The inspection report came in with just a big Red Cross over the entire house layout, and recommendation to tent treat the house without any spot marked with termite evidence! When asked for evidence they only provided a picture with a dead hard shell bug not even close to termite and a picture of outside wood panel's paint cracks. Very unprofessional. read more

What a sad joke. I asked for a specific inspection and quote for dry rot on some chimney trim. They didn't bring a ladder. They didn't inspect the area of concern. They didn't see any evidence of termites but still quoted $3381 for unneeded fumigation. What a scam. read more
