About a week after my last service early this year, I was still experiencing issues around the entryway to my property, so I reached out and politely asked the technician to please respray a specific area near the garage entry. Instead of responding professionally, he became defensive and questioned why I was asking, stating that the area had already been sprayed during the initial visit. His tone, demeanor, and facial expressions came across as irritated and confrontational, which made the interaction very uncomfortable. As a long-time, loyal customer who has consistently supported and recommended Premier to family members and neighbors here at GP, I found the experience extremely disappointing. I simply requested additional attention to an area where I was still having problems, and the response I received felt dismissive and unnecessarily argumentative. After 4 1/2 years of service, it's unfortunate to say that I can no longer confidently recommend the company and would like to cancel my service.

We were subjected to repeated phone calls and messages while we were still taking time to review our options. Most concerning, someone came to our home after we didn't answer the phone. We had never scheduled another appointment or invited anyone back, and having someone show up unannounced because we weren't answering calls was uncomfortable and felt inappropriate. There is a big difference between following up with a potential customer and repeatedly contacting them or showing up at their home without an invitation. Customers should be allowed the time and space to make a decision without feeling pressured. We hope the company reconsiders its sales approach and places greater emphasis on respecting customers' privacy and boundaries.
