If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has been nothing short of fraudulent. They failed to deliver the services we requested - after repeated requests to Roxana in the corporate office for over a month - ignored follow-up, and their management never once reached out despite assurances that they would. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to charge us almost $1000 for setting up a few traps around our home despite the fact that the technician never completed the follow-up visits -- confirmed by our tenant. This isn't just incompetence; it's dishonest. Do yourself a favor: steer clear. I love in an apartment complex that has them contracted to treat and control pests. We suddenly found ourselves infested with cockroaches. We were told that they would need to treat our apartment and we and we would need to clean our our entire kitchen and bathroom, and we and our ESA cats would need to vacate the apartment for about 6 hrs. We are both disabled. This was huge. Like moving. Our cats are indoor cats that have only had to be transported 2 times. We did what we were told to do, clean out the kitchen and bathroom. It was all moved into the living room for lack of other places to put things. Took us days. The company will apparently only give a 4hour window of time for arrival. They could come any time between 8 and 2, but they "USUALLY" come around at about 9:30-10:00am. I found out after the fact that we were also supposed to have moved everything away from the walls in the living and kitchen so they could treat the baseboards. This was not communicated. The company then recommended 2 or 3 more treatments... meaning that we would have to repeat this process for a month. Now, they are saying longer. They do not communicate well with the apartments or with us. We needed to actually pay to board our cats, which is costing us a fortune, and is stressful to us all, as we are not used to being separated and that only causes us more physical and emotional stress. We can't afford a hotel to stay in. We essentially only have a hotel now...one we cant be comfortable in. I can't tell you how unprofessional it is not to give a client an ETA that is a closer window than 4,hours, because that means that we have to assume that they could be there right at the earliest arrival time, yet, like today...they may not arrive until just before the end of that arrival time window. Which then puts us out of our home for at least 8hrs. I am not able to be in environments that are not temperature control or I become very ill. It took almost 4 days for all of us to recover last time. I had to sit in my car for 3hrs due to lack of communication from this company. They were supposed to tell us or the the apartment when they completed my apartment. Not even a door hanger or note. (They only did that the first time they treated, but did not call) 3 hours. In the heat. Screaming cats. Turning my car on and off for air conditioning... hoping that I didn't have to call 911for me, and hoping my cats didn't die. They did get sick and I had to pay $300.00 to take them to a vet. All because of the inability of this company to supply an accurate timeline and efficient communication. And to actually kill the cockroach issue. read more

We had our house tented for termites 8/1 - 8/3. During signing for work, Fenn Salesperson had me sign a waiver for any roof damage. That prompted me to ask how experienced the Fenn tenting team was with walking on a Cement Tile roofs. I was told that they were very experienced. Day of tenting, team inspected the roof prior to tenting and reported 10 tiles found damaged -- note: we had had 20 tiles replaced 6 months prior by a certified roofer. After the tenting process was complete, the tenting team reported 140 tiles damaged -- not simple cracks; rather large pieces of tile broken off (I have pictures). The roof repair costed almost double the tenting cost to replace the damaged tiles. The tenting teams excuse was that they had to work around the solar panels. Well, that does not explain the extreme damage done to part of roof where there are no solar panels. Also, much of the cracking of the tiles was in the middle of the tiles (again I have pictures). Someone who knows how to walk on cement tiles would walk toward the edges - where the lower tile overlays the upper, not on the part of the tile where there is only air underneath. Someone from the company contacted me and they did not care about the poor service they provided. They even refused to refund the cancellation fee. I hired another company and they were shocked that our place was supposedly just treated with pesticide. There were spider webs everywhere. Very poor service. We had not known what gophers were until they, unfortunately, decided to target our beautiful front yard which we had just finished pebbling and planting. We woke up to a mound of dirt on top of our fresh pebbles and were puzzled. The next day the mound had grown double in size and a neighbor identified the cause. I started calling around and was told the earliest would be next week. That's when I posted to my neighborhood group chat and a neighbor recommended Fenn. I called them the next day in a bit of a panic since the mound had now tripled in size and a second mound had appeared. All of our hard work was being ruined by these rodents! We couldn't wait at this point, we needed something done that day as we had read they could create up to 3 mounds per gopher and who knows how many there were... I called at 8am and they were able to send a tech that afternoon between 12-4pm. Miguel I. was our tech and was so knowledgeable and professional. He examined our front yard and with his tool was able to identify several tunnels that the evil vermin had created and used a carbon monoxide hose to exterminate them in their tunnels. (I think actually way more humane than the trapping skewering option others offered where they set traps and come back a week or so later to see if caught something). $85 for the one-time visit. We have referred him to our neighbors on either side to help mitigate the damage and likelihood of them returning to torture us. Very pleased and likely will transfer even our pest control quarterly service to them so we can have Miguel service our home. read more
