This is a well run local company. Our home's back yard is an open valley with every kind of pest and rodent right next to the house. Nobody can predict when a pest issue comes up so for us, it's about how your service responds. Spectra is fast and responsive if you ever need immediate attention to any pest issues (which happens every summer at least once). Many pest services say it's all covered under your contract, but if you have to wait days with ants or mice running around your home, it's really annoying. Great guy! Lower price than other pest controls, friendly, great in communication (text me and let me know he would be about 30mins later than expected), uses organic pet friendly chemicals! (We tried someone else first and told us we needed to leave the house for 4 hours yet his chemicals were pet friendly!). I know from experience any pet and human friendly chemicals don't require you to leave the house for an extended period of time except while they work. Always ask and Google the chemicals because clearly the other person we didn't go with was lying. But this guy was great and we didn't have to leave. Super nice guy. He was quick but thorough! He was about $40 cheaper, too, than other competitors. So far, no ants. We'll update if anything changes read more

Kevin with Spectra Pest control is amazing! We previously used Aptive Pest Control for one full year for rats, fruit flies, spiders- you name it. We never quite saw results and it was pricey. With the summer months, our fruit fly problem has been out of control and within one visit, Spectra completely reduced the issue! They were essentially gone. He empties our rat traps and resets them appropriately. Aside from seeing results to our pest/bug issues, Spectra has great customer service.
