After reading many reviews and contacting 6-8 pest control companies, I decided to sign a year contract with Preventative Pest Control in Anaheim for quarterly service. I liked how quickly they responded to my emails and how friendly they seemed. Their price wasn't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive either. I was given a 3 hour window for the technician to arrive. Not only did he call me within that time frame, I also got a text with tracking that he was on the way. Eliot parked in front of the house (not on my driveway), wore shoe covers in the house, thoroughly explained what he was going to do, asked for permission before he entered my garage, knocked on any closed doors, and sprayed both inside and outside the house. They did a really good job in the five (5) straight years that we've used them. In addition to coming out quarterly, they come WHENEVER you call, and usually pretty quickly. They handle the interior and exterior of your home, and did a superb job of battling back the 'ants problem' that define Irvine (sadly...and why UCI's mascot is the freakin' Anteater). Moreover, living next door to a hiking trail, Preventative did a great job of ensuring that we never had mice, rats or cockroaches. Techs were always super professional, polite, clean and respectful of our house (and our walls). Finally, they're competitively priced. Definitely give them a go! read more

Jesus arrived on time I mean to the minute of when they said they would arrive. Jesus was my technician he was informative and neat & clean. I have referred several people over the years to them from friends and people on NextDoor needing pest service. I have only cancelled a service 1 time due to being in the hospital, have always made my payment to them on the same day of service and given the technicians good reviews so imagine my surprise when looking at my on line receipt today I have an increase to my service... no notification.. nothing. Instead, Brian educated me on the product you use, made sure that I was completely satisfied, and even got a tool from his truck to clear the cobwebs from the walls inside the house and garage!
