Rob came out about two months ago to treat my home, and I'm so glad he did! I was dealing with a big ant problem--tons of ants--and even had some tiny ghost ants, along with silverfish and spiders. Rob treated my home and took the time to point out a few other issues too, like rodent tracks, wood rot, and a black widow nest in the backyard. It's been two months now, and I haven't seen a single ant! The spiders are gone, and I don't see any more spider webs. Their service was very slow. This work was delayed all the way to Mid September. It was super inconvenient to work with this business. I waited a very inappropriate time to get the work finished. I sent a request through Yelp for an estimate and not only were they the last to get back to me and had the soonest available appointment (not a great sign) but they didn't show up for the appointment, didn't reply when I followed up to see if they were coming, and didn't even apologize when they contacted me to reschedule. I waited all day and had already given them my address and phone number. No Yelp reply, call, or even a text was sent after they read my message asking if they were still coming. It was such an unprofessional experience and filled with red flags. I have no interest in working with a company who has no respect for my time or safety. On Saturday at 9:30 pm my husband and I were enjoying a relaxing evening until we saw a RAT standing in our living room staring at us. We tried to corral him out the front door but he was too spooked and we were too! I left a message for Rob at Olde Towne Termite and Pest Control. He called me right back and assured me he would be out first thing in the morning. As promised Rob came out and lucky for us we found the critter in our laundry room. Rob went into action set traps, closed the laundry room door and sealed the space under the door to prevent escape. He told us that we would hear movement in the room, and when that stopped, there would be a good possibility that the rat was caught.
