JBC Termite has visited my home about three times now, and I'm finally writing a review.. They are much better than the company contracted by my condo HOA. I'm very satisfied with their service and how they handle and finish their work. Their 2-year warranty is also great, and I really appreciate how they take care of any issues that come up during that period. I will continue using JBC Termite, and even if I move in the future, I will still contact them again. read more

We needed a termite inspection for our escrow for selling our home. JBC termite and Pest Control came out quickly and did an assessment made the recommendations and were able to come out the same week to do the treatment. It was quick and easy. Freddy was so easy to work with and he is great. We definitely recommend JBC termite the reviews on Yelp we're good and he demonstrated to us why he has such good reviews read more

I bought a house 2 years ago and during escrow, the house got tented. I thought everything was fine but I was really glad that Fred provided me education and told me that they could do a free inspection. I compared their report to the original termite inspection report from the sellers and realized from Fred that the sellers just did the bare minimum. I still had termite issues. Fred and his team (Simon, Efren and Zeke) worked around my crazy work schedule and was able to take care of everything. I thought the quotes were reasonable and they made it clear as to what I was paying for. I would recommend them over and over again! read more

We had an excellent experience with this Fred and Simon from JBC termite and pest control! From the first call, they were honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly informative. They took the time to explain the entire process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood exactly what was being done and why. They were thorough and worked quickly. The termite treatment was handled professionally, and we were happy they gave us a 2-year guarantee. We were pleasantly surprised to learn they also handle insulation and do handyman work. It's rare to find a company that's this versatile and does excellent. Great job all around. If you're looking for reliable, trustworthy service, I highly recommend them! read more

JBC did termite spot treatments throughout our home in Oct 2024. In July 2026, we noticed winged termites appearing in our master bath and suspected they were coming down from the attic above via the bathroom ceiling lights. Simon of JBC was able to pinpoint the corner of the attic above the bathroom where he saw droppings and wood tunneling. He treated the area and solved the problem. Best part -- it fell within JBC's generous 2 year warranty period for no charge! JBC is first rate. read more

I was frantic calling businesses around to do an inspection on rodents in my condo. My HOA wasn't helpful until I confirmed rodent activity on an inspection report. My call was answered right away by JBC and I was put at ease. He explained he will send out a crewman the next day to my home and confirm if I need action in my home. The crewmember walked and inspected entire home inside and outside. I followed his recommendations and have had no issues. I would use their service in future (if needed but hopefully not). I have referred them to my neighbors. read more

I saw some termite signs in one section of the house, so I decided to contact JBC Termite & Pest Control after reading some reviews on Yelp. The owner, Fred reached out quickly and told me what he thought based on the pictures I provided and scheduled me for an inspection on the day I requested. Unfortunately, I had some event that morning and had to call to reschedule (at 5:30 am since his pages shows his business hour to be 24/7) and he actually answered. He was very understanding and accommodating. I was able to resolve my schedule issue so I called him back to keep my original appointment, and he was again very accommodating. Simon showed up on time and saw our termite activity and gave me different options - He was very informative and presented different options without over-selling and being pushy. He came back the next day and treated the area with recommendation for further treatment when I'm ready. The cost of the treatment was very reasonable, and I truly appreciated their quick service without being too pushy. I would highly recommend JBC Termite and Pest Control for their professionalism and service. read more

As a first-time home buyer, I hired JBC Termite & Pest Control during my inspection process. Fred was great to work with when I called to schedule the appointment, and Simon, who came out to do the inspection, was thorough, honest, and offered some helpful recommendations. I really appreciate this company's service. They are reasonably priced, thorough, and honest, and I'd recommend them to anyone buying a home. read more

Fred was very prompt, highly professional and reasonably priced. We needed an inspection of a shipment of wood cabinetry. He came out same day and provided a very thorough assessment of the products condition and gave us confidence that it was all clear. read more

Fred and his team did a great job when I had a pest problem. He noticed some termite activity and did the inspection same day. Turned out I had drywood and subterranean termites. Him and his team got right on it and took care of the termites a few days later. Definitely recommend JBC read more

Found JBC Termite through yelp and was able to use the function where you can request a service and get text messages back from the company. Randomly found bugs on my staircase area and was frantically searching for a company that could come ASAP to inspect what kind of bug I have. I was able to communicate with someone at 10PM and have someone come out the next evening. JBC Termite is the first service inspector I booked and I am thankful for the speedy response! Efrain came and texted me 30minutes prior before coming to the property. He determined the bugs to be rover ants and not subterranean termites. He was very kind and informative and said the issue is easy to fix for ants! read more

Originally, I had an inspector from cura pest control came out to look at our property and I was going to go with them. However, the scheduler doesn't have any openings before I was leaving for az. I ended up reaching out to JBC, and the owner was able to come out last minute to take a look and do a localized treatment for termites! This is my parents' house so it gives me a peace of mine knowing that their house is taken care of. read more

Fred and his team were very efficient and effective. They identified all the areas that needed to be addressed and advised on best course of action. His prices are very reasonable and his service is top-notch. read more

Called Frank due to finding termites in the house in a location that another exterminator had treated in the past. I was impressed with his thoroughness and attention to detail, much more attentive than other companies. He took the time to walk me through what he found and how to best treat it for now and tomorrow. He came out the next day with his crew and took care to ensure the work was done correctly. I will be calling JBC for all future pest control issues. Highly recommend. read more

This review is long overdue! Fred sprayed the interior periphery of our kitchen, nearby bath, and outdoor perimeter of our home a couple months ago to combat an ant problem that was simply out of control. It seemed like they were coming out from everywhere and it was driving me crazy. I had a lot of questions as this was the first time I was spraying for ants! Fred was affable, very patient and professional as he answered all my questions. I went with his recommendation and I haven't seen ants since. Thanks, Fred! read more

Great service. Knowleable technicians who respect your home and family while they do their work.

Fred and team goes above and beyond. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. His work also comes with 2yr standard warranty, which is something I haven't heard of from other contractors. I've specifically chose him because I wanted to avoid a whole-house tented fumigation and he didn't disappoint. I also had him inspect and treat my mother's house to treat current and future problems. Fred and team are also very good wood workers and are available to repair your damaged house if you so choose. I had them replace fascias around my house and also repair my mother's patio. I had them come out twice post treatment and they were very prompt to address your concerns. The overall pricing is fair and I will seek service with this company again in the future. read more

Fred and his team came out today to treat my house for termites. They arrived on time, did great work, and were so respectful and professional. They repaired some termite damaged wood inside and outside my house and I can't even tell where the damage was anymore to the spot they repaired on my hardwood floor. Their prices were reasonable and even came with a two year warranty. I will definitely use them again next time we need pest control! read more

Fred has been our bug guy for several years. He is great! He is efficient and finds all the bugs! We use him for termites and white flies. Additionally he rebuilds wooden parts of the house that have been damaged. He does a great job at wood working! He is honest and I like working with a small owner operated company that doesn't try to upsell you. read more

Fred and his guys did a great job. I had termite damage along with some water leaks that other roofing companies missed. Replaced all the damaged wood and painted everything to match. You can go wrong using JBC. read more

Fred has come out to our place a few times, and has been helpful and more than fair each time. 1) A few years ago, we had done some construction and when the walls got closed up, we heard critters in the attic/walls. Fred came out and made sure our spaces were all properly sealed up and caught all the rats. They did the work was a fair price, and we've not had another rat in our house/garage/attic (except for see number 2, which was our own fault). 2) Maybe 6 months ago, we found evidence of a rat in our garage, and Fred came out and looked around. He thought it was just one rat, and that it probably got in while the door was left open past dusk (which had happened a couple of times). He said he could set some traps and come back out, but would have to charge us for that. He told us what traps to buy and what bait to use. The rat was trapped within the week, and we never saw evidence of another one. He could've charged us hundreds of dollars, but instead just gave us advice to solve our problem. 3) We've been having ants pop up all over our house - kitchen, bathrooms, etc. We called Fred to see if he could help. He sent someone out within a couple days (thanks Zeke!) to spray inside and the exterior perimeter of the house. He wanted to start with that, because the treating the subterranean costs more, but said if it didn't do the trick, we could apply what we'd already paid to the total cost. The following Thursday, we had two big trails of ants again, confirming they were under the house. He was back out on Friday to treat under the house, and was true to his word. We have had nothing but great interactions with Fred and his team, and highly recommend them! read more

Johnny was very straightforward and knowledgeable. The bed bug problem was out of the control and he was honest and forthcoming on what needed to be done. I shopped around and he provided the best estimates. I saved his contact information for future issues (which I hope don't return!) read more

Had hired their services early May of this year... and would strongly recommend anyone with rodent issues with JBC. I spoke with Fred initially but the whole team (can't remember their names) was very helpful and transparent. We had 1 rat show up in our home in April in which freaked me out but I was able to catch it with a trap. One month later, we saw another rat and knew there was an issue. Called many different nearby companies but JBC was awesome from the very initial call. First of all when you call them, the person picking up is actually Fred, the owner of the company. When I called other companies it was someone in front of a computer that is probably outsourced and not local to the area. Fred from the get go was personable and understanding of my worries. Called him on a Saturday morning to schedule to come out the very next day. They helped set up traps throughout the home and also in the attic. Within a week or two, the rats were caught in the traps set up by them! Also after that we have not had any rodent activity. This is because they did a great job blocking out any potential openings they can use to be coming in our home. Review is a bit late, but actually think it's nice because I can report that even after 3 months, (knock on wood) we haven't had any rodent activity since. Thank you Fred and the whole team! read more

Fred and Efron of JBC Termite & Pest Control are well deserving of this 5 star review, and I would give them more stars if I could. I was so impressed with their professionalism, integrity, expertise, friendliness and quality of workmanship. Fred pays strict attention to every detail, and goes above and beyond what is expected. Not only did these guys use the best and safest insecticides to 'terminate our termites', but they also promptly followed up by expertly repairing the wood damage that was done my these nasty creatures. And, my wife and I did not have to go through the inconvenience of moving out while our house was tented. Fred did all the repair work at a very reasonable cost and honored the price he initially quoted. There were no last minute surprises. In an industry like Home Improvement, where there is so much dishonesty and shadiness, it's good to know there are contractors out there who you can trust. JBC Termite & Pest Control has my highest recommendation. Great job, guys! read more

Fred was super nice and helpful. I requested a quote through Yelp on Sunday morning, not expecting to hear back until Monday, but Fred responded within in a few minutes on a Sunday!! He directed me to the right person and followed through. Highly recommend working with Fred!! read more

We recently found a rat in our condo - and that's where my nightmare began. We placed traps out and caught it, but then I found residual droppings and noise in our vents. I immediately went on Yelp and read through so many businesses and reviews. JBC instantly stood out! From the moment I called to schedule an appointment to the minute that Fred left my house...he was a Godsend! He answered all my preliminary questions on the phone, was able to fit me in last minute, and arrived to the appointment on time and with a smile! Long story short, it wasn't a rat infestation as I had thought but a rogue rat that got into the house someway...somehow... Fred spent time looking inside and outside the premises, up in the attic, and gave me his professional assessment. He was personable, professional, and had such a great and honest vibe. It's an extremely stressful ordeal and he made the process so easy. He reassured me that this isn't an infestation problem and provided additional solutions to prevent a rat from ever coming into the house again. I'm SO HAPPY with the outcome. If there was an infestation, hands down - I would have used his services in a heartbeat and now have his number saved for any future problems (although I hope to never see him again under these circumstances) I highly recommend Fred and his company for all your pest and termite needs. read more

I've had multiple pest problems that have come up in the past few weeks. I reached out to Fred, who promptly answered back and was able to figure out and address the problem at hand. If I could, I would give Fred at JBC 10 stars. His service is fantastic! I saw a rat in the house Thursday night so tried to get someone to come out Saturday since I wasn't going to be home Friday. I couldn't get anyone to come to our house until next week, except JBC. I told him I wouldn't be home until about 5:00pm but he was still willing to come check out the problem. On a Saturday! I called as I was on my way home and he was here waiting for me. He checked the attic and said there wasn't a sign of infestation. He thought it was a rogue rat that got in the house. It had tried to chew through the door frame to get out. I had bought some sticky traps and put some chunks of peach on them. Fred said I needed a different kind of bait, so he changed it for me. He said let's see if this takes care of the problem and if it didn't he could come back and set traps inside and outside. And he quoted a price for that service. As it turned out, there was only the one rat, and it was dead Sunday morning. Fred was right, and he didn't charge me for his advice or changes. I highly recommend Fred at JBC. He's honest, doesn't try to up-sell, and is pleasant to work with. I highly recommend JBC Pest Control. read more

What can I say, Fred rocks! We first met Fred about 2 years ago. He is now out go to guy for rats, termites, bugs and insulation. Super friendly and personable. I also love that this is a family run business. I love supporting small businesses. For our termites, he was able to fix our issue without moving us out of the house. With 5 kids and 2 dogs, this was HUGE!!!! we now call him out every time we add on or do work where we ring in new wood and he pre treats it to prevent termites! Then, about a year later, he took care of our rat problem. I will always call him first and have his number saved! Thank you FRED!!!! read more
