I've been doing annual termite inspections with No Nonsense Termite Company for years. Today, Ruben came and inspected the entire house, inside and out, and thank God, I have No Termite droppings or activity. Thank you, Ruben and No Nonsense Termite Company, for taking care of your client's house. Ryan - Satisfied customer. read more

We've been customers of No-Nonsense Termite & Pest for years, and our experience with Omar today reminded us why we continue to trust them with our home. With the recent hot weather, we had noticed an uptick in drywood termite activity around the house and decided it was time to take a more preventative approach, particularly with our attic. Because of the way our older home was designed, we honestly weren't sure the attic could be properly accessed. Omar proved otherwise. He managed to get himself up through a very tight opening and thoroughly treat the exposed wood throughout the attic, giving us some much-needed peace of mind that an area of the house we had always worried about was finally protected. Just as impressive was the care he took inside our home. Before beginning, Omar covered the floors and surrounding areas with plastic, taped everything off carefully, wore protective shoe coverings, and treated our home like it was his own. When you're having this kind of work done above your living space, that attention to detail and care truly matters. We originally used No-Nonsense years ago when they treated the basement/subarea of our home, and we went roughly six years without an issue. More recently, when activity appeared around one of our living room windows, they treated the area and we haven't seen any additional evidence there since. Now, having the attic treated as well gives us another layer of protection and is a big part of why we continue to invest in preventative treatment and renew our warranty. Termites are simply a reality of homeownership in Southern California, especially with an older home, and we'd much rather stay ahead of them than discover substantial damage years down the road. No-Nonsense has consistently been responsive, knowledgeable and thorough when we've needed them. A special thank you to Omar for going above and beyond today. Getting into that attic was no small feat, and knowing that he was able to thoroughly treat an area we previously thought was inaccessible gives us tremendous peace of mind. This is exactly why we continue to recommend No-Nonsense Termite & Pest. read more

I reached out on Yelp and very quickly obtained a reasonable quote for monthly pest control service from Daniela covering exterior pest spray around the perimeter of the property, spider web and wasp nest removal from exterior areas, and granular yard treatment for added outdoor protection. All services were clearly explained, verified as family and pet safe after appropriate drying, and noted as eco-friendly. Daniela also emailed the quote and was responsive by phone to set up my account and service interval. On the day of initial service, I was given a 1-hour window for the service. I received a text messaged exactly 30 message prior to the appointment from Donavan and the exchange was very friendly. He even promised not to ring the doorbell so my toddler could nap undisturbed. Donavan arrived promptly, completed the service, shot me a text indicating the same, and was on his way. He noted extra spraying where ant trails were found, which added drying time to the treated areas. This was appreciated information. What more can you ask for? Fantastic service all around and I'm delighted to have found my pest control service provider. read more

Could not have been a better experience. I asked for a quote, they literally called me in minutes, came out the next day to get me an estimate and within 2 days my termite problem was fixed. They were quick, tidy, professional, and experienced. I am so happy with their service! Raymond and Jose went above and beyond. read more

First of all Ms Daniela responded to me within minutes of me requesting for a quote. She was nice yet professional, straight to the point, and answered all of my questions. She fit me in the same week with Miller. He was knowledgeable, told us what he found after his assessment, sprayed, and left his business card. Because of his findings, they came back a couple of days later and left traps. Their pricing is awesome and their client services are superb! A big plus is their products are non toxic and safe for children, pets and us adults! Thank you team No Nonsense! I highly recommend this exterminating company! read more

After getting a few estimates for termite testing our newly remodeled house, we decided to use No Nonsense because of their great customer service and reliability. We have used them at an office building prior to this job so we knew we could trust their work. The house was first tented then after the tent came down Miller came to treat for Subterranean termites. He was very thorough and worked continuously to finish the job. read more

Very professional service overall. Strong customer service. The termite quote was more thorough than the other quotes I got. My options were clearly explained. Not the lowest cost but I was willing to pay for good quality service. My only complaint is that the workers who replaced the rafters on the side of my house did not cover the walk way as the quote had said there would. I had to pressure wash the walk way to remove the white stains they left behind. They also damaged one of my exterior lamps when the old fascia fell down on it but the made up for it by discounting the cost and installing a replacement light that I had. Also, the guy who did the local treatment in my attic did not cover the upstairs hall way as the quote said they would. So you see the experience wasn't flawless but I do like that they were on time, kept me well informed and they cared very much about customer satisfaction. The entire service took 2 days not counting the lamp replacement. My prior termite experience 8 years ago was like a root canal and to this day I'm still not happy with. read more

I've been using No Nonsense Termite for four years now, and I'm super happy with their service. Ruben Sanchez is awesome - he really knows his stuff and explains everything so well. I had him come out for a routine termite inspection in July, and he actually found a mouse nest in my attic! He showed me what was going on and asked if I wanted them to take care of it. Since they've always done such a great job with termites, I decided to hire them for the mouse problem too. Ruben told me they'd have to use a big machine to suck out all the insulation with mouse droppings, clean out the attic, disinfect it, and then put in new insulation. On the first day, Ruben, Omar, and Jose spent six hours cleaning out the attic, setting traps, doing termite treatment, and sealing up holes in the attic and garage. They came back the next day, confirmed there were no new droppings, finished the cleaning, and put in the insulation. Ruben, Omar, and Jose did a fantastic job. They covered up the involved areas with plastic on walls and floor and cleaned them up when they were done for the day, and did the same thing the next day. They are very well experienced in what they are doing. They're all super friendly and answered all my questions. I'm really happy with all of them. Ruben set traps and bait boxes inside and outside my house. He's even coming back in two weeks to check the attic, and then again two weeks after that. Ruben said their work is guaranteed, so if they find new mouse evidence in the attic next year, they'll fix it for free. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and the high quality of work from Ruben,Jose and Omar. It was a bit pricey, but totally worth it. I'd definitely hire No Nonsense again for their services. read more

Shout out to to Christopher, Miller, and Omar on a job well done. Christopher initially came out in October and provided services described, inspecting and ultimately treating our attic, crawlspace, and a few other spot treatments around the house. Fast forward to today, I found a few other problem areas I was concerned with during a remodel. Miller and Omar were on the service call, came out within their estimated time window, and quickly provided additional spot treatments to affected areas. They also told me about another service they offered as an alternative to tenting our whole house that we'll likely move forward with in the coming months. Overall my wife and I had been very satisfied with this business. Initial contact and subsequent follow ups all exceeded expectations, and pricing was competitive. Thanks guys! read more

I had an inspection and learned the home has drywood and subterranean termites. Today, Miller and Louie arrived to treat the home. Immediately, I can tell Miller exudes positive energy from the way he announced his arrival; and Louie, relaxed. I had more time to chat with Miller and simply admire his kindness. We had a neighbor come by to ask about their service and Miller was patient at walking through neighbor how to find No Nonsense Termite & Pest online. I almost wanted to ask the neighbor to let the gents do their job, but these guys weren't bothered. Miller and Louie are great people. I'll be raving about Non Nonsense for days to come. read more

Jose and team were prompt, professional and courteous. They accomplished the outside part of the service on Friday and left the areas very clean. On Saturday morning Jose was back again with Eric to complete the inside tasks again very professional and extremely clean. They explained all services asked if we had any questions. Service was great! read more

From the initial inspection and through the treatment of our home, it was all smooth and one of the most friendly and caring interactions ever. No Nonsense Termite & Pest really do their best and make sure that their work quality is more than sufficient. I had Miller and Jose come by our home and they did an awesome job. On top they also educated us and were more than able to answer our questions. Pretty much they were the live google to any termite and pest questions we had. Id honestly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Have them come out, they're passionate about how they work and they work really diligently read more

We had a great experience with Miller & Eric from No Nonsense Termite Company. They showed up right on time and clearly explain everything that would be happening throughout the day. Also checked to see if we had any questions, which we really appreciated. Our house was a bit of an obstacle course as toddler toys, etc everywhere but they were incredibly patient and understanding while working their way through all the areas that needed attention. Despite the challenges, they didn't cut any corners and made sure to reach everything. They handled both the interior and exterior thoroughly, even getting up to the second story, which gave us a lot of confidence in the quality of their work. Highly recommend No Nonsense Termite Company as Miller & Eric did an excellent job! read more

Found some termite droppings in the garage so I called a couple companies to check it out and quote the work. No Nonsense was prompt on the estimate and in scheduling the service. I had to reschedule twice due to job conflicts, but they were able to handle that. Andrew and Daniel did the work, inside, outside, garage and attic. The quoted price was slightly better than their competitor, they were friendly and efficient, and got the job done. read more

I've used no Nonsense Termite Company before. We noticed evidence of subterranean termites in my father-in-law's house. He asked me if I knew of a company and of course, I said that I did. I called Nononsense Termite Company the next day and set up for an inspection. Kenny came out to do inspection and It was confirmed there were subterranean termites, along with Drywood termites outside the house. Omar and Jose came out to treat for Termites and were very very thorough and at a very fair price. I highly recommend. read more

We started using No Nonsense Termite & Pest control in 2006. We tried other companies 2008- 2009, but switched back to No Nonsense because of their consistent good service We have ALWAYS been impressed by the technicians who come out to inspect and treat termite spots. They are courteous, well informed, and thorough with their inspections and treatments. The office staff is good about arranging annual check ups, as well as expeditious touch up appointments. Happy to be with them another year! read more

Really pleased with the termite treatment service. The technician, Daniel, was prompt & thorough -- he spot-treated the garage door, balcony awnings and railings, and the attic, and also applied preventative Timbor to the attic. He patched all the exposed wood afterward, explained exactly what he was doing, and gave clear instructions on what to watch for going forward. Very professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I appreciated that he told me to call if I see any droppings again, and they'll handle it promptly. Highly recommend. read more

No Nonsense Termite & Pest treated my home three years ago, and I've been extremely happy with their service ever since. I purchased their home maintenance contract, which includes annual inspections and treatment if any activity is found. Thankfully, I haven't had a single issue since the initial treatment. Their staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. Today, Ruben Sanchez completed my annual inspection, and he did an excellent job. He was professional and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He inspected every room in the house, checked the attic, and even went under the house through our raised foundation. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention they provide and would highly recommend No Nonsense Termite & Pest to anyone looking for dependable pest control services. read more

We have been using "No-Nonsense Termite Company" since we discovered we needed someone. They have always been professional and courious. After a large corporate pest control company recommended fumigation/tenting, we sought a second opinion and found No Nonsense Termite. Kenneth provided a detailed quote for spot treatment of damage, plus preventative treatments in the attic spaces. He explained the issues clearly, and also offered ongoing pest control and an extended warranty at a lower rate than the large corporate pest control company, so we decided to make the switch. Today was the day of the termite treatment: The techs, Erick and Louie, arrived on time, were polite and considerate, and did an excellent protective prep of work spaces in our home. read more

Had my annual termite inspection yesterday. When I called and talked to Gabriel, l was able to book a day and time that was good for me. When the inspector (Ruben) arrived at the agreed upon time. The BEST in the business (and I am super picky!) We've used No Nonsense a couple times now over the years for termite activity. Cesar the General Manager is not only extremely knowledgeable about all things pest related, he offers the best solutions that produce the results we all want: no more pests! He has always been patient addressing all my questions and concerns in person and over the phone. He is super responsive, honest, professional, fairly priced, and just a really great person. Our most recent treatment was with Miller & Jose. They called enroute, arrived on time, explained the process, did a thorough check & got to work. These guys were amazing to see in action; highly skilled & experienced, super thorough, definitely knew their stuff, very respectful of my house inside & out through the entire process, went above & beyond to ensure my satisfaction, answered all my questions and left everything clean. Also very responsive and all around great guys. Front desk Daniela and her male counterpart also top-notch. As was our first tech Andrew. I only have great things to say and therefore I highly recommend No Nonsense for termite and all other pest related services! read more

Kenneth came out to inspect my home for a possible rodent issue and was extremely professional but more importantly honest. After looking things over, he believed it was an isolated incident and likely a rodent still in the garage trying to get out rather than get in. Instead of pushing services I didn't need, he recommended that I set traps myself and save hundreds of dollars. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare these days and very much appreciated. If I do end up needing an exterminator, Kenneth will be my first call. Highly recommend. read more

My service was taken care of immediately. Daniel's customer service was tops! I was completely satisfied.

I called No-Nonsense Termite last Wednesday to set up an inspection the following day. After reviewing their recommendations, I agreed to local treatment for drywood termites, which was completed today. The initial call, inspection, and extermination took just 3 days, which was amazing, considering this is the holiday season. In fact, two other highly rated companies on Yelp didn't even bother responding to me after initial correspondence. Kenneth was knowledgeable, dedicated, and professional during the treatment. He was also very friendly and easy to schedule appointments to find times that worked for me. He genuinely stands behind his work, and I won't hesitate to use him again in the future. Terrific company! read more

Thankfully No Nonsense saw my review and made right on my concerns. They showed up promptly and their technician was very nice and thorough.

Christopher Powers and the whole team at No Nonsense were great. Christopher took the time to explain what he was looking for, signs of infestation, and even took pictures of the inspection/correction live while it was happening. It really offered a peace of mind because I'm never in the attic and would never know what's going on up there, but I'm confident with the team and I will stick with these guys for a long time. read more
