I'm a little late leaving this review, but I definitely wanted to take the time to share my experience. Old Towne Termite and Pets did a great job! The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and did the work efficiently. Everything has been working well, and I really appreciate the quality of the service. Thank you for the excellent work. I would definitely recommend Old Towne Termite and Pets to anyone who needs termite or pest control service! read more

I have a rental duplex in Costa Mesa. One of my tenants told me that they were seeing cockroaches inside and outside the house. I immediately contacted several pest control companies to inquire about their availability, process and pricing . After talking with Rob at Old Towne Termite, I felt comfortable with his approach of doing an inspection to determine what type of cockroaches were coming in. Other companies gave me a certain price and application process before doing the inspection. Rob sent his technician Chris out and it was determined that we had German cockroaches. This type needs a specific type of treatment. Chris was punctual and was very easy to communicate with. We set up a monthly service for 3 months to ensure that we were able to get rid of the cockroaches and also any eggs or baby cockroaches. The price was reasonable and was less than most of the other companies that I had spoken with. I will call Rob at Old Towne Termite if I have any other pest control issues. read more

Thanks to Rob for his assistance with our termite treatement. Was quick to respond and provide a quote and made time for us same day to complete the treatment at our home. I highly recommend Old Towne Termite and Pest Control read more

I was so pleased with how thorough Rob & Chris were. I've never had a pest control company do as much as they did. One guy went around the whole outside of house and dusted where spiders love to go. Then hosed down everything so well, then sprayed generously everywhere. Product didn't smell bad and was organic, I even had them spray around my tower garden which is 100% organic and huge! I've used other companies in this area for 15 years and never once did the dust outside areas! Thank you for wonderful and professional customer service! read more

We had our home fumigated and also wood work done to repair termite damages. Old Towne Termites and Pest Control went above and beyond to take care of our home. They were very honest with their work and provide us with details on what was going to be done to our home. Thank you and will repeat service! read more

Really impressed with the service by Old Town Termite and Pest control. I reached out a few pest control companies via yelp and Old Town had the best prices and responded quickly and professionally. Chris came to our home and was kind and professional. We have a mosquito problem and he assured us that it will be taken care of. We signed up for the monthly subscription to keep these darn bugs away. Thanks so much for making annoying experience with bugs a positive one! read more

I messaged Old Towne in the summer and they responded quickly. The service was provided (to deal with a severe ant problem) and since then the ants have not made a return. I was reminded to leave this good review because I reached out about something else today, and again Old Towne responded quickly and was very understanding of my request. Based on the positive experiences, I recommend their service. They got the job done and are easy to work with. read more

Rob was great! He responded right away, he was professional and efficient. He also offered other services that can help prevent potential critters. I'd definitely recommend him and will be using him going forward. read more

Rob and his team were fantastic to work with. Rob came out quickly to give us a quote when we suspected termites. Rob's team did wood repairs / painting on the exterior of the house on the damaged areas and it blended in seamlessly with the rest of the house. Was very pleased with the way things looked. Rob treated the termite areas in a safe way. I was extremely pleased with the work quality and felt the price was reasonable. Would highly recommend. read more

I started with an estimate and a few days later proceeded to schedule multiple services to be done. Rob presented multiple options and his expertise on my situation, and was very sociable. I had fumigation, sub terrain, wood repair, and some pest control done. Speed and quality were excellent. I would recommend this company to others who are looking to get their home taken care of. read more

I was fortunate Old Towne had availability for my summertime ant problem. It has been 2 months and no ants in sight. I will definitely hire them again for ongoing maintenance and strongly recommend. read more

Rob came out about two months ago to treat my home, and I'm so glad he did! I was dealing with a big ant problem--tons of ants--and even had some tiny ghost ants, along with silverfish and spiders. Rob treated my home and took the time to point out a few other issues too, like rodent tracks, wood rot, and a black widow nest in the backyard. It's been two months now, and I haven't seen a single ant! The spiders are gone, and I don't see any more spider webs. He even applied some treatment on my windows to get rid of flies--which I think is my favorite part! I keep finding dead flies, and it's pretty satisfying. Anyway, thanks so much, Rob! I really appreciate that you use organic sprays--I felt comfortable knowing my dog is safe. read more

Yay The ANT plague is over at our house, finally. Thanks to Robs work and pet safe treatments- what a massive difference! We will be using his services to maintain this and keep our house bug free. If you are struggling with ants ( or other bugs ) call Rob. read more

Our newly purchased home had already been inspected and treated for dry wood termites by another company prior to closing. Damaged wood was to have been replaced and repainted. I wanted to see about possible future service to keep termites at bay. Rob Doughty came out and did a thorough inspection first, and then told me to contact the company that had supposedly replaced the termite damaged wood. There were still numerous areas where the wood had merely been patched and repainted. Who knew? I'm thankful Rob was able to help me put the heat on the other company to do the repairs that were part of the purchase agreement. Thank you, Old Towne Termite Control! read more

Do yourself a favor and call Old Towne for anything you need. The owner Rob was amazing and so responsive. I had a bee emergency and he came out within the hour and was a straight shooter with the entire process. Price was very reasonable and he was beyond great for the exact service I requested and was looking for. If you are shopping around, rest assured that you don't have to look any further because you found your guy Rob! I will recommend him to all my friends and family in need of his services. read more

Old Towne Termite and Pest Control - Ron taking care of the bee hive! - Pest Control Near Me

Rob the owner means well and is knowledgeable in his field. Although he could use some improvement in planing his schedule or routes. The 3 starts is for the quality and results of service requested, roach control and spiders. Not results as promised. Also big issue when in came to responding and time for service as scheduled. Value is the best but compromised with the results delivered. We are still having sight of pest and has been over 3 weeks already. It did improve but not where we should be at. He seemed in a rush the first time around and the second visit was short as well and the missed areas from first visit were missed again. Lower cost, lower quality and poor experience in my opinion. read more

Super easy to work with. Rob came out and gave an assessment of bees that had taken up in the wall of our house and we moved forward right there Did a return trip the next day to remove the comb and clean Sprayed so we wouldn't have any other pests in the old hive area. Greatl overall service and experience read more

Can't believe I'm writing a review for a flea infestation treatment... but it happens! After reviewing a few places, I decided to go with Old Towne Termite because their rates are reasonably priced and they were so quick to get me a quote. Though I ended up having to do a second session since the fleas were still present in some parts of my home, both Rob and Chris were very accommodating! Chris did a wonderful job on the second session and I truly appreciated how informative he is! It was also reassuring to know that the products they use are all natural and safe! Highly recommend this small and honest business! :) read more

*** AN ABSOLUTE FIVE STARS!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! *** We reached out in a short notice of time for a swarm of bees in a tree in our yard which we recently found. We reached out to this company. Thanks for the great service immediately on the weekend when we needed someone for an emergency- Thank you so much!!!

Pest and termite control is an important service, dealing with poisons and people's homes and pets. This company is unprofessional, unreliable, says one thing and does another. Cheaper than other companies, so maybe that's a sign. Cannot recommend except to avoid. read more

I've had two exceptional services from Old Towne Termite and Pest Control. Rob is experienced, thorough, and timely. I'm grateful for his service and recommend to anyone looking for any pest control in Old Towne. read more

I am so glad I found Old Termite via Yelp. Robert is super friendly, prompt, and provides excellent service with reasonable price. We get out house sprayed every three months. No problems with pests so far for the past five years with him. Recently he helped me with some of our house maintenance, and he helped until we are fully satisfied. We were please with Old Towne as they were the only pest control company that can help us with our roach issue in just a short notice. Rob was really helpful and provided us with exceptional service. The quality of work provided with definitely more detailed and thorough then our previous pest control company. Rob also followed up with us a day later to see if progress was made or not. I was very impressed with how quickly this company responded to my call for help with a bat that got into my house at 10:30pm. Other companies gave me a time for the next day, but Rob said let me see what I can do. He sent Alyssa out and she was wonderful and 15 minutes later the bat was safely removed and let loose. I would definitely use this company again. read more

This company did a fantastic job for me. They were very responsive, communication was outstanding, turned up at the house on time, prices beat the other quotes, and overall they did a great job. I highly recommend this company. read more

I do not recommend this business. The problem started around Mid July. The job was to seal some points of entry for pests. I selected this business thinking it would deal with the problem. Their service was very slow. This work was delayed all the way to Mid September. It was super inconvenient to work with this business. I waited a very inappropriate time to get the work finished. I feel burdened by the fact that I paid so much money and felt cripple while I waited for some patching up work to get done. Go get a more present business. read more

Terrible communication from this company. I sent a request through Yelp for an estimate and not only were they the last to get back to me and had the soonest available appointment (not a great sign) but they didn't show up for the appointment, didn't reply when I followed up to see if they were coming, and didn't even apologize when they contacted me to reschedule. I waited all day and had already given them my address and phone number. No Yelp reply, call, or even a text was sent after they read my message asking if they were still coming. It was such an unprofessional experience and filled with red flags. I have no interest in working with a company who has no respect for my time or safety. There are plenty of other pest control services out there, I recommend skipping this company so they don't waste your time with disrespect. read more
