leave a bad review just like this company. He did mention money again he was on speaker phone when I did the first initial call my whole family heard him talk about the price it could cost "more than a $1,000". He never mention about free inspection. I asked all these questions about the service even explained about an estimate I got from another company. I had a really good experience with Rodent Control. I had never experienced a problem being a homeowner until one winter when some unexpected guests tried to keep warm in my attic. I will say if you are looking for a company to assist this is a good one. Where Rodent Control could be even better is possibly being more affordable. We saw mice in our home and my husband was convinced he could take care of it... fast forward 2 days I'm not so convinced so I call and spoke to Stacey. Being a first time home owner I was very new to the process and Stacey was so informative and booked me for Sunday, that same day I saw a mouse in the day time, called Stacey back who was able to book my a free inspection the very next day. Our family had been frustrated for awhile by late night scurrying sounds, and by fruits, bags of flour, and kitchen appliances being nibbled and ruined. Our amateur rat traps never caught anything despite obsessively moving traps around and changing bait. We named our rat (or what we thought was one rat) "Timothy". Rodent Control inspected, and found a "Ratatouille's attic" level rat problem. There were thick, stratified layers of rat poo/ insulation/ rat poo/ insulation, plus two recently dead rats. There were creeks of pee. There was a civilization of tunnels through the blown insulation. This company DOCUMENTS evidence with LOTS of pictures! Rodent Control was incredibly effective and quick at removing this problem. Jake took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly and was friendly to work with. He explain pricing and warranties CLEARLY. The team of George, Santiago, Cassandra, Armando, Vladimir, and others dilligently screened and cemented and blocked every dime-sized opening on the outside of our house, including UNDER the siding. They vaccumed out an elephant-sized amount of blown insulation and rat poo. They snapped pictures of more rat skeletons. Mario has been by for a follow-up inspection, and was also a pleasure to work with. It has now been 2 months, and we've had no more rats or rat evidence or nibbled food. We've been fighting with nice for a while now. We live in the edge of a wildlife reserve so it's always a bit of a losing battle, but recently we had two get inside the house in a short time and saw evidence of them in the attic, so decided to give Rodent Control a try after our normal monthly pest service failed. While Rodent Control isn't cheap, the job they did is on another level entirely. They not only found and patched all possible entries, but removed all the old expanding foam a former owner had used under the weepscreed and replaced it with galvanized steel and cement. A foul smell in the garage made it obvious that a rodent died in the ceiling or wall.
