We used them to sell our home, and felt they were really thorough! Our termite & pest inspector/expert was there for quite some time, and found several items that needed to be repaired for the buyers. He showed us exactly where damage occurred, and informed us why the repair was needed as well. Getting a pest & termite inspection is always 'recommended' in California, but it should be required. We felt peace of mind knowing we were selling our home without worry of unknown issues being passed to the new homeowners. The turnaround time and amount we spent for their service was well worth the investment. We were able to use people from his company to complete the repairs, and they did a fantastic job and were at our property almost immediately. When selling a home, there is so much pressure to get it all right, and we felt relief knowing the job was being done right with people that cared about the quality of work they were doing. If you are looking for a good pest & termite expert to inspect your home in Orange County, CA give him a call. read more

Excellent and thorough termite inspection done at my house by Mario. Reported we do not have a problem at all. Had another company come out and tell me we in fact did have termites on a patio post in our backyard. Mario and Eric came back out and said there are no evidence of termites at all. Saved us a bunch of money and they didn't charge anything for the inspection that they did twice! Amazing customer service! Will definitely call them in the future if we have another problem! read more

Mario was professional, knowledgeable, kind and worked hard to find a time that worked for our compressed schedule. His attention to detail was impressive. read more

I had 4 different Termite/Pest control companies come out to give me quotes on home fumigation for termites. 2 companies told me I also had subterranean termites and1 was trying to hard sell maintenance plans. Mario saw evidence of old subterranean tunnels and was the only person who actually went under my house to see if there was any active infestation which there was NONE. He explained the process, broke down the cost and did not try to upsell me on anything. Home fumigation is very disruptive but Mario made the process seamless even calling the gas company to turn the gas back ON post fumigation, (all others had told me I would have to call). I found Mario to be very honest, with excellent customer service and pricing better than his competitors. I would highly recommend Quest Termite and Pest. read more

We hired Quest Pest to deal with ants inside and out (common in RanchoSantaMargarita), and then subscribed to have them come out quarterly. We haven't had any ants in the house ever since, even when the kids leave food out. The spray they use is safe around pets and kids. Tell your friends and family. Some friends of ours needed pest services for rodents and ants too. Mario, came out to service and helped them to understand how and why the rodents were getting in. It wasn't a high pressure sales like the bigger companies push. It felt genuine and caring. I will continue to use them again. read more

Mario was the first to respond to my inquiry, so I had him come over after spotting some termite droppings. He arrived on time and inspected the house thoroughly. There were a couple of spots that needed treatment, and he handled them right away. I really appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. He also cleaned up everything afterward and even wiped down my attic access cover when he was done. A good experience overall. read more

As first time homeowners we didn't know where to start when it came to pest control. After reaching out to Mario, we knew we wanted to go with his company because he was quick to respond, professional and affordable. We ended up getting our house tented and we replaced the termite damage. We found that some companies really push monthly or quarterly services but we didn't feel pressured by Mario. Unfortunately after a year of living in our home, we found that we needed additional services due to our fruit trees so now he takes care of that for us. He also follows up to make sure we were satisfied which speaks volumes of a company. If you're looking for a pest control company, we highly recommend Mario and his team! read more

Mario was absolutely great! He was friendly, dependable and fast. Most of all he was honest. Luckily I didn't have any bedbugs, but his free estimate was a great help. I will definitely hire him again, without question. read more

Mario is the real deal. I had another company come out before him and they barely looked around before jumping straight to the most extreme (and expensive) option. Mario was a completely different experience. He took his time doing a thorough inspection, inside and out, he explained exactly what he was seeing, why it mattered, and what my actual options were. No pressure, no scare tactics, made me feel comfortable What I appreciated most was that he treated me like someone who deserved to understand what was happening in my own home. He answered every question I had and made sure I felt confident before moving forward with anything. His pricing was fair and transparent, On top of all that, he's just a genuinely good person. You can tell he takes pride in his work and actually cares. If you're dealing with termites or any pests and want someone you can actually trust, call Mario. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. read more

I'd give him 10 stars if I could, but yelp hasn't advanced that far yet! lol No, but seriously, I could not have been happier with the results. I am someone who is completely terrified of bugs so when I noticed I had a flea problem I had so much anxiety and had to call someone immediately. Mario quickly responded and gave me such a great deal that I couldn't turn it down. He was professional in every sense and went above and beyond to help me eradicate the problem. He didn't just treat my unit; he gave me my peace of mind back as well, which I truly appreciate him for. I would absolutely recommend Quest to anyone! Thank you again Mario! read more

I called Quest Termite for a termite Inspection when I was selling my house. Mario showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He knew that any work needed to be done as soon as possible for my transaction. He was back the next day to perform all necessary repairs and treatment along with the certification the same day! The work looked amazing! I left a can of paint and he even painted the areas he repaired! I cannot thank him enough for helping to take this stress off me and get things done quickly! read more

Mario has been so responsive and great to work with from start to finish. He came out a few months back for my initial inspection when I knew I would need fumigation and I wanted competitive quotes. He walked me through all my options and really educated me on what the process would entail, what was necessary, what was overkill, etc. When it came time to tent and fumigate, he was available at all times when we had questions or concerns. His pricing was very competitive but the customer service is what really prompted my five star review. I would absolutely recommend Quest and will be using them again for any future needs. Thank you, Mario! read more

Highly, highly recommend Mario!! I had another company come out and they looked at one hole and said yep, tent the house.
