Immediate response with a professional tech, David. We had a small colony of termites in two beams in our home. I believe the cost is well worth your home. It's the utmost to protect your investment. Samuel, Mark and David are true professionals and they take care of their pride and care of their equipment. Thank you all. This comes with a two year warranty. No testing, no gas shut off no getting g out of your home. We'll worth it. read more

They have a Great service and friendly staff. Very professional, on time, Highly recommend their services.

Always pleasant and knowledgeable. Always timely. Awesome customer service. No matter the problem, they can handle it.

This is the best bug company by far. From the jump they answered all my questions on the phone and put me at ease that they would be able to fix my bug issue. Brian came out less than 24 hours later and did such a detailed job making sure to cover all areas inside and outside my home that I already feel so much more at ease knowing my family and I will live with less insects. Brian is the best! Thank you PacWest Exterminators. I appreciate your business and recommend everyone calls and receives the service I did. read more

Brian, our technician, is always very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. PacWest did our termite work and they also treated our house for subterranean termites! (That was really awful and so thankful they took care of that problem). The service was great and we felt very secure with the tenting. We have regular, every other month bug service and rarely see any spiders or other bugs on the ground in our yard. Thank you for the great service! read more

As always - great job. Hopefully the ants will die in both back and front yards. They got really close to the house this time. Also, thanks for the Terro Baits. The technician explained to me how to use them and open them properly and not use scissors, like I did, and wasted it all. Thanks again and God bless. read more

Quick response and service! Took down 3 hornets nests in under 30 min. Would use again!

We have been using them for almost 12 years and don't have to worry about pest/bug issues. We had one incident where we had an ant infestation due to Neighbors leaving rotted fruit out, and pac west figured out the source of where the ants were coming from and within one day, the problem was gone and cleared. Reasonable prices and excellent pest service. would highly recommend. read more

I'm so pleased with the service I got. The exterminator was on time, through, and explained every step.

I had my house fumigated by PacWestExterminators from 4/22 to 4/24/2024. I am very impressed with their professionalism, especially Greg Bird. When Greg came to inspect the house, he spent 45 minutes walking around and inside the house to look for possible termite infections. He explained to me where and why certain parts of the house could be infected, and answered all the questions my wife and I had. He inspected every single beam and told us where the beams might have termites etc... Greg took care of customers very well, he's very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The day when the fumigation team came, It was fun to watch them working, they worked with each other so well, they were very professional and courteous, and they asked us if we needed more time to be ready. The best part was their quote was among the lowest quotes we received from many companies. We paid $2,500 for the service and we are very pleased. Do not hesitate to call Greg Bird, I bet you'll be happy. read more

Had a fairly substantial invasion of subterranean termites. Greg came out for an inspection and gave me all the info you could ever want or need about these types of termites. Scheduled a treatment and was taken care of professionally. Frankly, the most outstanding part of working with PacWest was the responsiveness of the team. We had a few questions and some changes on the day of the treatment and Greg was available immediately and adjusted to our requests without hesitation. I highly recommend this company for any extermination needs. Probably the most professional company I've worked with...... ever? I'd say so! And a shout out to our tech Brian but mostly to Greg, the man is impressively knowledgeable. You cant go wrong with PacWest! read more

Very knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job and no issues since they were here.

I found PacWest Exterminators on good ole' Yelp! And it didn't fail me. Needed our home tented for termites ASAP and from the initial phone call until the very end, they were super friendly and offered loads of information on the process as well as the different packages they offer. What I liked the most about them was their honesty in the difference in pricing and how they didn't try, not once, to keep me from shopping around. They were super humble! Greg came out to our house right away for an inspection and brought flyers with information for us to view on what their business and competitors do. They were able to schedule us in for termite tenting within 2 wks. They called our gas co and scheduled to have our gas turned off, which was great because sadly I had completely forgot to call. Greg kept us in the loop every step of the way! Would definitely recommend PacWest to everyone!! Thank you PacWest for being super friendly and humble. read more

Brian did a great job. He showed up on time & was very accommodating. We will use PacWest again, no pressure & great service. No more ants!

Very good service. Gary was very thorough and professional, he explained the options and processes in great detail. Reviewed the report from our prior pest control company and gave us a report that was far more detailed. Price quoted was reasonable. Performance was professional and fast. I really cannot find any reason not give this company 5 stars. read more

From beginning to end, a business worth your trust. Caution: Yes they were so great, at times this review might sound like an advertisement. Reason for service: Preventative maintenance. City has been doing street/sidewalk repair and I did not want to gamble that it wouldn't push pests into the home. My experience during the process: -Recommended through word-of-mouth -First representative I spoke with was soooo pleasant I had to remind myself to stop talking. -During EVERY inquiry and throughout the ENTIRE process, I was ALWAYS met with professionalism. Every representative was informative and friendly. Pros (in no specific order) -Punctual -Very responsive -Pleasant experience -Professional and efficient -NO aggressive selling techniques -I was kept informed throughout the process -Follow-up after process was complete Cons: None. This is only my initial review and will be updated in 90 days. However, I do hope (and believe) it will stay a 5. Note: -Veteran founded/owned -Been in service for over 20 years -Family operated -Offers green/low impact alternatives for some services -Proactively adding services and green alternative methods read more

Pacwest Exterminators is a great, professional organization. Greg is very responsive and has a great approach to his business. They emphasize more natural and humane solutions to getting rid of pests, and Greg was thorough and honest in communicating how each service option works. He worked with me to understand the pest problem and find reasonable solutions, as opposed to just trying to sell me something. Every employee I've dealt with, from the techs to the folks answering the phone, are friendly and easy to talk to. The services are reasonably priced and we've seen great results reducing our ant and rodent issues after one month of service. I highly recommend Pacwest, as they are a trustworthy, genuine business who is easy to work with. read more

We wanted to get termites treated before moving into our new home within a very short timeframe. We had several termites company came out inspect the home. Of all the inspector, Greg from PacWest Exterminators was the most thorough. He found additional termite damages and provided us options for us to choose from. He was honest, upfront, and very knowledgeable! We ended up doing fumigation through him and he guided us through the whole process. Let me just say, that Pacwest has been simply AMAZING. Our tenants had just recently moved into our rental property when they started reporting hearing lots of noises on the attic and rooftop. We called Pacwest and Greg came out and confirmed that, unfortunately, we had a rat infestation. Greg assessed the situation and got us started on a monthly program of bait stations. Then, we had to call again and had a round of rat-traps done to get rid of the rats in the attic, with Greg also refilling the stations and continuing to help. He also carefully explained how the bait stations worked, and that the bait used would allow the rats to die in their burrows and that if any other animals happened to hunt and eat them, that the animals would not be harmed by the poison. As a pet owner myself, I was very impressed and got great peace of mind to hear that Greg wasn't only concerned with the problem at hand but also the potential consequences of our actions. Touching base with us and giving us great customer service on the phones was Sheila, who was always incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. She dealt with my multiple phone calls and barrage of questions with great professionalism and friendliness. Our tenants can finally get some sleep and have more peace of mind thanks to their efforts, and I'm glad that we have a trustworthy pest control company that we can rely on and gives us amazing service. read more

Can't say enough lovely things about Sheila and Greg. Sheila scheduled all the appointments and called the day of our appointments for a reminder. Also so understanding and sympathetic to our issue. Greg is amazing. Knowledgeable and fast, we caught what we suspected was a rat in our attic the night after he set the traps. He never tries to get us into the most expensive solution but the most practical for our situation. I can sleep now at night knowing we are critter free. Thank you Greg and Sheila! read more

AWESOME Exterminators!!!! I have used Pac West Exterminators for over 10 years. They termited my house for both dry wood and subterranean termites. They also do my pest control service. I read the review on them and can't believe what I am reading!! I have never posted to any site in my life but when someone states things that are untrue, I just have to respond. I have referred them to my friends and family and have had NO COMPLAINTS, only awesome reviews. I am VERY PICKY but they always exceed my expectations. I also have three dogs and a desert tortoise and they always make sure they are in the yard when they leave and use only chemicals that will not harm them. One time my dog was out when they came and they found her and put her back in the yard.(They spent 1/2 hour finding her and it wasn't even their fault she was out.) These people go above and beyond to take care of me. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for honest and trustworthy pest control people. read more
