The work that was performed a week later was done well, the two member crew of Jerry and Mike Jr were professional, courteous and flexible in taking input and incorporating them. I was seeing Swarmer Termites in my room and it prompted me to get inspections for termites. I reached out via Yelp and Brittany was able to schedule me in for an inspection within the next two days. Love the fast response times. James came out for the inspection. I got estimates from other companies who came out for inspections but none of them were as thorough. He went over our options and the treatments / wood replacement that were needed. He explained very clearly and answered all the questions we had with patience. We were happy to hear that we would not need to fumigate/tent our house. Termite treatment and wood replacement were scheduled. In 2019 I paid $2300 for "treatment" and replacement of damaged wood. 1. They didn't assess any of the 2nd floor fascia other than poking at . What I realized in retrospect, they mostly patch what they can reach. 2. The estimate left out an damaged section of fascia in the first floor. When the technician saw that they added another $1600 to the estimate, which I declined. The technician repaired what he could but didn't add to the final cost. It definitely looked "repaired". It looked so patched we repainted a year later. During the prep our meticulous painter examined all fascia thoroughly - on both floors - and found several completely rotted boards that were poked a year before as "OK" by All-Clear. This service provides patchwork. I advise anyone to find a good painter who will do a thorough assessment of your home every 5 years , not the inexpensive one who does a one day prep, uses inferior paint, and finishes in three days, every ten years. You might end up spending more money for questionable and incomplwete work. read more

We had a potential rodent situation awhile back, so naturally I called out a few companies to perform an evaluation and provide an estimate. It was pretty easy to schedule an appointment with All Clear and the representative we worked with was nice enough. However, he gave us an exorbitantly high quote and made our rodent problem sound far worse than it actually was. He falsely exaggerated several details and essentially used scare tactics to try to upsell us on some rodent control package that would cost thousands. All Clear helped me treat termites for two different addresses. Both were done in a timely fashion. James was especially professional when inspecting as well as answering technical questions I had with the treatments, and Brittny was exceptionally catering when scheduling the works. The treatments were different for the two addresses. One with and one without fumigation. When fumigation was needed, All Clear undoubtedly took my stress away. I personally highly recommend whoever needs to treat termites but cannot have their places fumigated to give All Clear a call. Their treatment goal is to kill the queen by inserting chemicals in the ground around affected property and have the worker termites carry the chemicals throughout the colony. The whole process took less than a day without any disturbances to the people living inside of the property, and work areas were cleaned quite well afterwards. It was hard to find out tiles but once we located them, the crew came back and replaced all the tiles that were broken when we tented. PLEASE READ ALL! I created a Yelp account for the sole purpose of writing this review. I feel it is my duty to warn others about this company. My husband and I are US Marines and have lived and been homeowners in Temecula for over 7 years. We have worked with many different companies and local businesses on different projects and we have never had any problems. When I say this is this the most UNPROFESSIONAL, SUBSTANDARD company there is, I truly mean it. We spent close to 4K in services that included removal of old insulation, and cleanup due to a rodent problem we were having in our attic. The work was supposed to be completed within two days, and then follow up inspections were supposed to occur. The first day the workers took their sweet time, taking breaks in La La Land and gaffing off. Well, since the work needed to be completed by the second day (as promised) they rushed through the work the following day, working until 9:30pm!!!! 9:30 at night! We were trying to put our kids to sleep and all we kept hearing were loud constant bangs in our attic as if they were carelessly throwing things around. And this occurred with no communication from the workers. It was very awkward as we tried to have dinner and get ready to settle in for the night. You would think that them working so late would mean the job would be completed, however, that was not the case whatsoever. They had left so much old rat droppings and old insulation behind. And this was discovered AFTER two scheduled follow ups, plus an extra follow up we had to call in. Which the employee they sent said it was the second follow up, he was completely lost. We called another company to come inspect as well and they agreed that the job was poorly done. We spoke to the manager and he said he would personally come and inspect the work himself but when the day came he was "running late" and was a no show on his part.Instead they sent the same employee who had did the crappy work to come and give us excuses on why they didn't do a good job and to tell me, "You don't need Mike to come right?" Oh and it gets better, to top it all off they gave us another quote to charge us close to 3k to put in the new insulation!!!! I've struggled with a rodent problem. My house is over 80 years old and those critters know how to get in the house, wreak havoc, and overstay their welcome. I called several companies and All Clear was the most responsive while being affordable. We eradicated the rat problem and All Clear went all over the house to identify any perimeter or interior breeches and repair them thereby making access to the rats difficult. I found some evidence of termites outside of our house so I called "All Clear Exterminating" to get an estimate. They responded quickly and we set up an appointment for them to come out. They were on time and ready to get to work. James inspected the entire outside of the house and then went up to the attic. James said they could come that same day to spray the attic, foam where the evidence was outside and someone could come in 2 days to replace the wood damaged boards and paint them. We signed up.
