That's enough for me, I'm done. Guess they are busy enough not to take care of continuing customers.

Not Tide Pest! They nailed it. I had an awful problem with pantry moths. I had tried for months to get rid of them on my own to no avail. Bailey said I had been killing the adults, but not the (Eck) larvae. He explained what they'd do and sent an email with everything in writing which I did refer to several times to prep the kitchen correctly. He arrived within the time window stated and was done in 30 minutes. He let me know his eta an 30-60 min before they arrived. He examined my cupboards and hutch thoroughly before proceeding. He cleaned up afterwards-there was only a little bit. Only needed a dust pan Bailey said he'd follow up in a week to make sure they haven't returned. If I do see any, he said he'd return immediately. Very good job and worth it to finally get rid of these annoying insects. I've had to throw out many pantry items and feared buying more/eating them until this was handled. He is also very honest to tell me he would use a subcontractor to do the work. Before and after the fumigation, Melissa and Jestine handled the detailed communications with me in a perfect manner. When they came, they asked if they could probe the house. I've had two other companies come so I know what probing the house for termites means. They SHOULD use a specific tool with a pointy end and they gently probe around the perimeter of the home. They also told me that there would be no damage done by probing the home. However, they walked around the house using the end of a metal broom stick and aggressively hit all of the eaves and exposed old termite damage and which ripped large portions of the paint off of our home. He claimed that he was just exposing termite damage when I said that he's damaging our home and a probe test shouldn't be like this. He also told me that other people have complained about him earlier in the week and tried to justify his claim for why he was hitting our home so hard. It made absolutely no sense. I've been a homeowner for over a decade and I've had multiple homes bought and sold where I've had termite damage treated and have had tenting. I am well aware of how these inspections are handled. Now I have patchwork I need to complete and I need to find a paint match to repaint my home. When they were told to leave, they said that they would have a manager call to discuss concerns with us. No one ever called us. I would absolutely avoid this company at all cost. It's now a huge bummer and my husband and I have to carve out time to do the repairs and paint our ourselves and we have small children at home. Lastly, for the record, the other two termite companies we've had it come out, have said that this is old termite damage and was not active. We were only tented just less than six years ago but now I have exposed wood and missing paint. How lovely.

I called Jesse Moreno on Tuesday, he gave me a quote for a dryer vent cleaning over the phone and came in person to do the job that same Thursday. My dryer vent is odd and goes up through a wall in the center of the house and exits on the roof on the 2nd floor (thanks new home builder). I also asked him to inspect the full length of my vent tube, since houses in my area were known for rushed shoddy construction and part of the vent tube had come apart some years back (but was repaired by some AC guys I hired a few yrs ago). Jesse showed up 15min early and got the entire job done within about 35min, including a full cleaning of the vent tube from the roof all the way down to my dryer without having to move anything, take anything apart, and he spent a minimum of time inside my house. At my request, he also ran a camera down the tube to ensure there were no unrepaired breaks or leaks and everything was intact and working the way it was supposed to. At the end of the job he provided me with the video which showed my vent tube was sparkly clean, and he ended up charging me exactly what he quoted over the phone and not a penny more. Yes this job can be DIY if you have the right tools. But Jesse was so fast and clean and did the job so effortlessly, I feel like I will keep his number and call him every so often and save myself the time and effort. They were recommended by my real estate agent, but I've used them before on another house. They were on time and professional. But not thorough. I have bought and sold many house over the years, so I know that these inspections are pretty superficial and they will frequently recommend another type of inspector for more detail. That's fine. Their job is to find the issues that need more attention and diligence. In this case, the inspection lacked thoroughness. At end of the inspection we talked about the issues before the report was written. One thing that worried me was that there was no mention of the leak from the water heater or the mold on the wood in the heater cabinet. I had to show It to the inspectors. Then they took photos and documented it. Items were missing in the report that we spoke about so he edited the report which I appreciated. After closing on the house I found that there is a shower faucet/mixer that doesn't work at all which was not mentioned. Seems like an easy one to find to me. He said the air conditioner is an older unit, which is true, but blows cold air and is working. Turns out it doesn't work. Blows air but the air conditioner doesn't activate so it's not chilled air.

I've had service with this company for over a year now and in the beginning it went well - communication was still not best. I would never receive a reminder of treatment dates, and they were well aware of the need for my dogs to be brought into the house for services. An example: 11/25 original date, had to reschedule. Called phone number on website, multiple times x 1 week various hours left messages for call back and nothing. I even left multiple messages via their webpage for a call back - crickets! Finally with a woman who would not give me her name stated she never got any of the messages, no voicemails or any of my husband's calls or messages. Informed her this has happened numerous times and still continues, no empathy, no nothing. All I ask if for COMMUNICATION! Someone showed up the following week WITHOUT NOTIFICATION (mind you there is a note we have pets they need to be locked up and gate to be unlocked) they provided service for the front yard, and we asked the guy to put us down for Friday - he said okay. Friday came and gone ( they saw a note in their system but didn't bother to notify us that services could not be provided that day) once again NO-ONE COMMUNICATED! Spoke with Olga who confirmed an appointment 12/9 Which we were able to FINALLY get the backyard done. Husband and I said we'd give them a go one more time since they had mentioned they moved and changed numbers but still communication is key! There has been a note that we have pets and need communication via text for the date and time frame, we get quarterly service. Next date was 3/19 from 3-4pm. Received a text from their number on 3/10 stating our service will be on 3/19 between 3-4pm and there is a number to call if needing to be rescheduled. 3/19 and it's past the window. We call the number the woman go refuses to give me her name says our service is set for 3/23. I give her the phone number and ask why does this keep happening? She said I don't know. It's been one a YEAR and you still couldn't make it any better? Still HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. Cancelled service.

STAY AWAY when their sales reps come knocking. I gave them plenty of opportunities, only to be left frustrated and angry.
