We appreciated the time the representative spent inspecting our property and explaining the recommended work. The estimate itself was thorough, and we were grateful for the information provided. Unfortunately, our experience after the estimate completely changed our impression of the company. We were subjected to repeated phone calls and messages while we were still taking time to review our options. Most concerning, someone came to our home after we didn't answer the phone. We had never scheduled another appointment or invited anyone back, and having someone show up unannounced because we weren't answering calls was uncomfortable and felt inappropriate. There is a big difference between following up with a potential customer and repeatedly contacting them or showing up at their home without an invitation. Customers should be allowed the time and space to make a decision without feeling pressured. We hope the company reconsiders its sales approach and places greater emphasis on respecting customers' privacy and boundaries. read more

This company is top notch, from quotes to service! I spoke with Milton at my door. This is not something I normally do, but he was super respectful and was not at all pushy. When I said we didn't use pesticides and use natural alternatives he told me about Clark offering a natural alternative, which peaked my interest. We signed up later that evening. Our first service was today. Travis, or technician was equally as professional, nice and respectful. He explained exactly what he would be doing and proceeded to use the essential oils alternative product around the parameter of our home. He cleaned all the cobwebs of from our eves and noted any entry points or issues we might have if not taken care of. He texted when he was done, leaving photos of the problematic areas that we can address. The yard/outside areas now smell like geraniums while the application dries. My contract was transferred over to Clark Pest Control from either a buyout of another company or I'm not sure. I was with my other company for over seven years and recently was receiving servicing by Clark. Previous company was awesome, Great service no issues, great communication. We have two boxes that we get checked every other month for $40. Sometimes they're empty most of the time at least one of them is empty and the other one's pretty full. We are very low maintenance over here at our house. Recently they came to maintenance the boxes, I get a bill for $88 yes $48 Increase with no notice, nothing. I called to question this huge bill and was told oh yeah we had a price increase. I said well that's not acceptable without written notice and as a small business owner myself completely unprofessional. I was then offered $70 service and I said no and please cancel service. I paid the $40 that I agreed to on my contract and continue to get billed the $48 balance. I have emailed and spoken with two people and said today if this is not resolved and this account does not show zero I will continue to write reviews regarding the companies unprofessionalism. Completely shady to just tack on extra charges or a price increase onto a customers bill without written notice of an increase or any type of notification!!!!! read more

I have been a Realtor for a long time in Orange County and this was hands down the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE for the Seller, the Buyer, and myself. After being paid $13,213 for the termite repairs and clearance, the Seller and Buyer noticed some of the work had not been completed and a fence had been knocked over. Not only did Clark Pest Control - and specifically Cameron and Ryan - not complete the repairs without repeated begging (horrible at timely responses and communicating), but their required 3rd party fumigation contractor broke apx 60 roof tiles with their equipment and Clark Pest Control refused to repair/replace the broken tiles at their cost. This resulted in me hiring a separate company and paying for the repairs with my own money ($2660) because I was so infuriated and embarrassed by the service Clark Pest Control - specifically Cameron and Ryan - provided. I will NEVER recommend them to a client ever again and will share my experience with anyone who ever mentions Clark Pest Control. I've closed 400+ transactions and this was the absolute WORST termite company experience I've ever had. read more

I received a coupon in the mail last week for Clark Pest Control. It said "First visit $50". I called 7/15 and was told it would cost $110 every other month for service and to show the coupon to the technician. I made an appointment for the following day and the technician showed up this morning. When I gave him the coupon, he said the first visit would be $160-$50, for a net cost of $110. When I told him the coupon clearly stated "First Visit $50", he informed me that is not the way it works. WTF? I told him that is not the way I read it and I would find someone else. He called back about 5 minutes later and said he talked to his manager who gave him special approval to honor the $50 price. I told him I don't trust their business practices and hung up. Had an issue with my prior pest control company so I decided to try out Clark Pest Control. Contacted them on a Tuesday around noon, one of their reps, Rick (super nice and responsive guy) showed up a few hours later and was ready to take on the task. By Wednesday Rick and his partners Mario and Gene (I believe was his name) were at my spot ready to get to work. By 6:30am their work was done and have been seeing less pest each day.
