Really do not know or understand how this company has all of the five star reviews that they do! I have had a German cockroach problem after we put an addition onto our house and they are coming through the drains. When I first signed up with these guys they told me I had to empty my entire kitchen Which I did. A couple weeks later they came back and the bug still didn't go away and they told me I needed to empty my kitchen again and I told him they're crazy! I signed up for a year program like an idiot, because they said that their treatment was guaranteed. All they do is collect a check from me, and I have to call them to schedule them to come in monthly! The bugs are still not gone, I'm still not satisfied, but they still continue to take my money because I signed a year contract with them. This company is absolute crap and full of it! And the people they send to my house are even worse, they do not listen to me, they are incompetent, and do a half assed job. Beware! read more

He was respectful of the property and had shoe slip covers to enter the house! He's been in the business for ~15 years and was able to determine the bugs were ants. Treatment is all done! We did the rodent treatment where they closed all the entryways of the house, followed by an attic deep clean. Overall I'm very pleased with the company and how responsive they are when you call. Great customer service and very friendly. Competitive pricing. After they secured all the entryways around the house, it took about two months before I proceeded with the attic deep clean. I wanted to make sure no mice were left inside the house. You're given a 2 hour time period when they will arrive, and should get a call or text when the specialist is on their way (which I didn't always get). There was a slight hiccup with scheduling (I said morning but they booked me for afternoon) but both of these issues were pretty minor and were resolved quickly by the team. Dealing with a rat is never fun, but I had a wonderful experience working with HomeShield Pest Control from start to finish. Adam Diaz came out and did a comprehensive inspection. He found openings in my house that weren't visible. He walked me through each opening and explained to me the treatment/exclusion process. Their pricing is also very competitive and fair. Cameron came out to do the treatment, install exclusions, and put in traps. He was very professional and efficient. He was very patient and helped answer any questions that I may have. It was incredible that the rat was caught the very first night! Van came by and removed the trap with the rat in it. The trap with the rat wasn't easy to find so I was very appreciative of Van's patience and persistence in looking for it in my attic.
