This company responded quickly to provide a quote. The price was about the same as other companies for the initial service but was less when setting up a service schedule. They came out within the timeframe given and spayed to eliminate our spider problems. The job was quick and they cleaned up to remove all the spiders webs that were around the property. We have had rats for years in our attic. Orkin kept setting bait stations and traps. They caught and killed a few. But, they kept coming! We realized we needed exclusion treatment. They put wire over the vents and whirls birds. They cleaned and sprayed our attic and crawl space. In 5 years orkin never checked the crawl space. Rats were coming from the main sewer line. They chewed off the pipe cover. They set traps in the attic and under the house. They even found 3 spots of termite damage and sprayed for those too. We were quoted 10 grand by another company.
