I had a sudden flea infestation on Monday, and I was having a Christmas party on Saturday, so I needed somebody to get out ASAP to kill the fleas. These guys called me back right away, and had someone out to spray before the end of the day. The treatment worked immediately, and all of the fleas were dead by the next day. Very impressed with Crest Pest Control. I manage properties, and had a Tenant notify me that a rodent got in the home. I called my normal pest control company I use and did not get ahold of anyone the entire day. It's the holidays, so I understand, but this was urgent so my Tenant's holiday wasn't potentially ruined. I sent out requests on Yelp, and out of the 6+ companies that reached out, only Caleb and Jake (the owners) with Crest Pest Control spoke to me. By the way, this is after 5pm on a weekday. They told me about their company, and were very genuine. Caleb was patient with me while I worked logistics with the Tenant, and they came out the next day! My Tenant is happy before the weekend and we have a follow up scheduled for next week. I put a high emphasis on communication, transparency, and honesty. I know that sounds redundant, who wouldn't want those values. But when you're working with service vendors every day unfortunately you come across a lot that are missing some of those values. I reached out to Crest for a second opinion on a roach issue we had that seemed unresolved. They were able to schedule me quickly for an in person inspection even though it was around the holidays. I dropped the ball on our first appointment and they immediately got me rescheduled the same week. Marcus did our inspection and I found him to be honest, thoughtful, and kind. He saw me take off my shoes and put on shoe covers before I could even ask. He answered all of our questions and gave an extremely detailed assessment of what he believed was going on. He even reviewed the paperwork from our previous provider. Instead of immediately pushing for additional treatment, he set some traps to allow us to get more information first, before deciding whether additional treatment would be needed. Based on this experience, we'll probably switch to crest for our quarterly pest services and will gladly post an update if/once we do. read more
