HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and EVEN WORSE COMMUNICATION and no matter how many times I've called, left call backs via their website - or even left a message with their own staff for a call back.. nothing for over a week. I've had service with this company for over a year now and in the beginning it went well - communication was still not best. I would never receive a reminder of treatment dates, and they were well aware of the need for my dogs to be brought into the house for services. An example: 11/25 original date, had to reschedule. Called phone number on website, multiple times x 1 week various hours left messages for call back and nothing. I even left multiple messages via their webpage for a call back - crickets! Finally with a woman who would not give me her name stated she never got any of the messages, no voicemails or any of my husband's calls or messages. Informed her this has happened numerous times and still continues, no empathy, no nothing. All I ask if for COMMUNICATION! Someone showed up the following week WITHOUT NOTIFICATION (mind you there is a note we have pets they need to be locked up and gate to be unlocked) they provided service for the front yard, and we asked the guy to put us down for Friday - he said okay. Friday came and gone ( they saw a note in their system but didn't bother to notify us that services could not be provided that day) once again NO-ONE COMMUNICATED! Spoke with Olga who confirmed an appointment 12/9 Which we were able to FINALLY get the backyard done. Husband and I said we'd give them a go one more time since they had mentioned they moved and changed numbers but still communication is key! There has been a note that we have pets and need communication via text for the date and time frame, we get quarterly service. Next date was 3/19 from 3-4pm. Received a text from their number on 3/10 stating our service will be on 3/19 between 3-4pm and there is a number to call if needing to be rescheduled. 3/19 and it's past the window. We call the number the woman go refuses to give me her name says our service is set for 3/23. I give her the phone number and ask why does this keep happening? She said I don't know. It's been one a YEAR and you still couldn't make it any better? Still HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. Cancelled service. read more

Brendal comes off as nice, but I assure you he does not listen to the customers request or concerns. He states that he prides himself in customer satisfaction .... I'm appalled. We had a sales person, Cedric, walk up saying they were in our area servicing and willing to give us a deal on a comprehensive service today. I am generally apprehensive of this type of sales tactic but Cedric was very thorough with his pitch and convinced us. A few hours later, Collin(I think), the service tech, showed up and again walked through everything he was gong to do. As he performed his service we could easily see he was being incredibly thorough, and in our opinion, going above and beyond with the nooks and crannies he was brushing out and servicing around our home. We were so impressed and wanted to tip him above and beyond but he refused the tip and simply thanked us for the business! There is absolutely nothing I could say about this experience to knock it down from being top notch, above and beyond. 100% recommended and satisfied! read more

This company was sent out by my HOA to remove a wasp nest from my home. It was on a very high ledge so all he did was use a stick to knock it down. Once it came down he kicked the nest across my yard?? Many of the wasps continued to linger around the area. He did not cleanup the nest that he kicked. I assume he attempt to spray something because there were about 10 dead wasps left at my doorstep...another thing he did not cleanup. Total process was a total of 5 mins or less. I'm not an expert but this did not seem like the appropriate or most effective way to remove a nest. I also did not appreciate the mess that was left behind. read more

We had an Argentine ant infestation and Michael opened up electrical covers and blew Pyrethrin Dust inside the walls in our kitchen, dining room, living room, and bedrooms. Afterwards, he sprayed our baseboards, under sink cabinets, cracks in grout where ants had been trailing in and out. After he changed the insecticide for outdoor use, he sprayed around our foundation, doors, windows, garage, and patio bushes. He also dusted off spider webs in our garage.
