Saul was very professional, removed bee hive and repaired stucco and painted. Like it was never there.

HOA company used Fenn for our termite inspections, and Alejandro Sanchez was our inspector. Real friendly and did the inspection thoroughly, especially when it came to the attic. Made me feel at ease knowing I didn't have any termites for my house I've been in for 10+ years. When you get service request for Alejandro!! read more

Recently called to have termite inspection. was great to meet Fidel. He was friendly, thorough, and really knows his stuff. Fidel was very meticulous with all the inspection. Eventually did find a spot and took care of it immediately. Greatly appreciate Fidel's visit and felt confident that our home is properly cared for in terms of termite treatment and prevention. This is not my first time working with Fenn, but this particular service was above and beyond. Would highly recommend without any hesitation for all your termite/pest needs. Thank you Fidel read more

We are happy with our service and having Sergio come out consistently has made a big difference in keeping the infects away. Sergio gives great customer service . He always arrives with a big smile, ready to listen and tackle whatever issues we may have. Another plus is he will always let me know before he leaves so I can check the premises to ensure that everything has been taken care of properly . This is reassuring, especially for a person who cannot stand spiders. read more

A week ago I called Fenn to schedule an inspection of my house for termites. Tobias arrived promptly as scheduled and checked the area where I saw what looked like termite wood droppings. Unfortunately, he confirmed that those were indication of termites. He explained how the infestation occurred and how treatment will resolve the issue. He let me know how much it would cost to treat the area, which I thought was a reasonable price. He also asked for me to call their office to make the payment over the phone. Everything was transparent -- no hidden or surprise costs! I think the treatment was effective as I don't see any more wood droppings a week later. I would recommend Fenn, and especially their employee Tobias, for friendly, professional, and knowledgeable termite treatment. read more

Terrible experience with this company!!! My apartments suggested them because this is the company they use and they told me they were good but not for me from the very start it was bad! If I would have know I could use someone else I would have. It costed me $295. for a job not done right because I still have the bed bugs! Started when I told the front office here I have bugs and said it was my responsibility to pay which I understand I trusted them when they told me they do a good job and that's why they use them for our apartment complex. So I got all clothing and tossed out my bed head board all of it all my bedding and my sofa. I want them gone. I prepared like they said and they came and inspected and I showed them all the photos I took of the bugs and I saved some in scotch tape so they could see that I have bugs. But the first person's who came to inspect didn't seem to thorough no flash light used his phone I showed him my photos and taped bugs and he agreed I needed to spray ..so they came and sprays Sept 1 mind you I had no bed no couch so I slept at my sisters until I could afford a bed but I didn't any to buy a new bed because wanted to make sure bugs where gone they came and inspected again the following Tuesday to see if any activity this guy was good at looking over my apartment had a flashlight looked over everything laid out traps I told him I wasn't sleeping here and I really want a second treatment to make sure they are completely gone and he said " yes the first treatment doesn't retake that you need to get a second spray to really kill them and for them to be gone" and that he would suggest it and I said please yes I want them gone and actuallyhe said he could do it right there and then but I couldn't I had my cat .. he did lay traps to see if any activity but how can there be if I'm not there sleeping and they feed of of the heat from my body... now in the very beginning it was my understanding that a second spray was included they never once in the front office apartments told me I would have to pay again for the second spray so I went to the apartment office and told them what went on and she would reach out to Fenn about the issue and get back to me so later that day the office said that he should have not disclosed what he told me that I need a second spray that the first doesn't really work and I believe him I even looked information up regarding bed bugs and getting rid of them they would need to spray again to be safe because they hatch after certain amount of days. He left traps the office schedule another inspection mind you it's three weeks now and there where specks but the bug man said it wasn't bed bugs and he asked if I gotten bitten and I said no I don't sleep here he can clearly see I have no bed I haven't slept here. So he laid traps again and I ask please have them spray again I don't want them back especially if I buy a new bed and sofa and he said Yes I'll tell them but no he told the front office I'm clear of the bugs so they will not spray again well they are back because I have a blowup bed and slept here and this morning I see them in my bed! Office said if I get them again would have to pay $295 again for bad info bad communication and unfinished job! It been so physically emotionally draining Bad experience!!! -Started with them saying I was getting heat treatment because I wanted them gone I called an Fenn said no it's spray I said no they told me heat so that was wrong -said their technician left traps the first time he inspected NO he didn't third technician said the first spray doesn't really take I need a second one to kill them Fenn said I'm clear BUT they never told me I should sleep in the bed to see if they come out while I'm sleeping there again if I would have know this I would have done that and now they are back on my bed they want another $295 to finish an unfinished job in my option experience - frustration and disappointment with Fenn and being referred to them read more

Fenn to the rescue! Our HOA is contracted with Fenn and I have found every visit to be thorough, very well priced, and efficient. They are always available to help and address all issues each time. I just met with Tobias to help us identify termites in our home and he went above and beyond, checking every corner (literally), and patiently addressing the many questions I had. His feedback and thoughtfulness really put my mind at ease and helped make our situation less daunting. I am so thankful for his expertise and looking forward to using Fenn again in the future without any hesitation. Thank you again, Tobias! read more

Thank you Jacob for your knowledge and giving us advice. Service was prompt and thorough.

Tobias and Alejandro were amazing to have on site for three full days. I'm the HOA president of a 35 unit development in Costa Mesa and our development has cycled through several termite companies over the years. Fenn was by far the most professional and smooth experience that our homeowners have had in years. They were on time every day and worked hard throughout the day. They were very thorough. It was very easy to have homeowners schedule additional inspections online that the development didn't cover such as attic and interior inspections. We are making Fenn our chosen provider. Thanks guys! read more

I canceled after the first service and was charged a $250 cancellation fee. Unlike my previous pest control providers, this company gave a 4-hour arrival window instead of a set time, which made planning difficult. I also wasn't informed in advance that I'd need to vacate my home during treatment. With no place to go, I had to confine my cats to the bathroom--an area that couldn't be serviced--and wait outside. Despite being on autopay, I received multiple invoices by email the same day. Overall, the communication issues and higher cost compared to other companies made the experience frustrating. read more

Just an update to my previous review. I continue to be able to work with Sarah A. from Fenn Pest and she makes my life so much easier! To be working in property management sometimes it is difficult to get updates or even follow up with side questions, Sarah never fails to be there for me and her attitude is always positive! Fenn Termite & Pest Control is extremely lucky to have her on their team! Hoping for many more years to work with one another! read more

Was a great experience all around. Scheduling was easy and pricing fair. Tobias showed up on time, was professional, kind and very knowledgeable. Was very impressed with this company and would definitely recommend. Thanks Tobias!! read more

I found Finn passed through my homeowners association who contracts with them to take care of termites in our balconies. They always do a wonderful job. I've been a loyal Fenn customer for a few years now and it is 100% due to their service. SCHEDULING The ladies in charge of booking appointments are always friendly and accommodating, trying their best to get me in when it's most convenient for me, even when last minute rescheduling is required. They have great attitudes, and are happy to assist as needed. Thank you! TECHNICIANS I have the same technician every single time, resulting in a high level of trust where I feel comfortable leaving my home while he treats both the exterior and interior. My tech for the first couple of years was Miguel (who was amazing!) but after he received a well-deserved promotion, I was assured that he trained my new and current tech, Jacob Lopez and that nothing would change. Sure enough, the customer service provided by Jacob has been outstanding as well. First of all, the communication is excellent. He texts me the morning of my appointment with an ETA of when he'll arrive and then again once he's completed treating my home so I know how long to wait before returning. He lets me know if he noticed anything needing attention and follows up if I had any requests or concerns before he started. Love it! Thanks Jacob and Fenn for keeping my home pest-free! read more

The retirement community in which we live, we share a wall with the next door unit. When there is an infestation in one unit, it is only a matter of time before the other unit is affected. Therefore, when our neighbor had Fenn come over to spray his unit, it was determined that our unit also should be sprayed. Jacob not only did a thorough job of treatment, but he took the time to explain expectations resulting from the procedure. It has been two weeks, and everything he indicated would happen, has happened right on schedule. Jacob was knowledgeable, efficient and personable. He is definitely an asset Fenn. read more

Use a different termite company !!When there are termites, lots of them INSIDE your home and you're walking around on them , a Fenn service guy comes out to your home and minimizes the problem. Fenn has the contract for our condominium development. They sprayed something in the area they thought was the termite entry point and it stained the beautiful natural wood ceilings. This company is a disaster- they careless and they damaged a premium expensive property! Termites are still coming in and we found them on a priceless irreplaceable antique one week after the Fenn guy was here!! read more

We've had Fenn's quarterly service for a year now and I couldn't be happier. Aside from ensuring our home is free of unwanted pests, my husband and I have peace of mind that we have a team we can call if we have any issues in-between services. Recently, I called for service on some bugs that we found inside new furniture. Luckily they were able to squeeze us in within a couple of days, a couple weeks sooner than our original appointment. Every technician we've had has been courteous and friendly. This time our technician went above and beyond to help us out with our issue. Daniel came early and entered our home with shoe covers. We appreciated that as we have little ones still playing all over the floors. After a thorough assessment, Daniel contacted a subject matter expert to confirm his findings. He then provided us with our options and while we needed time to weigh them out, he helped my husband move the infested furniture to make sure it didn't bring even more issues around our kids. We are so thankful for Daniel and the rest of the team who keep our home safe! The value for what we get versus what we pay for is unmatched. Thanks, Daniel for helping us! read more
