Truly grateful to Tommy for coming the same day that we called him to take care the ant problems we been experiencing since June. We had Terminix come out for tent fumigation on 4/15/2022. In June, we noticed some ant activities, we used Raid bait traps and spray. 2 weeks into mid June, one morning, I woke up to army of ants entering through all sides of the house and meet point in our kitchen. I contacted Terminix and they came out two days later and signed us up for the monthly pest control. After several more severe ants incidents and extra visits by Terminix, as of 8/23/2022 still experiencing ants through out the house. Tommy was probably the most personable and professional person I've dealt with in a while. I found him on Yelp after seeing two German cockroaches in my kitchen. He came out the same day. He found out where the source was coming from, which was our trash cans on the outside, side area of the house ! He gave us the option to treat our house, which he didn't present in any pressured way! Just a simple option but didn't make it seem that it was a requirement. With it being a few days before Christmas and having family come over, last thing I needed was roaches everywhere, so I paid him to treat the kitchen area and spray the perimeter of our house and trash cans. He mentioned it would take up to two weeks to see them gone but it was all gone (knock on wood) a week later. After he sprayed we saw maybe two in our garage... but that was it. Tommy is the most genuine and honest professional I have ever met. We discovered a mice in the kitchen area and I was extremely scared. I called around looking for help and he was very responsive and gave us a quote right away. He came on the same day (within three hours) and inspected the outside/inside of the house thoroughly and immediately cleared all of our suspicion of where the mice might be coming from. It gave us greater sense of comfort knowing that we don't have any entry way (all sealed already) outside . He was very honest and told us that the trap we are using is sufficient and would not recommend us to spend more money for the trapping service. Can't say enough good things about Tommy! When we called, Tommy carefully walked us though all of the options we had to deal with a flea outbreak in our home. Most other pest control places will transfer you to a sales person, who doesn't actually know much about the treatment they're selling you. After the call, Tommy visited our house to offer a formal assessment, and advise us on next steps. He even helped us identify the larvae we had caught in our flea traps, and sent the the pictures to an entomologist for confirmation. When we offered to pay him for this extra service, he declined, saying he just wants to make sure he's offering the right treatment for the problem. Ultimately, we were able to treat the infestation using organic methods. This was huge for us, since we have a 4-year old at home and didn't want to resort to pesticides if we didn't have to. Tommy supported us the whole way, walked us through his recommendations with each step, and never tried to hard sell us on the pesticide option. I can't imagine any of the large pest control companies doing this. When dealing with bug infestation, it's helpful to have an expert in your corner who you can trust and isn't trying to upsell you. There has been an ant problem at my house and it usually gets worse in the summer so I called messaged Total Impact Pest Control through Yelp for a quote. *Long Review* I have been remodeling my home and kept on getting Spiders and now I have Wasps! I had a few big Wasps nests in my backyard. I have been trying to kill those wasps but to be honest they freak me out since Im allergic to stings/bites. Tired and frustrated I needed to get those wasps killed so I can bring my dogs to the backyard without worrying about getting attacked. I have been calling all the top businesses on yelp all week and asking if they can come on the weekend. They are all booked on the weekends for existing clients and if anything they charge double for same day services for wasps and pest control is additional fees.
