Thanks to a neighborhood possum, our backyard became completely overrun with jumping and biting fleas, putting our Memorial Day backyard plans in jeopardy. Thankfully, Tommy from Total Impact Pest Control responded quickly to our concerned inquiry and was out to help us right away. Within just an hour, there was a night-and-day difference -- not a single flea could be found. We were so impressed that we also signed up for monthly service to help with mosquito control. We're looking forward to enjoying our front and backyard again. Thank you for saving the day, Tommy! read more

Tommy is seriously the best!! Helped us initially 2.5 years ago with a rodent problem, and has been on the books for us quarterly for routine pest control. He is quick, communicative, and so fair with his pricing. He's also so knowledgeable and if any issues arise and we need him, he always makes it happen. Thank you so much Tommy read more

Tommy was wonderful and very quick to respond to the initial call. Very personable and so willing to help my mother-in-law since we live quite far from her. He went out there the same day and took care of the problem and even when the next day twice to make sure that the bees were exterminated in her tool shed! He kept us updated every time and showed such sincere concern for the situation. So hard to find people like that nowadays so grateful. Thank you so much, Tommy! read more

Tommy was heaven sent. If you're dealing with any pesky unwanted critters (fleas in our case), and you've exhausted all your DIY remedies to mediate the situation, contact Tommy. We had never worked with an exterminator before and were a bit apprehensive given that we have two dogs that roam our yard for potty breaks. Tommy was great at providing reassurance that our dogs and our sanity would be intact! I did my research bc I didn't want to work with the big box companies, I wanted to work with someone local who was familiar with the area. No regrets here! read more

100% professional, and knows what they're doing. I would recommend Total Impact PC to anyone near the Buena Park/Cerritos area.

Excellent service! He came to my house, very professional, and had great communication from start to finish. He responded quickly, arrived on time, and completed the job efficiently. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast, reliable service. Thanks Tommy! read more

He came to spray for ants. It's been a few months now. After he treated he said to give it a few days / week and we shouldn't have any more ants. He was right, I haven't seen a single ant. Professional and effective! read more

Used them for fleas. They came and sprayed our house and left. Quick easy and now I dont have to deal with fleas

This is a review for Tommy. I had called his service on a Saturday and he was able to answer my questions and come by on Monday to inspect my home. I appreciated his promptness. He also was very straightforward about whether getting my house sprayed was worth it, and I appreciated that he did not try to pressure me into doing it just for peace of mind. I plan to call him in the future if there are any issues in my house. read more

We called Total Impact Pest Control during a state of emergency at our home. In the month of February (not typical ant season) we were experiencing an insane invasion of ants crawling along the ceiling of several rooms of our home. Tommy came promptly to attend to the issue. We noticed immediately how friendly, professional and knowledgeable he was. Also, when he came inside our home, he placed booties on his shoes without us asking. I really appreciated this kind and considerate gesture. I'm happy to report that Tommy took care of the issue just in time before an event we were hosting in our home, and we are now on a quarterly service plan and will have him treat for mosquitoes during the warmer months. His pricing is very reasonable too!! Don't hesitate to contact Total Impact. read more

Highly recommend reaching out to Tommy if you have any pest issues at your home! We had a multitude of issues with different pests, and Tommy was able to walk us through the treatment plan and answer all the questions we had. You can't beat his level of communication and thoroughness! read more

Tommy is a lifesaver! He swiftly tackled my ant problem with precision. His expertise and friendly approach made the experience seamless. Grateful for Tommy's bug-busting skills - highly recommend! read more

Truly grateful to Tommy for coming the same day that we called him to take care the ant problems we been experiencing since June. We had Terminix come out for tent fumigation on 4/15/2022. In June, we noticed some ant activities, we used Raid bait traps and spray. 2 weeks into mid June, one morning, I woke up to army of ants entering through all sides of the house and meet point in our kitchen. I contacted Terminix and they came out two days later and signed us up for the monthly pest control. After several more severe ants incidents and extra visits by Terminix, as of 8/23/2022 still experiencing ants through out the house. Searched through Yelp and came upon Total Impact and called Tommy. He came the same day, found several ant nests and one main entry point. so far so good. A huge thanks to Tommy and highly recommend. read more

Tommy was FANTASTIC! I gave him a call to remove a couple wasp nest, and he came out the next day. He ended up finding 6 total nests instead of just 2, and took care of all of them for me really quickly. 100% would recommend him to everyone else for pest control. read more

This review is purely for the kindness and honesty of Tommy who I believe is the owner. He's been doing this a long time and you can tell he genuinely wants to help people with their pest problems. He spent time on the phone sharing his knowledge and ultimately referred me to someone else - that's right he gave away business so we could get what we needed. Who does that these days?? I will definitely go to him in the future if we have with any other pest problems. read more

Tommy was probably the most personable and professional person I've dealt with in a while. I found him on Yelp after seeing two German cockroaches in my kitchen. He came out the same day. He found out where the source was coming from, which was our trash cans on the outside, side area of the house ! He gave us the option to treat our house, which he didn't present in any pressured way! Just a simple option but didn't make it seem that it was a requirement. With it being a few days before Christmas and having family come over, last thing I needed was roaches everywhere, so I paid him to treat the kitchen area and spray the perimeter of our house and trash cans. He mentioned it would take up to two weeks to see them gone but it was all gone (knock on wood) a week later. After he sprayed we saw maybe two in our garage... but that was it. I will definitely be using him for any pest services in the future! Super cool guy that operates a family owned business. Gotta support the local mom n pop businesses people!! read more

Please do not search any farther for anything pest related. You just found the perfect person to come take care of your issues! Johnny responded incredibly fast and even squeezed us in in between other clients. He is incredibly knowledgeable and is the nicest guy you'll meet. I trusted him implicitly which is a huge thing for me to say... I trust very few people haha! Tommy did a thorough inspection and went into full detail on what needed to happen to rectify our situation. Please don't look farther, Johnny is the answer! read more

Tommy is SO amazing. I called in major desperation of help I had an issue with bugs in my car Tommy was the ONLY one who was helpful and offered to come check it out immediately!! I was so shocked (in a good way) at how responsive he is. He came out to inspect and had a solution!!! After calling multiple others he was the only one who helped. And he's local!! And his pricing is so reasonable. I couldn't be any more satisfied. His service and his knowledge is exceptional. Thank you SO much Tommy read more

I haven't even gotten the service done yet and I'm already impressed with the quick response via yelp messages and reasonable pricing

As you can see from every review, Tommy is who you want for the job. Friendly, professional, and does exceptional work. I've used Tommy for almost 4 years now and have nothing but good things to say about him and his service. Support him and his business, you'll be happy! read more

We had a recent rodent emergency in our home that needed immediate attention. Tommy responded quickly and accommodated a same day inspection since he probably heard the stress on our end. He located points of entry and was willing to fix them that evening. Really fair price, worth every dollar. He helped us identify the right traps and showed us how to manage them. He was so pleasant and helpful. He's been doing this for 20+ years and it shows! Please call Tommy for your any extermination needs. read more

I wanted to thank Tommy for coming out and inspecting my house for rodents. I was having issues with mices getting into my attic. Within 5 minutes, he found the problem. They were getting into the house from the recently installed A/C unit conduit. I offered Tommy to pay for his inspection fee but he kindly declined because he was only here for 5 minutes. That is total customer satisfaction right there. So be sure to give him a call for any of your needs! read more

Tommy is the most genuine and honest professional I have ever met. We discovered a mice in the kitchen area and I was extremely scared. I called around looking for help and he was very responsive and gave us a quote right away. He came on the same day (within three hours) and inspected the outside/inside of the house thoroughly and immediately cleared all of our suspicion of where the mice might be coming from. It gave us greater sense of comfort knowing that we don't have any entry way (all sealed already) outside . He was very honest and told us that the trap we are using is sufficient and would not recommend us to spend more money for the trapping service. He even provided some better quality traps and provided tips of placing those and refused us to pay him for it. Tommy is an experienced (20+ years)professional who know what he is doing and also extremely genuine and honest with his customers. He treats the customer problems like his own with care. Highly highly recommended 100% if you have any pest problems!! Also- he is very careful when visiting customer house during covid time- he wears mask all the time and put shoe cover on when inside the house!! Thanks Tommy! read more

What a great experience. 1). He responded right away 2). He was willing to work with my schedule 3). I am very skeptical and genially think people want to take my money for the least amount of work but this guy was super genuine and trustworthy. He gave me advice on how to handle the problem myself instead of spending unnecessary money even though that money would have gone in his pocket. AND after taking his advice the rodent problem was gone within 2 days! From now on I will be using this service for any future pest problems. read more

Tommy was so thorough. He assured me he would get rid of ants, and he did just that. I told him I wouldn't review him until I saw results, haha. He took his time, pulled back grass, and made sure that he found nests. He even found a wasp nest and took care of that when he was here. I would recommend Tommy's company to anyone with a pest issue. read more

I have nothing but positive things to say about Tommy. Extremely professional, honest, and caring when it comes to his service. We have had a rat problem at our house and Tommy was kind enough to help try to problem solve and see where the issue might be coming from by inspecting around our house. He gave us his advice and tips as to what we could do whether it was using his service or not, and that is something no other company would even think to offer. We definitely recommend Tommy for his professional service and now understand why he has the best reviews. Thank You Tommy! read more

Tommy hooked me up! I had an infestation of ant swarmers and ants. He immediately located where they were coming from, sprayed the area and the surrounding area and my ant problem was COMPLETELY gone within 2 days! read more

Tommy is so nice, helpful, and considerate! He answered my request for ants a couple months ago very promptly and was able to schedule me the same day! Other places I called couldn't come until the next week. I highly recommend this company for your home pest control needs. read more

Tommy was able to come in and inspect on the same day we called. He was very thorough and gave us good tips on how to save money and do it ourselves and clean up tips. He was very friendly and professional. He advised us on all entry points to prevent rodents from coming in. Thankfully, he didn't find any evidence of rodents inside the home, just in the garage where the entry points were found and told us what needed to be sealed. We would definitely use his service again. read more

I highly recommend Tommy and Total Impact Pest Control. Amazing service and extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Tommy set an quick appointment and was able to come the very next day. Tommy is the consummate professional. He listened to our situation, asked appropriate questions and gave prices for one-time and recurring service all on the phone. He showed up on time, took care of the bugs and paperwork on the spot and was wonderfully focused on customer service. His great quoted price also stayed the same when he assessed the infestation. read more

There has been an ant problem at my house and it usually gets worse in the summer so I called messaged Total Impact Pest Control through Yelp for a quote. Tommy, the owner, replied pretty quickly and was able to offer me appointments in the next three days. I got other quotes and his was comparable to the other small companies. For pest control, I prefer smaller businesses because the support seems better and we really can help small businesses times right now. Tommy came to my house was super nice and super professional. He explained the process to me and even repeated some when he spoke with my dad. He'll show you the areas he sprayed and explain what he's doing. basically, give Tommy a chance if you have a pest issue. He's super nice, super professional, and did a great job for the ants at my house. Ask him why small business is better and ask him about how long he's been around read more

Can't say enough good things about Tommy! When we called, Tommy carefully walked us though all of the options we had to deal with a flea outbreak in our home. Most other pest control places will transfer you to a sales person, who doesn't actually know much about the treatment they're selling you. After the call, Tommy visited our house to offer a formal assessment, and advise us on next steps. He even helped us identify the larvae we had caught in our flea traps, and sent the the pictures to an entomologist for confirmation. When we offered to pay him for this extra service, he declined, saying he just wants to make sure he's offering the right treatment for the problem. Ultimately, we were able to treat the infestation using organic methods. This was huge for us, since we have a 4-year old at home and didn't want to resort to pesticides if we didn't have to. Tommy supported us the whole way, walked us through his recommendations with each step, and never tried to hard sell us on the pesticide option. I can't imagine any of the large pest control companies doing this. When dealing with bug infestation, it's helpful to have an expert in your corner who you can trust and isn't trying to upsell you. We highly recommend Tommy if you're unlucky enough to have a flea problem like we did. read more

I called Tommy not knowing if he would be able to get rid of the bee problem I had in my attic. Lets get this straight, I'm a tough guy, but when it comes to bees I run around like a 10 year old school girl, and we had bees coming into the house from the can lights. Tommy gave me a window of when he would show up and he assured me that he would be able to do the job. Sure enough, he showed up when he said he would. He was able to get rid of all the bees and now I can sleep at night not worrying about those damn bees! Total Impact is Totally worth it. Thank you Tommy! read more

I'll keep this review short. Tommy just takes care of business. We had an ant and spider problem and I haven't seen one of either since. Tommy is definitely a master at his craft and you can depend on him to definitely get the job done. He's also brings a nice, professional attitude. If I ever have anymore problems, I'm definitely calling Tommy again. read more

Tommy (owner) is an absolute pleasure to work with. He has been keeping our home bug free for a few years, and we couldn't be more grateful! *Long Review* I have been remodeling my home and kept on getting Spiders and now I have Wasps! I had a few big Wasps nests in my backyard. I have been trying to kill those wasps but to be honest they freak me out since Im allergic to stings/bites. Tired and frustrated I needed to get those wasps killed so I can bring my dogs to the backyard without worrying about getting attacked. I have been calling all the top businesses on yelp all week and asking if they can come on the weekend. They are all booked on the weekends for existing clients and if anything they charge double for same day services for wasps and pest control is additional fees. Or they would say you have to leave your house with your dogs for 2-3 hours. No thank you! As a small business owner, I saw and read the reviews for Total Impact. I called and talked to Tommy the Owner and he was super professional and kind. He has years of experience. Price was perfect compared to other pest control companies. Told him about my situation, he didn't try to up-sell me and told me the options I have for the maintenance programs and not to mention that he also said he can come today (Saturday morning) if I wanted. Perfect! I showed him around the house and inside of areas that needed to be sprayed. I did not have to leave my home with my dogs, I just put the dogs in an area where he was not going to spray. This is super convenient since I am watching 4 dogs right now. I signed up for his quarterly options every 3 months. He was very informative and explained to me after he was finished what he found. He also sprayed the outside/inside and garage. Really happy with Total Impact Pest Control. read more

I called Tommy because of a mice problem in our condo.
