I was able to get an inspection service within 1 day from calling. They give you an estimated timeframe of when you can anticipate the inspector to come to your house. Adam from BugproTermite communicated through text message when he was 30 minutes away and was very professional. I wasn't sure if my house had ants or subterranean termites and he was able to determine it was ants. He inspected the movement of the bug very carefully and came to the conclusion it was ants. This past very cold and wet winter, we found very persistent pesky ants invading our home. The sudden warming in the last two weeks seem to have worsened this problem. The first organic spraying was about two weeks ago, then there was a resurgence in the last week. I called for a repeat spray (they have a 30 day guarantee from the first time). Both times, the spray application itself took about 15 or twenty minutes for all the exterior and interior spraying. The only preparation needed was to empty underneath all the bathroom and kitchen sinks, plus to clear the basebard areas for spraying. Both Brandon (the first time) and then John For the repeat were efficient and quick. The company uses organic ingredients so it's safe for you to stay in the house, as long as it's well ventilated. I did try to keep the pets away and had my elderly mom stay elsewhere for the day. They're is a one time fee of $250 for this service, which also eliminates some cockroaches and spider species. I also found out they rescue bees! Would recommend them for their quick response and friendly service. read more

I called today because my inspection report didn't have the photos the technician said he was going to provide. They said they'd get it to me within an hour. It's over an hour, so I called back to ask, and they said they already charged my card, it's non-refundable, and they won't have my photos until 5pm. After 5pm, I found out they don't have the photos... Everything seemed good until this happened. I was sure I was going to go with them for all future treatments, but the way they do business has me unsure now. They charged me for an incomplete report, and after they got my payments, they became really difficult to work with. Allen the inspector is good, but the customer service went downhill fast after they got my money. They did not offer a way to fix this, and instead resorted to a defensive attitude, trying to brush off any accountability. :( read more
