Found this company on Yelp, they had some good reviews. I gave them a call and quickly set up an appointment for a home assessment of termites. Wonderful and kind man named Ray came out early to do the assessment broke everything down for me; no pressure and said if I was interested to call the office. I called the office told them I was interested in the treatment and gave 20% deposit to schedule a date. On the day of the actual treatment for termites had two wonderful young men come out to our home, explained everything and we're extremely professional and even covered some of our items in the attic to protect them. They got everything done in a matter of 1-2 hours and off they went. A few weeks later, I spotted some termite droppings. Gave them a call and someone came back out and treated it. No attitude, no fuss and very polite and professional. They said if we have any problems, we have a three-year warranty. Thank you. I will definitely use them again in the future. read more

Alonso came out and treated our entire attic and a specific area where termites were seen and active. The process was quick and we were thankful that tenting was not needed. This company responded quickly to provide a quote. The price was about the same as other companies for the initial service but was less when setting up a service schedule. They came out within the timeframe given and spayed to eliminate our spider problems. The job was quick and they cleaned up to remove all the spiders webs that were around the property. We are seeing less spiders and we found a very slow lizard in the house after they came. I'm assuming this also took care of him. read more

I contacted Active Pest Control for an inspection and to get an estimate of the repairs needed. The inspector came out and was very pleasant to deal with. When he was done, since a lot of repairs were needed, he said it would be a few days before I received the estimate. However, he did say I definitely needed tent fumigation and gave me an estimate for that. Unfortunately, my estimate slipped through the cracks and was overlooked. I was pushed for time, so I went with another company, but Active Pest Control was very apologetic about the delay in getting back to me. Based on all the good reviews Active has, and how their apology seemed very sincere, I believe that my experience was not the norm. I understand that mistakes happen, so even though things didn't work out, I gave 3 stars due to the company owning up to the oversight. read more

We have had rats for years in our attic. Orkin kept setting bait stations and traps. They caught and killed a few. But, they kept coming! We realized we needed exclusion treatment. They put wire over the vents and whirls birds. They cleaned and sprayed our attic and crawl space. In 5 years orkin never checked the crawl space. Rats were coming from the main sewer line. They chewed off the pipe cover. They set traps in the attic and under the house. They even found 3 spots of termite damage and sprayed for those too. We were quoted 10 grand by another company. They were a third of that quote. Not a creature had been stirring since! Not even a mouse. They are friendly, affordable and thorough. read more
